I wanted to get some gym equipment for home to help me to workout consistently. I also didn’t want to take up too much space, but still be able to do a variety of workouts.
Pros:
This workout bench is of excellent quality.
You can do a number of workouts on this.
It can be positioned vertically so it takes up less space when storing.
Cons:,
It doesn’t have a back support which some may prefer in exercises like shoulder press. This doesn’t bother me, but may bother others.
You can’t fold the bench when storing away, but being able to stand it up vertically somewhat outweighs this.
Overall, I am very happy and glad I made this purchase.
Sort of size you’d expect in a gym.
Impressed with it but not too sure where to store it when not in use.
I mainly got this to help with my back and my posture. I’m in my mid-30’s and have had back problems my entire life due to minor scoliosis. I’m attempting to use this to correct that by being able to focus on specific muscle groups that need to be worked on rather than have other muscles making up for their weakness, in turn debilitating me sometime in the future. I’ve had this for about ~6 weeks now and, slowly working up in variety of exercises as well as reps/time, I feel great so far. This will be a long journey that will last my entire life but with this bench, I really feel like I can take it on!
This is an amazing product. It helped me exercise my back muscles that helped me fix my back pains. Just be careful with the rectangular pads. They are just strong enough for the exercises that it is designed for. DON’T try to let yourself down from the standing position to the sitting position to perform a sit up otherwise you will break the rectangular pads.
I realize there is a Man Myth about men not asking for directions or reading instructions but, when we do it’s nice when the directions or instructions are clear and precise. This weight bench isn’t difficult to assemble but, the instructions could be more descriptive and the illustrations more clear to reduce confusion and do overs. Maybe a short online video would make this a slam dunk and speed up the assembly process.
Overall, it looks and feels to be constructed well and made with strong and sturdy materials. I used it within minutes of completing the assembly and was satisfied with the few exercises that it offers. So Far, So Good!
Well designed, good quality materials and fittings (bright finished bolts etc. will rust if exposed to damp/condensation), very easy to assemble with all the required tools included. All welds are full length and not just spots. If you’re a serious user however, (intense and everyday), then the major weakness in this product is the soft furnishing which if your a heavy user will likely split but it is dead simple to repair this sort of problem. For the more casual user, this represents a very good piece of kit and is far better than competitor’s products at a similar price point. Even better value at the discounted price too.
Il prodotto impacchettato con cura, con apposito cartoncino dentro l’imballaggio con viti e bulloni vari (comprese due chiavi inglesi e due brugole) numerati e in ordine. Per montarlo c’ voluta pi o meno un’ora e mezza, utilizzando l’apposito quadernino delle istruzioni (dove sono elencati passo passo tutti gli step per montare la panca) , ha pi regolazioni per lo schienale e per il poggino dei piedi/gambe (in altezza) . Nel complesso un ottima panca, funzionale e utile , l’unico vero e proprio difetto che ha che non del tutto precisa nella fissazione dei pezzi, con questo intendo dire che ogni parte: poggia gambe/piedi, manici per le mani ecc sono “traballanti”, o comunque non del tutto fissati al meglio, per mantere la stabilit.
Do comunque 4 stelle perch veramente un prodotto molto buono ed utile, secondo me onesto nel rapporto qualit prezzo.
Sturdy once constructed, padding on know curl good – not so well padded on bench although this isn’t really an issue – strong and stable – instructions are a little vague
Good bench ,I like the back workout part of the bench and it’s easy storage of weight under the bench is good idea
I am 5*6 (165cm) roughly. the bench come up to just below knee, this is about an inch to short for exercises that I am used to. The preacher part is a little to steep for my liking, and wish it was adjustable, also the bench itself is a little short for me.
Why the 5 stars, because those are only minor preference problems. Bench is sturdy and great for days off, or warm up.
