I bought this cream because I had been bitten by a horsefly and my arm was very painful. This cream solved the pain and itching and in no time, the wound was healed. I always keep a tube on hand.

My chemist suggested this for a bad sweat rash. Saw a difference after one application. Cost 5 for a small 30g tube at the chemist so bought 2 off Amazon 100g for 12.

Itchy skin on my back relieved by this, and such a relief! A little rubs in a long way. Not tried on mosquito or insect bites but for general itchy skin and mild skin conditions works well for me. Highly recommend.

It stops the feeling of wanting to scratch from an itchy sensation. It takes about 1-2 minutes to work properly.

I used this for my child who caught chickenpox. It eased the itching immediately and the chickenpox scabbed over pretty quickly.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersTakes about 20 minutes after application for the itching to reduce considerably. I suffer from eczema and I’m pleased with my purchase. The ammonia smell is a little overpowering at first, but a small price to pay for the relief. Nice big tube (100g), should last a while.

Both my children preferred this cream over the other chicken pox products we tried (foam and gel). This seemed to give relief for longer. Would highly recommend!

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersMy daughter is covered in chicken pox and was feeling low due to the itchy feeling. This cream arrived on next day delivery and is a decent size tube. It rubs in well and despite having a large area to cover, there is plenty left. Best of all it works. My daughter isn’t scratching and is feeling much happier.

    Chicken pox relief!

I haev to be honest and state that this cream is not as good as it’s advertised to be, at least not for me anyway. I recently started to suffer with itching, around my elbows and upper arms. I’m not sure what is causing this, it could be my medication. The cream ‘takes the edge’ off the itching, but not for long. I did read that it lasts for 6-10 hours, but for me, maybe 2 hours at the most, before I have to apply more.

Great I had a rash on my shin for weeks, I had shingles which took 6 weeks to get over, but it left this rash which has lingered for months, I used all the normal creams and they didn’t budge it, Eurax has reduced it to nearly nothing and the itching diapered from day one, I’ve still got 75% of the tube left so I’m convinced it will disappear completely very soon, highly recommended.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI bought this for my 6 year old son who suffers from eczema. He’s been itching lots each night for the last few months, sometimes not getting to sleep for an hr or 2 after hes gone to bed. His eczema is controlled by a steroid and moisturiser cream, but lately, even when he doesn’t have a flare up, he’s still itching at night. So thought I’d try some of this. So glad I did! It arrived yesterday, popped some on him before bed last night and he didn’t itch once during the night! Amazing stuff, worth every penny! So glad I went for the 100g for the extra 1 or so. Wish I’d done this sooner! Would recommend to everyone! Haha

Easy to open up and use. Pleasant scent and left no stains on my skin. I suffer from eczema so this product helped sooth the itching. I ‘re applied about three times a day, liberally at night time to help me sleep. Huge tube so should last a while into Summer time. I definitely will buy this cream again.

Golden Review Award: 23 From Our UsersApologies in advance for the intimate details in this review!
I had been experiencing nasty itching on my bikini line for some time. Wearing knickers was an absolute nightmare as they would irritate the affected area. I tried all sorts of creams but nothing helped.
But then I tried this. I think it cost me about a fiver, and I can honestly say it’s the best fiver I’ve spent in a long time.
The cream absorbs into the skin really well and doesn’t leave a sticky residue. It also has a completely neutral scent.
Relief wasn’t instantaneous – took around 15 minutes to kick in. But then, true to its promise, I didn’t itch for the rest of the day, which was well over 10 hours.
After 4 days of using, my irriated skin had completely healed, as I wasn’t constantly scratching it and my knickers weren’t causing additional irritation.

Absolutely love it and would highly recommend.
Only thing I would say to the ladies – if you have irritated skin in the same area as me, keep the cream on the SKIN ONLY. If any finds its way onto a more intimate area, it does generate a bit of heat, and I would imagine that using a lot in the wrong area could be quite unpleasa

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersAs someone who suffers both from occasional eczema and regularly from insect bites , I was looking for an anti itching cream to replace a tube of Lanacane which seems to suddenly be very scarce .

It arrived reasonably well packed with a load of instructions.

Anyway, I had a couple of insect bites on my leg and a peculiar itchy outbreak on my knee which felt more like a cold sore than a bite. So I put it to work. It’s a white ointment, more runny than equivalents with a medium odour. And on went on a medium dollop…

I waited and waited….a big fat nothing.

And just as I was about to request a refund from Amazon, all three areas started to simmer down, the itchiness started to go and the redness and inflammation started to subdue. It was particularly effective in stopping the ‘coldsore’ itching on my knee. Several other creams including eczema remedies had done nothing with that. It does require several applications but the treated areas have been remedied.

So although it isn’t an instant working action, this cream does come up with the goods and provides me with relief from itching caused by insect bites and other skin issues.

HOWEVER I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR ECZEMA. Outbreaks of eczema need to be treaded with prescription only medication such as Metosyn and under supervision of a medical professional.

Overall fair value for money and effective if somewhat slow.
