I bought this system 5 years ago after a recommendation from a local plumber. Installation was pretty straightforward and it worked well for nearly 5 years. The system recently got a pin hole leak from the plastic housing over the stage 1 filter.
I called the company and talked to Sean expecting to order a new part and having to pay for it. He was very helpful and sent me out a new unit housing and a pressure regulator to help prevent the pin hole leak in the future with no cost shipping. The new housing has color coded tubes for easier install (I had colored the old ones so I knew how they were suppose to go). It was easy to replace other than unscrewing the filter compartments, they are needed to be tight to prevent leaks. The mounting holes are a little different, but not a big deal.
It is rare to find a company that will offer replacement parts and stand behind their product. The service has won me over for being a loyal customer. Most companies don’t want to bother helping their customers, yet offer free replacement parts. Thank you very much Sean.
Good water filter system. Unfortunately, one of the cartridges had developed a leak and was quickly replaced by the manufacturer. Would definitely recommend based on my experience.
Have used filters before and have found to do a good job
The best purchase I ever made . My kettle is always clean and shine , because the water is so clean and tasty. I use for cook and drink .
I bough in 2017 still work perfectly fine , couple weeks ago , I my tank valve broken, then I email the company, then this lovely and helpful guy (Brian) help me out sending me a valve very quick and the company not even charge me for it , I was prepared to pay , but They said was for free this time . It was very easy to installing as well , I did my self the filters replacement.

This is a good kit because I like having a larger filter pack so that I don’t have to keep buying one filter at a time. Only issue I had with this is it did not have any connectors for the alkaline and the FT15 filter in the box as expected. I contacted iSpring Support, got a response from Nick the next day, who has very promptly arranged to get these shipped to me. Would not hesitate to buy again!
Refills are perfect for the year – missing a new tube link in one of the filters – but their support service sent out some spares to make sure I could eventually do the replacement. Overall good quality products…
Saves a fortune on bottled water and protects my family from pesticides and hormones.
Does not come with enough modern click fittings to connect to my 6 stage system which I bought only 9 months ago.
There are 2 types of connecting holes for this cartridges, thinner screw variety and a fatter ‘easy-click’ type. This is the latter, unfortunately my ispring unit was the former, so they are incompatible.
Othwrwise a great system and the seller sent over spare parts a week later.
Not quite like the originals….i had to improvise with some connections….you cannot change connections from one year to another….otherwise i would say good quality…good wate

I’m still on the original set of filters supplied with my iSpring system and won’t be fitting these until late November 16. Externally, they are identical to the originals. I’m happy with them.
