Always my first choice.
Having tried several alternatives I tend to return to Hozelock products as they are well made and work consistently. This is no different. They tend to be more expensive but beware cheap copies; always buy in original packaging, not by colour.

I’ve tried other makes of hose connector but they either leak or break so I think it’s best to stick with Hozelock.
Better than the no name brand but not much bette
Bought to replace a no name brand which kept disconnecting from the nozzle. The Hozelock kept everything together but after about a month the claws which grip the hose were already breaking meaning the hose would partially come loose.
I think it will last another 3 months before it sadly has to go into landfill.
he water seal in the connector suddenly failed after used for 4 months, i got same model connectors on both ends, just one side failed, the other one is fine
i cut the hose and fitted it again to the connector properly, it still leak, so it must be the connector seal failed
a bit disappointed as 4 months life was too short for this, it’s still in warranty but the cost of posting it back to hozelock is almost the price of a new one
