This is by far the best conditioner bar I’ve tried so far, and I don’t mind spending a couple of extra pounds when comparing against other big brands like faith in nature or kin kind

I really like this conditioner bar. It’s worth noting that it doesnt lather up in the hands well, I prefer to run in through wet hair like im brushing it. It might not feel like much is happening but when you run your fingers through you can feel it in the hair. My hair is in great condition and I’ve cut out plastic conditioner bottles. What’s not to like? Ive been using it for months and am nowhere near finished, but I’m ordering another so its there when I do eventually run out.

My hair is long, straight and prone to oiliness. This bar seems to suit me well, and I’m able to wash it less now.

I have been experimenting with different bars for a while now. This is definitely the best I have tried to date.
Makes my hair easier to manage and comb through.

I was sceptical about this product. I didn’t think it would be as good as the top brand shampoos. It was better. My hair doesn’t get greasy as quickly as it used to, my hair feels thicker and my colour lasts longer. recommend this product.

Was looking for a kind alternative to bottle conditioner and this works just as well. I just rub it over my washed hair and leave it for a minute or so then rinse. It rinses out really well and definitely makes my coloured hair softer. Pleasant smell too.

Bought it 2 months ago but only leaving a review now because I really wanted to see how it worked and how long it lasted. Well, not disappointed. It makes my hair softer and much easier to untangle during showers. I wash my below shoulders hair every other day or every 2 days and a little goes a long way, 2 months later it’s only around 70% gone, so a lot of washes left on it still.
In terms of scent I can’t detect any really, which I don’t mind at all.

I bought this for when I went in holiday and only took hand luggage. Product smelt good and lasted for much longer than I expected. The bar didn’t condition as well as a liquid so wouldn’t recommend as a permanent solution but great for travelling

Shampoo Bars are good, I would like to smell less soapy, they are not tangling my hair like other brands, they are foaming nicely.
The conditioning bar is a hit! Love it with all my hearth and I think I am only going to use this conditioning bar for a very long time, I am at my second bar I do not have a need to look for a different one.

I’ve been struggling recently to find a shampoo and conditioner that doesn’t leave my hair feeling harsh and dry. Saw this had some good reviews and I am getting fed up with all the plastic bottles in my bathroom so decided to give it a go. This has to be the best shampoo and conditioner I have used in a very long time. The softness has returned. My hair feels so clean and the scent is just gorgeous. I did do two washes with it which I think makes a big difference. The second go with less soap really made a lovely squeaky clean finish. Although the bars are quite small I hardly used any soap at all so I’m hoping it will last longer than a normal bottle.

I wasn’t sure about it at first, as it doesn’t feel like anything’s coming off the bar onto the hair. However, it certainly must be as my hair is easy to brush after washing and is lovely and silky once dry.

Best I’ve tried so far. Makes your hair knot free and soft to the touch. I’ve found no conditioner bar is as good as a conditioner bottle but this is the closest . Great eco-friendly swap.

This hair conditioning bar changed my life! My hair is in great condition. Cardboard packaging is so much better for the environment – no single use plastic to discard. It’s great for travel, compact and can go in hand luggage on flights. It takes a bit of getting used to rubbing into your hair especially if it’s long but well worth persevering. I’m converted!

I made the switch from bottled shampoo and conditioner earlier this year, trying to make a conscious effort to reduce single-use plastic. My hair is very long, fine and quite dry (years and years of colouring). The other brands I have tried have cleansed my hair ok but I hadn’t found a conditioner bar that actually felt like it worked. I have used this product a few times now and followed the instructions (on the inside of the minimal cardboard packaging) by holding the bar under the warm water for a few seconds to activate it and then rubbing the bar all over your hair from root to tip. Leave for a few seconds then brush through with a wide tooth comb and rinse. This is the first bar that has left my hair soft and detangled, previously my hair was matted and really hard to brush through when still wet. Very happy with this product and would highly recommend to anyone looking to make that switch.

Absolutely love this shampoo and conditioning bar. Smell amazing, left my hair feeling great and says it will last up to 50 washes for the conditioning bar and 20 washes for the shampoo bar making it great value for money!

Whilst this does not produce a lather it does produce a soft balm type substance when wet and I just rub it all over my hair (must mention I have a really short cut). The smell reminds me of very old fashioned soap but once I have towelled my hair dry the smell is gone anyway. I am also getting the impression this bar will last a long time so can wholeheartedly recommend this product to anyone trying to go plastic free conditioner wise.

Golden Review Award: 111 From Our UsersI thought that I would give this a go as I’ve got very fine and very long hair (comes below the small of my back). I find that because it’s fine my roots become oily, but my hair is very dry at the ends. Most shampoos makes my scalp itchy and I use conditioner like it’s going out of fashion, but that’s also probably due to the fact that I have bleached my hair for years. I have tried multiple shampoos and conditioners over the years, including ones that have no silicone, parabens and all the other nasties.

I thought that I would give this a go, didn’t have anything to lose. Having read a lot about shampoo bars before using, and reviews are a bit hit and miss and it seems that it also depends on how you wash your hair with them. There seemed to a lot of reviews saying about leaving their hair waxy and also the importance of using apple cider vinegar, which seems a bit drastic to me.

So this is how I use it, wet your hair and ensure that is soaking wet, rub the soap in between your hands as you would a normal bar of soap. Once you have the bubbles rub it into the roots of your hair and keep doing this making sure you remember the back and sides of your hair. Then you just use as you would a normal shampoo, however I don’t incorporate the length of my hair, just the scalp and the roots. Then just rinse as normal, all the suds clean the rest of your hair as you’re rinsing.

Here’s the bit I’m not that keen on, is that the length of my hair is “squeaky” which makes me feel that I’ve stripped the length.

There are conditioner bars now, which I’ve also been using. Once all the shampoo has been rinsed out, I wet the conditioner bar, and rub, stroke down the length of my hair. I have to admit I found this slightly weird, as it doesn’t lather, and unlike a normal conditioner it looks as if it’s not going onto your hair, but it does. I leave it in while I finish my shower, which I would normally do, and then rinse out, then all done.

What I’ve found is that, yes it does a decent job, my scalp doesn’t itch as much, my hair doesn’t feel “straw-like” and dry, and being slightly lazy, in that I don’t brush my hair until it’s dry and I don’t use a hairdryer, so when I brush my hair in the morning, no tangles which for me with long hair that’s very fine, is a large bonus.

Don’t normally write reviews, so this is probably very long, but I also hope it helps. Give it a go, you may like it.
