Usage Information
E45 cream can be used every day by the whole family, including infants over the age of 1 month.
Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients. For external use only.
Use this medicine on your skin only. Check that the tub seal is intact before first use, then remove it.
Apply to the affected skin 2 or 3 times daily.

I bought both the bath oil and cream. My skin has really improved my skin. It feels so soft. And when having an oil bath you don’t even need the cream. My skin has also finally stopped itching. Definitely would recommend

Bought for the eczema on my neck but it just made it more angry and red than anything. It doesn’t have a strong smell and it doesn’t leave a residue as it sinks in very fast.
This is an excellent soothing cream for skin complaints, eg dryness or irritation. It’s particularly good in terms of the pump as you get all of the product used before the pump stops working.
This cream is good value for money. No it is not in a glamorous pot, nor does it have a beautiful perfume. It doesn’t have any unwanted side effects, however, and it should be tolerated by all skin types. It’s good to put on after a bath or shower and should keep your skin moisturised. I massage my legs and arms whilst applying this cream and the condition of my skin is improving. I can recommend this product.
My daughter has sensitive skin and red, itchy skin as well. After using this for a week, it has improved a lot. Her skin color is significantly less red and she has stopped scratching at it.
My wife also uses this for her face and says that it is a great moisturiser and she likes the feel and smell of it. It isn’t too greasy for her, and the smell is mild.
Overall, this was a great value for money and they are very satisfied with this.

A reliable R&B product that seems to work better than most in controlling the stucco keratosis on my arms and legs.
It’s a good cream and does the job but the pump dispenser is a nightmare. You have to push it quite hard then get too much cream. Not good for elderly people.
It doesn’t cure the eczema for us but it keeps our babies skin from drying out and feels none greasy, it’s been better for his sensitive skin than other baby moisturisers on the market and it is the emollient that the pharmacist and doctor recommended for him

E45 is brilliant for my feet, it prevents the hard skin building up way faster than when I don’t use it and these 50g tubes are absoultely perfect for taking on holiday. Does not smell, not to slimey, perfect.
I like this hand cream because it actually gives your hands moisture instead of just preventing you losing what you already have, I have used this before in 2019 and it makes your hands very soft with regular use without making them too greasy. The formula is really good and it has helped heal my dry, cracked hands from constantly washing dishes. Seriously recommended!
