Santa got scooters for the whole family, and when our 15-month-old daughter saw the four of them lined up on Christmas morning, without any coaxing she walked up to this one, pulled it forwards, and got on.

We chose this one for its versatility as well as for its suitability for a young toddler. The seat at its lowest position is about 9.125 inches from the ground, and the design puts the handlebars at the perfect position. The push handle that later turns into the scooter handlebars is a nice touch, and this scooter should grow with her and suit her for years.

The scooter rolls nicely and seems stable. Its lean-to-steer seems very stiff when you’re using the handle to push just the empty scooter, but with the weight of a kid on it, it turns okay, though not as sharply as her brother’s scooter, which has a similar mechanism. (At almost 18 months now, our daughter still can’t really steer by herself yet anyway, though a caregiver can do it easily with the push handle.)

For a while our daughter almost seemed to prefer her brother’s scooter, which has a wider wheel base and platform, and a bigger seat. On that one she could back up more easily at first, without running over her own toes. On this one she’s had to learn how to keep her feet out of the way. (A problem with the other scooter is that its handlebars are right in front of her face in their lowest position, and while she can still hold onto them, it seems more awkward and dangerous. In contrast, the handlebars on this one are perfect for her.)

A final note for now is that at 17.5 months it looked like our daughter could benefit from the seat being raised, but the second hole on the seat post was too high. I drilled a hole at the middle distance between the two that it came with, and that’s working perfectly. At just the right time, too, as she’d been wanting to be pushed a lot recently, but now she’s inspired to get on her scooter by herself quite a bit.

(BTW, Amazon promised me a joke if I wrote seven reviews in a row. Seven reviews later, no joke was provided. Joke’s on me I guess.)

The colours don’t match the pics here. The color is really red – not pinky and the metal pieces are not silver but black. That might be important for those who want the exact product as offered.
We have been using the roller for 2 weeks and so far we like it!

My son has always hated his pushchair and we gave up and got him this for his 2nd birthday. What a difference. It’s light and nimble and he loves riding it. He’s almost 3 now and has just ventured into the scooting arena. It’s solid and I’d imagine we’ll get a few more years out of it. After a year and a lot of miles the lights on the wheels still work.

This is a must have! My 2 year old absolutely loves it and it’s a dream to push him around on 5 km plus walks! Top tip is to walk beside the scooter and push with one hand 🙂

Great product, perfect for my 20 month old daughter.
I went for this model so we had the option for her to sit on and ride.
However she loves to push and ride the scooter herself.

Klare Kaufempfehlung

Tolles Fahrzeug , Kinder und Eltern lieben ih

I like this scooter but wish I ordered the one with foot peddles so he has somewhere to put his feet when I’m pushing him.

My son is autistic and this has been a life saver so we can now go out for walks without always taking the pushchair! It’s saved so many melt downs!

My nearly 2 year old son loves it. He hasn’t mastered the walking balance bike function yet. But he loves being pushed. Even my eldest can push him on it. The push bar has 3 levels and even my husband (175cm tall) can push it.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersJ’ai achet cette trottinette pour deux de mes petits enfants. Gniale, trs bien pens.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersChild loves it. I think if i’d buy it again, i would definitely buy the one with a footrest as it was a bit complicated to get my 1.5 years old get used to keep her feet under her. But it was such a big price difference, hence didn’t buy the 5in1. I still think the difference in price still doesn’t worth the money. Otherwise we all love it. The handle a bit low tho, husband cannot push it comfortably, he has to bend a bit. For mothers it is absolutely must have!

This ride-on has made the nursery run much less stressful with my buggy-hating 2-yr old. The tears and protests have been replaced by laughter all the way there. We get around as quickly as with the pushchair and because I can push this with one hand, I have the other hand free to hold other items. Now that I’ve got the hang of steering, I am more confident. But I still keep an eye out for bumps on the road as I think it could tip forward if we hit a bump. It is very light and therefore easy to carry up the stairs.

I don’t think she is ever going to get into her buggy again.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis product is brilliant, we have had one for both our children now and it grows with them so no need to replace. The only downside is that if they decide to use the seat and move their feet to move then they could easily fall forwards face first if going over a stick or a stone. In our case, it was in a huge puddle. Didn’t stop her though and she continues to love going on it.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI truly cannot say enough good things about this scooter! It is versatile enough to purchase with a toddler and lasts through when they weigh 100 lbs! I wish we had gotten one a year ago when our daughter turned 2, but we still have plenty of time. The child must be able to sit on the seat and hold the handlebars without easily falling off. It can be used as a push toy, a ride-on, a scooter, and a taller scooter.

The steering is still a little to get used to, but our daughter is getting it. She has had hers for a couple weeks. There is a button on the front you can lock the steering with. She did navigate a pretty wide turn in the sidewalk the other day so she much have figured it out. It does not do any hard turns. So, that is just completely worth noting. But, that is also a good thing. Our son has a Ra*or and our daughter would likely kill herself if the Globber turned sharply like it does.

There is a brake on the back and we have practiced using it, but it is a little hard for a 3 year old to figure out how to do so at first. At least it is a 3-wheeler so she keeps her balance…and maybe runs into the grass.

This is speedy, I know! But we have considered it worth it, especially as our daughter is only just 3 and will be able to use it for 3 years or so. If you have a child approaching 5 who isn’t super cautious, I would probably go with more of a big kid model. Our 8 year old does ride on this (he weighs 70 lbs) as a scooter only. The seat cannot hold that much weight so watch that if you have older kids who may want to test drive it. I think it is like 40 lbs, but I am not 100% sure. Happy Scooting!
