Warm Tips:

How to wear sleep ear plugs correctly and effectively?
1. Take out the noise cancelling ear plugs with clean hands each time
2. Pull your ear gently up and slightly out to help open up the ear canal
3. Insert the earplug with a slight turning motion until it is well inside your ear canal
4. If the soft ear plugs doesn’t seem to fit properly, remove ear plugs and try again

I cant sleep with any noise so these are perfect! Good value for money.
They do the job, but being just a little harder than other earplugs (the coating seems firmer), they can pop out of my ears quickly. Good value given the quantity, but not very ‘malleable’ or flexible vs old orange ones I used. Reasonable product: depends on your ears.
Points deducted for the product packaging:I was unable to remove the sticker: I am not a fan of packaging / plastics that can’t be recycled/ repurposed.

I swim three times a week and they are the greatest tool ever.

If you need ear plugs, buy these, or alternatively scavenge around looking for something relatively soft to poke into your ear. Like say a Russian hamster or a milk softened cornflake.

I have a partner who snores very loudly! And I am a light sleeper which isn’t a good combination. These help because they cancel out all noise, one bad thing about them is that I’ve been getting sore ears and ear infections from them, compared to the silicone ones I used to buy.
These foam ear plugs are very soft and moulds very well inside the ear creating a good seal. They hardly ever fall out at night. Very comfortable. Comes with metal ear plug carrying case. Highly recommended.
Great product for the price. Do not expect full silence… Need to pay more for that.
