I have snorkled in Europe on holiday for many years with high quality flippers. However as the costs of having a bag in the hold on a plane flight is getting very expensive I have looked for a solution. Cressi have been making diving equipment for many years and are one of the market leaders. Here they have designed flippers that will fit in most overhead locker cases. They fit as expected and the material encasing your feet is soft but tough and easy to put on even when the flippers are dry. Well done Cressi!

My son has been using these for the past year and they are as new. Fits very well too.

What I liked is the sizing – perfect. I had sent back 2 pairs before these because at size 5 but broad foot and rheumatoid I found them too tight and very uncomfortable. These were perfect sizing and really easy to put on. Have enjoyed the swimming far more and absolutely love them ….

My regular UK shoe size is 10. First a bought a pair size 9.5-10.5, but when they came they were size 10-11 and were to big, I returned those and had a full refund. I then purchased the smaller size and they fitted perfectly. I use them in the pool, they do not rub or chafe and I’m sure they would be great for snorkelling also.

I was pleased when I opened these as they were a gift for a 10yr old..they had plastic inserts so u can keep the shape. Quality appears Good until he uses I’m unable to say more. If an issue I will return to add to my review

These are the second pair bought for my son’s swimming lessons/practice. Children grow fins don’t so every few years: new fins. These seem excellent and he is happy.

These fins are light and just right for training in a pool.

Used for pool swimming only. They are very comfortable. They are easy to put on and are nice and flexible for kick drills.

I’m a size 5 and I got the 37-38 fins. They are a little big around the heel. My toes poke through the end but that’s not uncomfortable. They’re not going to fall off but a size down would have been more snug so I would recommend sizing down.

Great fit, my first pair so not much to compare with but loved them, easy to put on and get off. Definitely improved my performance.

Use these in the pool for training. Love them. I have knee problems and because they are not too long they are not putting to much pressure on my knees which is exactly what I wanted.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI carried these in my 40L osprey backpack for 2 months whilst travelling, they’re small enough to carry without taking up space and they’re sturdy, great for swimming. Just because the fin is small doesn’t mean you won’t swim fast. These things are great! I wont leave home without them for future trips. Great investme

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersCressi Light Short Swimming Fins in blue, They arrived fine but there is to much plastic with a plastic insert to keep the foot form of the fine as well as a plastic bag labelled Cressi both could be replaced with cardboard to the help reduce plastic on the environment and save the planet as these items will never be used again!!
Ok to the review of the product unfortunately I have not been to use the fins in the open water, however they fit very well I’m a size 11 ordered 10-11 and they fit nice and snug, the size of the fins is a nice size not to big just perfect for swimming front crawl, colour of blue and black is very nice !! So people I will get around to using them and try and give an update when I do so!! I cant wait!!

These were bought for 9 years old swimmer and he is happy with them as he finds them the most comfortable fins. We have two other sets (including speedo biofuse fins) but he is happy only with this pair and does not want to use the others.

I’m almost 77 and we go to Majorca frequently and enjoy swimming in the sea. My husband always gets well ahead of me and keeps waiting for me, BUT with my super new fins I am able to swim much better and don’t get left behind the same. They are not heavy and don’t tire the ankles as they are not too long. I love them.

hese fins are overall decent but not great.

for indoor swimming there are slimmer options out there that can be a better fit.

for outdoor swimming these blades could be too small to make a difference.

these fins will fit most of the carry-on but are not lightweight and are a bit bulky.

Put these on your feet and you will streak through the water! I bought them as a learning aid and found them very useful. Be aware that lots of pools don’t allow them though. I imagine they’d be great for snorkelling and seaside fun. Sizing is true.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersGood product. I got them for snorkeling but I wasn’t impressed (the longer ones are better). They are short and for training (as stated in description). The 4 stars are for some little defect inside the fin (I had to trim some plastic/rubber).
Good materials, good fins, but they are better for training than snorkeling.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersPerfect for snorkelling.

Obviously not as powerful as full sized fins, but are a great compromise when you have limited space and are all you need for some lazy snorkelling. You can get decent speed if you put a bit of effort in, and in my opinion they’re just as good as the sub-standard fins that most tend to pick up on holiday.

Obviously these don’t compare to proper full sized diving or snorkelling fins, but I don’t know why you would compare them.

I had these on in my trip to the med, and they fit in my carry-on perfectly. All I needed, and fit as expected.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI bought these fins for my daughter who has just started club swimming. Being 8 years old and not having the largest of feet, I was having difficulty finding fins small enough.
I bought the size 1/2 UK as my daughter has size 1 feet. As I had expected, these are on the large side and sometimes slip off the feet when swimming. However, at my daughter’s stage of training, fins are not used that frequently and I am also aware that her feet are growing. Therefore I feel the odd slip off versus buying a small pair that may only last a couple of months, was a trade off worth making.
These are very good quality fins, used by some swimmers in the club Yet they are not the most common, which makes them easier for a child to identity their own pair. They seem to perform well in the water, and other swimmers have substantiated this.
I was very pleased with the purchase and this is certainly a brand I would return to.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersPerfect fit. I’m a size 6 so ordered a size 5.5-6.5 (39/40) The rubber shoe part would allow for a larger foot (6.5 UK) as it can stretch. I think a smaller foot (5.5 UK) would struggle to keep the fin on when swimming at a fast pace, so advisable to buy a smaller size.
Have used in the pool for a training session and they felt secure on my feet even when swimming hard.
Fins are flexible and not rigid so fits in my swim bag.
Comes in a clear plastic bag which will need to be replaced with a proper fin bag eventfully.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersBrought these mainly for the pool. I am size 8 and went for the 7/8 (41/42) size – and they fit perfectly.
They are painful only on my THIGHS – which means as a training aid they are doing what they are suppose to.
As a training aid, when I then take them off and use my own strength, I have found they have really improved my previous lazy kicking.
The only slight negative is that they are negative buoyancy (they sink) – in the pool this won’t be a problem, in the sea…well just hope I don’t drop them – but not going to knock a star off just for that as these are training fins, not pucker diving fins.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersNice and lightweight, slight problem with the sizing. I take size 6, the choice was 4-5 or 6-7. I chose the larger size, but one foot being smaller than the other, one slips off now and again so hopefully when I get more used to them and my technique improves I will stop that happening. Other than that great – suitable for the sea as well!

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersThese are a great buy for me. I tried to look for some fins that would be good for the price and also the plus side as other mentions is that its made out of one piece of plastic (no pieces attached to eachother that can irrititate skin or whatever) so they are very comfortable to wear. I did order size 10-11 and im 46 in euro size and they tend to fall off me if I make a strong movement jump into the water so take that in consideration that for that size they are actually comfortable but abit loose though. And they are so effective becoz they dont give u too much help as many other big fins out theere but they give u just enough to train ur muscle.
Its also a good idea to warm up before jumping right into the action trust me 🙂
