How do you dispose of used Ever Clean?
After your cat has used the litter tray, scoop out the clumps and throw away with your household rubbish. Any unused litter will stay fresh, so simply top up the tray with enough litter to replace what you scooped out.
Can you flush Ever Clean?
Ever Clean is a clumping litter, so never flush it down the toilet. It can clog drains, cause a blockage or damage septic systems. Put used cat litter into your household waste. This also prevents the spread of toxoplasmosis into marine environments.

Absolutely worth the money and better value for money than any othe
I’m 2 weeks into using this and there’s absolutely no smell. I’ve found it doesn’t even smell where I’ve been unable to clean it as often as I’d like. I’ve use about a 3rd of the box so far where as usually a 10l bag only lasts me 2 weeks at the most. Can’t recommend enough.
Amazing so fa
Doesn’t smell at all and clumps up just perfect, only issue is it gets every where so I have to have the vacuum at hand every time the cats use it but I’d rather that and have no Gastky smell so thumbs up from me and I just need to find a way to stop it getting every where
About a year ago we got a 2nd cat, never had a problem with our female cat however since we got the male cat we tried so many different litters as his urine has a very strong smell! This cat litter is so good, definitely no more urine smell in our small flat and also the clumping is perfect. We also tried different scented ones too but he didn’t like it and started peeing around the flat. Make sure you put enough in the tray like 6-7cm so when removing the clumps they don’t stick to the bottom of the litter tray. We will never use another one. Highly recommended.
Excellent cat litter, best we've ever used
We’ve been using this brand for quite some time now, and despite the price being a bit steel- this is by far the best cat litter we’ve ever used. Because of how good it is, you don’t need to use as much, and you can salvage more when cleaning it out than other brands- so the price isn’t quite as high as it may seem. We can’t go back to any other brand since using this awesome stuff
Smells fresh, cats love it too
Previously used SaniCat clumping litter lavender scented. Can’t say this one doesn’t make a mess when cats use the litter but I do enjoy the fresh smell of it more and cats approve also.
The main disadvantage is that it’s a bit more expensive than some other litters, but worth trying it out!
Really is Dust free
This litter I find to be not too hard for cats paws, I have the perfume free for her, as I thought the perfumed knew a little strong, so thought she may not like them..
And it really is dust free which is fabulous because nothing get covered in litter dust, and it is good for my breathing as I have CPOD and the iceing on the cake, almost no tread of litter through the house..
It is not one if the cheapest, but you get what you pay for…I am happy to pay a little more for all the pluses mentioned
Now, I admit that I have never used this Ever Clean Clumping Cat Litter – Extra Strong Clumping Cat Litter on its own because that is not what I bought it for; it’s WAY too expensive for that. My cat must be the only cat in existence that is allowed to play out during the day if he wants but comes indoors for a pee and a poop! Any neighbours favourite type of cat.
I’ve mixed this expensive clumper with a cheapo clumper (which is more like gravel than sugar and doesn’t clump well) and the mixture works a treat. So I recommend it for that.
My cat is happy, I am happy. I just wish I knew why he covers up his pee but leaves his poop lying on top (choke). there are a lot of things about my cat I don’t understand. Know the feeling? 😀
The litter does smell good and it neutralizes the smell of urine and feces, but I found it very hard to clean. When it’s wet, it becomes gummy and sticks on the litter box, I would rather have something that forms a hard ball that you can just scoop out of the box.
Catsan Who?
I bought some bags of catsan and found my cats repulsive. They stank of pooey clay. They deserved better than that. Went to this brand, I would say the trail of cat litter has reduced to a third, the smell is so much better and it’s so much cleaner. bravo.
Simply the best brand of litte
I have used many variants of Everclean and all work superbly. Used to use supermarket cheap option and change regularly but lockdown forced us to explore longer lasting products. Having tried multiple brands and types, Everclean clumping is hands down the best. It costs more upfront than others but a box lasts ages and really minimises smells. In combo with a slotted scoop to sift out the clumped litter this was a game changer for us, I have recommended to others who have also tried it and switched to this brand.
Fresh
First time we’ve tried this and I’m quite impressed. Good clumping, but also the litter seems to smell better than most brands when it’s a few days old. Cats seem happy with it too
I’ve tried a lot of litters and this has to be the best one yet. Order arrived quickly, nice easy to store box rather than a bag that spills. Lasts a long time and does exactly what it says on the box. Must order some more today.
I have used a lot of other products in the quest to find something right, but this is the best. I hadn’t had a ‘clumping’ form before but this is great, I just scoop up the clump, in a bag and done. Has a nice, lavender scent and fairly fine consistency, doesn’t tread out of the box and just a joy to use.
This is the best cat litter I have found so far, I love the fact that the urine clumps together and therefore the cat litter left is always fresh. Only 1 downside is the clumps tend to stick a little to the scoop when cleaning it out. But it’s easy to clean the litter and takes only seconds to clean the scoop after. I will be keeping my monthly subscription. So far so good. X x
I have tried so many cat litters over the past 18 months with my two male cats (neutered) This is the only litter that has no ammonia smell after they have peed. It clumps well and just deoderises smells quickly. It is expensive but works out the same price as Catsan as you don’t need to change it completely for a couple of weeks. The only downfall is that it gets everywhere! I have two happy cats so extra sweeping each day is worth it.
Excellent Brand
All the varieties of this brand of litter are great. I hurt my back so just scooping out stuff as needed is so much easier than carrying about a tray full of wood litter. Only drawback is that it makes more dust so they now have lidded litter box.

smells really nice!! you can’t smell anything that’s in there but a nice aroma of the litter. easy to clean the poops and absorbs really really well. unfortunately its quite expensive, but you get what you pay for!

This is great stuff really clumps well and no dust so you don’t have white footprints all over.cat accepted change immediately.really keeps odour down.I have subscribed to get this every month.would highly recommend.

This litter really is the best I’ve ever bought.
Brilliant scent. I don’t come into the living room in a morning and be met by the overpowering smell anymore. Betsie is a love but what a stench from her tray with the previous litters!

Compared to my favourite cat litter i have 2 issues with Ever Clean;
-clumping properties are good but not ideal as it gets crumbly instead holding it together.
– After one week, litter doesn’t absorb ammonia smell anymore which is upsetting.
Overall its a good quality ,fair price for volume cat litter sand you’re getting.
Definitely recommend it and worth the price despite a little hassle.

Best in the marke
Honestly the price is slightly high but this is worth every penny, I have been using this for a while and thought I would try different ones to try and save. I had forgotten how bad cats urine can smell. I tried others and they all smelled really back after only a few days. I went back to this litter as it’s the only one that I’ve come across that you will not be able to smell and has a lovely smell to it once you refresh and top up as you go along
Game change
This cat litter is perfect. Iv used all kinds but more recently wood pellets and all of them stink. My house would always have this cat pee smell and I hated it. I got this and wow. No smell and easy to take out the soiled parts. No more waste and my house smells nice again. Defo worth the money and itl last longer.
Does what is says
Love it, love it, love it! I have used another very well known litter brand for many years and I could smell the kittens waste from a mile away, no odour control at all. With Ever Clean if I don’t see or hear them in the litter tray then I don’t know that they have used it unless I actually look.

good litter came damaged
i used to order the original everclean litter never had any problems with the box coming damaged i’ve now switched to the litter free paw type and it’s come spilled. either way the litter is very good covers smells and lasts my two cats two weeks.
Clumps well, stops smell!
This cat litter is really good.
The clumping capability is amazing, it works fast and works well. It stops odours and smells from polluting the household.
For us though having two cats we had to go through two boxes in 4 weeks and for the price we can’t really afford to keep that up as an outgoing so have had to switch.
That said, if you can afford this stuff then it’s definitely a go to!
Good litte
This is great litter for the cat, clumps well and holds off odours. Only thing is the price, just seems to be increasing everytime I order, which is a shame. Other than that it’s good
What can I say other than you pay for what you get! I always used to use super market brands and other usual brands such as Catsan.
This may seem expensive compared to the regular cheaper super market brands but it last for ages.
Cheaper cat litter doesn’t seem any where near as absorbent as Ever Clean. With Ever Clean it confines the area used to a small ball like clump which doesn’t taint the surrounding litter.
It’s easy to clean, last for ages and is excellent value for money. We always buy the 10L box and for our one cat, it will last a good 2/3 months.
Quality
Reading description on this iteam is all true, there is no smell which is what I was looking for. There is one down fall it leaves alot of trailing behind. So I will not be buying again for that reason. Its a pain that everytime he leave from the toilet lol lots of mess to clean up so looking for iteams that kill smells and no trailing which I have find hopefully it work otherwise good produc
Expensive but worth i
Far more expensive than my usual stuff from Pets at Home but the quality is much much better. It’s very absorbent, not much dust and my cat now comes home specifically to use the litter tray. So he’s a happy customer!
I have been fighting with my cats’ litter boxes for 2 years. Trying to find the right balance between going broke and keeping my house from smelling like cat butt and having litter EVERYWHERE.
This litter is very good at reducing cat butt smell and lasts a long time. I use half a box between 2 xtra large cat litter boxes. I have 2 large male cats. This stuff lasts 2 weeks and I don’t scoop at all.
That being said the “clean paws” promise is not realized. I have these little litter nuggets all over the place. I have to sweep 2-3 times a day and am constantly finding them everywhere the cats go. I have decided for now, the litter everywhere is better than cat butt smell and having to change the litter every 3 days (which is where I was with other expensive cat litter crystal brands).
Its good litter. Just the “no tracking” promise is very over stated.
Clumps well as you’d expect from Everclean, it’s only drawback is it smells like a cheap pine toilet cleaner.
Will go back to the red box version when this is finished.
Well this a first for me …. how does one actually review and/or remark on a cats dirt box ? Right, so I changed over the cat litter to Ever clean. It did look just like many other cat litters with nice fine granules and loads packed into the box – this box will easily last 2 months which is a result. It is scented but a nice gentle fragrance …. I think if I were to be a cat and have to take a dump indoors, as I squatted down with my eyes half closed & my tongue just poking out while laying my logs, I’d be more than happy with that lovely smell wafting around my butt. So that was a big plus for both of us.
Next morning, Kitty had left some logs for me so I got my scoop and began to sift. The litter had clumped really well and there were no nasty pongs from the tray. It was easy to collect the clumped pee soaked litter and no ammonia stench hit my nostrils like before. Having done that it was on to the poops. By now I was actually ENJOYING the experience of rummaging in my cats dirt box …. not something I thought I would ever say publicly. The poops were all dried out and nice and light to lift on the scoop …. I can only liken it to when you take kids to the seaside and go panning for gold …. but who needs the seaside when there are cat turds ? Plus, you scoop the poop no matter the weather in the comfort of your own home. All in all it was a good fun experience although I’m sure I made it more fun than it should have been. I’ll come back and let you know how the litter does in splatter condition as so far she has only produced nuggets for me ……. But overall this litter is a winner for me.
