I ordered this paper after reading another review. I am not disappointed. For calligraphy this paper is super smooth and I have seen no feathering of the ink in either pointed pen or broad edge nib work. As it is quite thin I will probably only use one side – there is no bleed through but the writing on the other side is fairly clearly seen. That said, this compares well to my usual marker paper and you get 5 times the sheets for just over half the price, so this is excellent!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI am extremely satisfied with its quality and performance. The 80 gsm weight provides a sturdy and reliable paper thickness, perfect for printing, copying, and writing.

The 500 sheets in one ream offer an ample supply that lasts a long time, saving me from frequent reordering. The bright white color of the paper ensures sharp and vibrant printouts, making documents look professional and polished.

What impressed me the most about this paper is its smoothness and consistency. It runs smoothly through the printer, resulting in jam-free printing experiences. The paper’s high-quality construction minimizes ink bleeding, resulting in crisp and clear text and images.

Overall, the Double A A4 Ream Paper is a top-notch choice for both personal and professional use. Its reliability, durability, and exceptional performance make it a must-have for anyone in need of high-quality printing and writing paper. I highly recommend it without hesitation.

Good price but the package was ripped. The external Amazon envelope was not ripped but the inside packaging was. Not too damaged so won’t bother returning but be aware that this may happen. It’s not specific to this seller so will buy again – it’s a risk buying paper online.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good product but came ripped

This is the best quality A4 paper I’ve ever bought. I always buy it in a ream of 500 so I will be back for more. This paper is so smooth on both sides, you can really feel the quality.

The paper feels good quality and a good thickness and is nice and White. When printed on the paper holds the ink well so that you get good sharp printing both in black and white and colour. Not a lot else you can say about printer paper really apart from I am happy with my choice of paper.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersBeautiful quality paper. I bought a team a few weeks ago and like the smoothness so much that I returned just now to purchase a few more. Unbelievably I get to checkout with my “Free” delivery and it tries to charge me 28.99!!! False advertising so until you guys fix your listing I won’t be purchasing any time soon. Bitterly disappointed.

I like this paper, it feel thicker and better quality than usual printer paper and has a slight sheen to it. Printing looks great on this paper.

One caveat is that I have one printer than has more jams with this paper, probably due to it being a little thicker and stiffer. Apart from that I would recommend.

Received my order of Double A premium printer paper today. It is a lovely smooth paper, a good white. I haven’t used it yet but I don’t anticipate any problem with that. The Amazon outer package was good. The wrapper on the actual paper was torn at both ends, that was disappointing but the actual printer paper wasn’t damaged at all so I can say I am satisfied.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI print a lot at home daily due to work, so end up going through a lot of paper each month.
At first I was buying paper from my local Tesco, but after the pandemic hit it seemed like too little to queue up for, so I started ordering this on Amazon.

I would recommend the quality of this paper for standard text and graph purposes. I would say the paper feels pretty dense for the price point and it accepts ink well and I’ve not had any curling.

Of course it is a given that this product is not intended for high quality image printing, if that’s what you’re in need of. I would not recommend it for that, nor would I recommend any paper around this price point for that. However if you’re looking for printer paper for general day to day office use, then I would recommend this.

Golden Review Award: 15 From Our UsersThe paper itself gets 5 stars because it really is extremely smooth, bright white, and is made of sustainable materials. Tested on a laser printer, it worked fine. 80gsm is the marked weight but I did feel it to be slightly lighter than the 80gsm of my usual HP paper. Double A is marked as being suitable for all uses, such as laser, inkjet, photocopying, and so on.
I honestly cannot say whether I prefer this Double A or my other HP paper (which, it seems, HP are not selling now!!!!). Both are white, both take laser print and inkjet print with no issues – but aside from my feeling there was a little difference in the actual weight, the main difference was abundantly clear – Double A paper is ultra smooth, the HP I have been using for years is very, very slightly rougher. I don’t know if smooth or rough produce any better or worse results, I know both work perfectly well for me.

That was my review of the actual paper product. Now I have to review the Amazon warehouse staff/pickers/packers.

The paper was delivered in a stout, Amazon box with brown paper packed on top of the ream of paper to keep it steady in transit. Full marks there. BUT there was a tear in the packaging along one side. This is totally unacceptable. The paper would not have left the manufacturer with torn packaging – after all, that breaks the seal and exposes the paper to the elements. Therefore, the packaging had to have been torn when it was being picked or packed at an Amazon warehouse.
As I said, full marks for delivering it separately and in a proper box, but come on, a torn wrapper means someone did not handle it with care and it should have been replaced before despatch.
I checked the paper carefully and there was no visible damage. Had there been even one sheet damaged, I would have returned the entire ream for replacement.
However, that is not the whole of the story. Printer paper has to be kept in its sealed wrapper and stored in a cool, dry place. When the wrapper is opened then it must at all times be kept in a cool and dry environment. Any excess warmth and any moisture in the air, will affect the paper. And how would anyone ever know that? Simple. Do a small print job on, say, a laser printer and the paper edges will be curled as it comes out as a result of moisture being allowed to permeate the exposed paper.
Every single sheet I printed today came out with curled edges that had to be cooled and flattened. A test print with the paper I already have showed absolutely no issues at all, no curling – because it is always kept in a cool and dry place.

5 stars then for the Double A paper, but absolutely nothing awarded for whoever stored this paper in the warehouse and/or whoever was responsible for the tear in the packaging. I am hoping that, over time, the paper will return to its correct consistency now that I am storing it correctly!

Golden Review Award: 112 From Our UsersPros:
    – This printer paper looks and feels premium.
    – It’s heavyweight (not as thin as the budget copy papers) and print quality is perfect.
I bought just one pack which should contain 500 80gsm sheets. Approximate dimensions per sheet are 210mm x 297mm.
    – It also says that the materials are sustainably sourced which is music to my ears.

    Cons:
More expensive than other cheaper/budget copy papers, but I knew this anyway and was willing to pay more to get a more professional and better quality prints.

All in all, Very happy buyer!
