Wow this brought back some memories , would get and worth the money
Bought an original version of this for our daughter forty odd years ago. Couldn’t resist buying her another one as part of her birthday present earlier this year as a reminder of times gone by. She loved it, as did her other half as he hadn’t heard of it before. They have had great fun playing it!
Classic Simon. There is not the level on the middle as it used to… It’s much lighter than the old one tho. I find the sound even at the minimum is quite loud – poor neighbours / flatmate when it’s late but can’t play without the sound ! Btw sounds aren’t exactly same either but well need to adapt to the Simon 2.0.
Isn’t cheap but worth it if your nostalgic or wants to share the Simon passion to the kids around you.
Nothing to dislike about this game well apart from the price of it, but apart from that my son really liked playing it.
I have purchesd this as a Christmas gift for my 12 year old son in reminiscent times of my youth. Here’s hoping he enjoys it as much as I used to.
Very simple, but highly addictive and difficult to master. For those who don’t know Simple Simon (or just “Simon”, or “Simon Says” so as not to offend the daft kids), the game lights up in sequence, which you must repeat. Example:
Red
*Red*
Red, Yellow
*Red, Yellow*
Red, Yellow Red
*Red, Yellow, Red*
Red, Yellow, Red, Blue
*Red, Yellow, Red, Blue*
Red, Yellow, Red, Blue, Yellow
*Red, Yellow, Red, Blue, Yellow*
Red, Yellow, Red, Blue, Yellow, Yellow
*Red, Yellow, Red, Blue, Yellow, Yellow*
Red, Yellow, Red, Blue, Yellow, Yellow, Red
*Red, Yellow, Red, Blue, Yellow, Yellow, Yellow*
BUZZZZ
*GOD DAMN IT*
Good battery life.
Classic game for adults and children alike, fun to play whilst also testing your memory!.
My dad has suffered a double stroke and has been left unable to talk among other issues , this was a good game for him to be able to participate in without having to use speech and only one hand
Granddaughter isn’t happy with it.
In fact yesterday she was crying. And all because…..
I haven’t let her play with it yet lol.
Talk about childhood memories flooding back.
Love this took me back my grandkids love it too x
Exactly like the old Simon game, comes with batteries. Little bit expensive and yeah it is a basic “only one game” you but if you remember it and want one you can’t go wrong with this
Bought for my nephew (11) remembering how much loved this as a child. Hasn’t lost anything. He, and my niece (7) had loads of fun with i
his is a Christmas present I would imagine it would be good have had Hasbro games before usually good quality
Great retro game for Christmas present .battery compartment needs screwdriver to undue very frustrating
This is a Christmas present and I know we’re all going to be playing with this. My daughter loved hers – it really was a Favourite toy, so I’m hoping her own daughter feels the same.
My children had this when they were young kept them amused for ages now it’s for my grandchildren to try, good clean fun and helps to stimulate brain power and memory.
Great “new” game. My kids had one of the originals back n the 80’s? I used to lay with theirs more than they did. Now I have one of my own. Still as good as I remember.
I really like this! It’s so frustrating when you get the sequence wrong and gets you wanting to try again! People love having a go of this! It has a volume control (the on button) which is always a good thing! I can’t fault it!
Got this in anticipation of 5 year old grandson’s visit. Grandson less interested than I’d hoped, but my adult son and his friends LOVE it. We’ve more than got our money’s worth.
