The Challenger 2 inflatable boat is perfect for boating fun for two adults. Whether fishing, relaxing, or rowing on the lake, this boat is great for making your adventure exciting and entertaining. Good cheap boa
We used this on holiday with a rechargeable hand pump. Overall it inflated and deflated really quickly. Steering it was entertaining in the sea, but it provided lots of entertainment for my 6yo who went out in it every day. It’s a good little boat that can fit two adults easily.
I bought this product to be able to go on the lake. Honestly, I am pretty impressed by it. I would recommend to anyone who is thinking about purchasing it.
Hard to row but great fun. Recommended!
Most fun we’ve had as a family and with friends. We take this to the beach and lasted throughout. I’ve only had it for a year but the low price makes it up the first time you go out. It’s quite difficult to row as it’s inflated but it’s really fun!
I am expecting loads of family fun with this inflatable. I watched some YouTube postings before making my decision. It seems to me that this dinghy,although reasonably priced is the real deal and not some beach side shop blow up fun dinghy. You can do proper stuff in this craft with room to spare. It is a well constructed inflatable that I hope will give me years of pleasure. One point is, I would invest in an air pump too.One that can be plugged into your cars cigarette lighter socket. The manual pump is perfectly capable but who wants to waste time when the sea beckons.
Good quality boat!
A lot of fun in this thing, comes with everything you need for paddle boating, surprisingly fitted 3 male adults in it for a paddle down the local canal and stayed afloat perfectly fine without a hint of too much weight. (We had 40-44 stone of weight in it at once).
Only let down is not carry bag for it, but I knew this before purchasing. Stored by folding up and putting in the shed.
Very pleased, have only used once but hope to get more use this week. This was bought for the kids to have fun on the water. We took it down to the beach which took us only 10 mins to inflate with the supplied foot pump. The kids loved it.
I previously purchased the excursion 5, and needed a smaller boat that could take 2 people comfortably, yet I could lift easily by myself.
This boat is well made, fairly light and takes my transom for my small petrol engine.
The only disappointment is there is no bag to hold it all, or a waterproof pouch (which were supplied with the 5)
Bought this for my girlfriend as a birthday present. So much fun. Looked at loads of super expensive boats and nearly shelled out more five times the price but actually this was all we needed. Hand pump works fine for me.
Excellent stable boat. Great value and very well made. Very easy and quick to inflate and deflate. Have ordered another set of oars to use with the ones supplied which are strong and also well made.

I have not taken it out yet, due to this English weather, but I loved my 2 man intex challenger so I will like this bigger one just as much probably!! the only thing I might miss is that it does not have fishing rod holders!

Excellent service super quick delivery. boat is fantastic was a little worried about it taking ages to inflate with just the a hand pump but my 10 year old son managed it in about 5 minutes. Plenty space for 3 people. The kids love it and can’t wait to use it again. Highly recommend
his is pretty easy to inflate with the pump provided, we carry it to the river, which required a big bag not provided but other than that i cant fault this, we have 2 adults and 2 children in it no probs, feels very stable in the water. pretty sturdy construction for the price, still going strong.
Messing about on the river!
Bought this boat as a surprise for the children to use on a small river in France. They loved it and It appears to be a robust product made from quality materials. A friend bought a similar, cheaper product and that was holed on its first outing! I was a bit disappointed that I couldn’t use my electric car tyre inflator to inflate the boat but, as others have said, it doesn’t take long to inflate it with the pump supplied. Only issue we have had was that one of the one-way valves was stuck open but it was easily fixed.
It is for messing about on the river, not a long distance tourer! Easily took an adult and two children.
Very good very large and very sturdy.Well worth the money.Came 2 days after ordering.My husband and brother spent a full day on river fishing no problems.No fish though.They now want a motor for it .
Received the boat 2 days after purchase and we took her out onto the sea yesterday. Well worth the money…..we are keeping this for the river and buying a Excursion 5 for the sea but not because of any disatisfaction with the product. A fantastic boat with fantastic service. Update….. i punctured this boat accidentally….the repair patch it comes with is totally inadequate so get a bike repair kit put a smaller patch on and a larger round one over the top. Weve done this and now she’s as good as new. We even take her out on the sea for hours and there is no sign of deflation. Recommend this for 2 people and a couple of backpacks. As a footnote we brought the excursion 5 and its wonderful

Would have liked a carry bag to protect once deflated as I’m sure the box wont last as long as the boat.

I use this to take bait out for fishing in Spain. It does everything you would expect well. The oars are very impressive and the material of the boat quite abrasion resistant. It is relatively light and easy to pump up. With the floor panel it is easier if you have a pump that sucks air out as well as it has a smaller valve that the rest of the boat sections. For the money it’s great.
Brought this Intex Challenger Boat and put it in a suitcase for a beachside holiday in France. The Kids loved it… aged 3 6 7 8 ( all 4 of them fitted in there no problem ). The pump inflated the boat in about 10 minutes ( by me ), it was inflated and deflated about 6 times over the week, with no issues. It’s reasonibly sturdy. It weighs 9kgs about and in terms of size comes packed about the size of a cabin bagage suitcase. Very Happy with it. I took an electric pump with me but ended up using the pump provided in the box.. and it worked fine also. If the kids are happy so are Mum and Dad .. Regards A Very Happy Camper…
I bought one of these about two years ago and have used it quite a lot including giving it some mild abuse such as dragging it over rocks with people in. It’s been perfect and has given my family lots of fun. It feels safe and secure. I think it’s the best 50 I have spent in a long time. The pump is very fast and puts air into the boat during both the push and pull strokes, and the oars are a reasonable quality. The valves have a cleaver double opening which allows the air to come out very quickly when it’s time to pack the boat up. It’s a bit cramped with my wife and two children (aged 9 and 10) in the boat, but we wouldn’t want anything bigger. I have no hesitation in giving this boat five stars.
