Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersEasy to muddle with alkaline
I’m sure over the next few years these will prove to be great value, as long as I don’t forget that they are rechargeable and throw them away before then. Why oh why cannot Duracell make it slightly more obvious that these are rechargeable – more green, different colours, something radical. Fairly sure I recycled my last set, thinking they were ‘normal’ alkalines. And despite the claims on the packet, they needed a full charge before I could use them.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersWILL NOT TAKE FOUR OF A KIND
Rating features is not relevant as only time will tell.
Disappointed that it only takes two of a kind as so many things use 3 x AAA’ s
    Not my best purchase.

5.0 out of 5 stars Really good batteries
Best rechargeable batteries I have purchased, they have a really good lifespan and each charge lasts a long time, they charge pretty fast too and especially good value for money.

Don't know how long a shop, offline or online, has stored batteries so top up the charge on receipt.
You don’t know how long batteries have been sitting on a shelf or in storage, whether it’s an online shop or a bricks & mortar one. So it’s a good idea to check the level of charge when they arrive and top them up with a battery charger – it’s straightforward and quite quick.

Rechargeable batteries are cheaper long-term compared to non-rechargeables, so I’d recommend them wherever possible. Over the decades I’ve found Duracell to be a good make, although they’re pricey – you pay for the known name. I’ve bought these Duracell AA batteries from Amazon several times, no probs so far; this time I bought a second label-printer (one for upstairs, one for downstairs) and it requires 4 x AA batteries. If you want fewer or more than 4, search Amazon as you can buy them in different quantities.

Whenever I buy something from Amazon that needs batteries, I buy the batteries at the same time, so that I can use the item immediately it arrives. It’s very handy to buy batteries that way even though you can buy batteries cheaper in supermarkets. Buying batteries online is handy for those who can’t easily go out to buy them or just to save time; for instance, my main shops involve a round trip of many miles.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for backlit remotes
Using normal batteries just doesn’t cut it when it comes to my Sony A95K backlit remote. This remote burns through batteries every couple weeks or a month at top but having rechargeable batteries, and ones that are 900mAh is a massive upgrade. I will go months without having to replace them and will already have the other set fully charged. The only downside and this has nothing to do with these batteries, is my Duracell charger can only charge 2 AAA at a time. Overall perfect batteries that will last a long time between charges and that’s all you really need.

4.0 out of 5 stars Value For Money
You can’t beat Duracell when it comes to batteries? These Rechargeable AAA batteries are what you would expect? Therefore they do what it says on the tin. Overall I am more than happy with them plus they were reasonably priced too.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our Users4.0 out of 5 stars Works fine, charges quickly
Works well and charges quickly. My only gripe is that you have to have sets of 2 batteries in it for charging. Many things I use require one battery at a time so I have to scratch around for another battery to pair with it to charge. Even the made-up brand name from China battery chargers have figured out single battery charging so I thought Duracell might also have
