It doesn’t kink any where near as much standard hoses I’ve had before, which is handy given how long it is. On the rare occasion it does, it’s easy to unkink. In other respects, it seems a perfectly good hose/hose reel.

Comes fully assembled, reel is sturdy, hose quality seems very good. Nozzle a bit loose but just needs to be taken off and refitted, only takes a minute.

Good looks good wheel is good for unraveling hose and putting away but I have noticed the pipe gets tangled very easy stopping the water from running

Top brand and reliable product. Only downside is when hose has bed. Fully extended it does require a bit of effort to wind in and care it doesn’t jump off side of the reel and jamming . But tbf it does what it says on the tin and does it well . Tap attachments also included.

Fed up with buying the expandable hoses and over the last few years we have bought 3 – husband usually stands on the pipe accidentally and this has led to perforations and leakage. This hose is stronger. I bought the push along version which is easy to manoeuvre. I would say I would buy this again, but let’s hope I don’t have to!

Easy to assemble and use, less straightforward to ‘rewind’ after use – but nothing most gardeners would find too onerous. I’m not most gardeners though, so a bit too difficult for me to rewind! The only other issue is the weakness of the grip holding the ‘handle’ upright. Even quite light weight (downward) on the handle causes it to slide down in the mechanism. Not easily tightened sufficiently to prevent this. Annoying!
Otherwise – meets my watering requirements.

After buying another ‘expandable’hose that after a year stopped working I went back to a sturdy hose pipe. Super long and I like the carry holder.

You have to connect the cart to the tap and there is no extra hose length so I just needed to cut a section from what was provided (no big deal).

The only annoying thing is I paid an extra 10 to include the starter kit which is not needed as the parts are included in this package.

In summary ill put up with the odd kink, this will last much longer than an expandable, easier to repair and better value for money.
