Very good and sturdy, it fits perfectly in my 19″ Vervo 24U rack. Sliding feature is very easy to adjust. Shelf locks perfectly fine and it holds the weight perfectly. My only con is that it is two thick, I would love it to be a bit thiner. The shelf it self occupies almost a full 1U alone without anything on top.
