Robust and worth the money
I had a trainer show me one of these for use after workouts. Bought my own for back pains and works the knots right out, use it at least 4 times a week. If you get knots fro bad posture, thoroughly recommend.

Sturdy foam roller with various ridges

I’ve used a solid foam roller before where it’s smooth on the outside and has denser foam on the inside and softer on the outside, this is much better, the grooves feel great on sore quad, hams and calves and the small size makes it a lot easier to use then large ones, having tried tried this roller I can see why vibrating rollers would be good, so one of them would be good if you can afford i

– Stiff, but with padding so its great for muscle rolling
– Holds my entire weight! (95KG)
– Lightweight
I’ve not found any issues with this so far.
The only thing I could really advise is for people to read the listing… The info booklet is online, follow the instructions provided.
