Does as needed
Works exactly as you would hope it does. I have no issues at all with this. It’s strong and long lasting which I’m happy about. It even helped me do a repair on my wall it’s that’s good. I would recommend.

This is great multi-purpose sealant. It cures FAST, you get a durable skin in an hour which is really useful, it doesn’t smell too bad whilst curing and it sticks exceptionally well to a multitude of materials. I’ve used it in scenarios where other products have either peeled right off or simply not cured within an acceptable timeframe. The price is good also, there’s usually one of the colours on offer for around 3-4.
Only negative for me is that it includes a biocide and thus is not rated as food/aquarium safe so no use for those specific tasks but all in all it’s a great general purpose silicone and my first choice for most tasks.
Done the job
Easier to apply than other silicones I have used, but this time we purchased a tool to help smooth out the silicon which definitely helped (about 20 all in of you include silicon and tool).
Smells a bit but then I’ve never known any other silicon to smell pleasant but always fades after a day.
Just applied so not sure on longevity.
Great, if using as is and not needing any further decorating. But needed to fill in a gap and paint over and found the paint wouldn’t settle on top.
Easy to use otherwise, and fine in other areas I’ve used it. A bit annoying that you have to buy multiple packs and can’t just buy 1.
I used this for internal use around window frames, it did the job, was easy to apply and was value for money. The only niggle, there is no little plastic cover to slow down the product hardening in the tube after use.
Not sure I would use it for external jobs.

Used the silicone for to seal up cracks around my door frame, quickly dries and certainly done the job, very pleased with the finished work.

This product is one of the best silicone I have used really good quality for the price but white is a cream not white.
Basic Silicone
Woking in the building industry not all the same product are alike. The more you spend the thicker the silicon is. This tube was slightly thinner and a bit of a pain to get a clear line. Don’t get me wrong it did the job it was bought for. Filling in gaps in the wall between boards before tilling. I did use a different silicon when the tiling was finished as I find you get a better finish when using a more expensive silicon. But for day to day use for bits and pieces this does the job.
SMALL size; 280 ml not the standard 310 ml
Only arrived today but I have used the brand before and I’m sure the product will be ok. Just be aware it is only 280 ml. I don’t know if it is a “new” size but many other places still seem to sell 310ml that I am familiar with. It is clearly stated in the description so I should have realised when quickly added to my basket. No big deal, not like it is expensive and I imagine many people only need a small amount. I read other reviews about the tube being “half empty” and I wondered what it was all about, now I know.
It was my first time siliconing my kitchen and i followed a how to guide on YouTube which worked out well. I did make a lot of mistakes which was fixable but lead me to wasting a lot of silicone. The tube is smaller than I anticipated as ive seen other tubes before (from builders in the past) but it was enough to do the job i needed in my kitchen. Its been a few days since and the adhesion is pretty good apart from the mistake areas i made! (Rookie) i had a thin area that just peeled off as i wasnt aware what i was doing even though i followed a how to video, obviously i didnt pay much attention to the don’ts list
Anyways overall i rate this high as it does what it says! It’s a nice grey shade.. almost anthracite like maybe a tad lighter..
I must say though! It has a funny smell.. but that’s probs cause I’m not use to it. But if you’re asthmatic like i am, maybe wear a mask..
