Nice tidy and neat looking tap. Controll valve is easy to adjust.
I purcased to replace one that had developed a leak around the vale, having a spare I dismanteled the old one and found the casset with the control valve inside was not tightened as much as it could be to affect a seal. The retaing grub screw securing the leaver is under a small plastic plug that can be pussed through to allow a hex wrench to release the control leaver. repacing it afterwards is another story. Very fiddly.
Installation is easy with a single 13mm hole (although I made it harder for myself by adding an extra cut off valve and tacking the cable round the cupboard). This is actually easier to install than my previous one, as that was a nut underneath while this one is more of a plastic wing nut, so can easily be done by hand rather than trying too get a spanner into the recess of the cupboard.
The difference in water quality is genuinely visible, with less particles floating around the glass.
It took a couple of days to settle in, with the water coming out at random angles for a little while, but that rectified itself.
All in, I’d highly recommend this.
Our old drinking water tap had its day and this is a much more elegant and sturdy tap. I was expecting it to be a difficult install but it was a really easy install. Looks great too.
This was replacement for 15mm tap connection. As this was 7/16 inch threaded and this company do not do connector for same I obtained connector from elsewhere.
Tap installed fine as 7/16 imperial is well smaller than 15mm standard tap connx.
Instructions were supplied but parts were different as sent (nut,washers).
Now working.
Searched everywhere to locate a quality tap to replace the plastic handled one that came with my drinking water filter for our new kitchen, this one seemed decent quality from the listing and the cost suggested it might be reasonable so I took the chance.
Whe it arrived it felt really good quality and now its installed that’s been confirmed.
Well pleased with how it looks and the action of the lever is nice and solid.
It does not come with a 1/4″ pushfit pipe adaptor! I had to source mine from an online supplier but it only cost anout 1.40 so I bought several thread sizes to ensure it fitted correctly.

I work a lot with my hands and am glad that this tap responds effortlessly to the touch.
It’s a delight to look at, and most importantly it does what it says.
If I ever need a replacement at any time I will replace with the same type.

I bought this to replace an exsisting tap that was years old and had started leaking. It is very easy to fit and looks very good in situ. The quater turn tap is excellent as you can regulate the flow of water where as the old one was either full flow or off. I am very happy with both my purchase and sevice from this company.
