The first time that I buy something from this brand! The quality is amazing the sound is clear. If you need for team call, Skype for business in general I strongly recommend this brand

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe must have for any professional working in a hybrid or remote role. Robust product, it’s been bashed, dropped and squished and still has full functionality. Also makes you look smart and provides clear sound. Also noise cancellation is amazing. You could be sitting in busy surroundings, others will only hear your voice.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI use these for long periods as I work 12 hour shifts, hosting Teams Calls, using Jabber softphone. They’re comfy, feel light, excellent sound quality compared to several other headphones I have tried. these were also very cheap, especially designed for teams, they have made a huge difference for me when on long calls. Very happy customer here.

I use these everyday for work, I love the circle volume thing I can put on my desk and turn up and down the volume in reach of my mouse. Very comfortable and soft.

I use the headset for my work for at least 5 hours a day by the end of the day it might irritate you on the edge of your ear but the sound quality is good. People working in sales or customer care try this.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI got these as my work supply these and then got them a neighbour who started to work from home and do on-line training via webcasts. The USB plug in is simple to insert and sets them up easily but the individual settings need fine tuning (mic etc) to get best and Windows pc this is fairly straight forward. the cable is of adequate length and the control link in the cable works well to adjust volume and other features. comfort is OK but springs a bit tight putting them on/off initally but it gets better with use. Volume can at first be low but check the master volume on your device is usually the cause. Bluetooth headset might be a update to consider (I have both types), depends on your budget and usage.

They are easy to use, simply plug and play. You can also install an additional app for Windows PC if you want extended controls like surround sound, better quality base and treble so that’s a nice feature to have but entirely optional. The most important feature for me is the active noise cancellation which works great, especially if you’re on video calls at home and your next door neighbour is drilling or hammering on the walls. The other side won’t hear a thing!

Quality is excellent, super comfortable, it’s beautiful, great design, I loved them.
Please note the difference between SE and non-SE: SE is the old “foam” material whereas the SE is the leatherette material. Both are great, it depends on personal preference

For an inexpensive piece of kit it performs quite well. Sound is reasonable, it is easy and quite comfortable to use. The inline control is a bit frustrating, only because it is poorly marked, but it works!

Does the job, reasonably comfy and good quality. Has been in my rucksack loose for a few months now and still in one piece. The large mute button on the cable is in a bit of an annoying spot, as often it is hanging and pulls the rest of the cable across the table and falls down the chair. I wouldn’t say they do any noise cancelling, as the ear isn’t covered, and max volume is much lower than my other headsets.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersA great headset that’s compatible to use on Microsoft Teams and Skype. Found out about this product when my previous workplace gave this for me to use and I liked it so much that I ended up buying it to use in my current job. The cable is a good length. It’s so simple to use – you just simply plug it in and it automatically installs it for you – hassle-free! Noise cancellation is good and the ear pads are soft and comfortable on the ears. I like the cool feature where you can take and end calls by the press of a button on the remote control pad and you can even mute and unmute yourself on it. Money well spent. The only negative bit about this product is that it makes a clicky sound when you adjust the headset.

Got these to replace my old ones as they are really comfortable to wear. The controls are on a separate disc kind of unit and includes volume +/-, answer/disconnect call and mute. I find it really useful to have these.

The cable is long enough that you can get off the chair and have a stretch during long meetings if sitting around is getting too tedious.

Bought those to use with the MS on my work computer that is using Ubuntu. Works perfectly fine for listening to music, noise cancellation is superb and super comfortable as well, but the mic didn’t work on MS and I couldn’t switch on the fly to laptop mic. So, unless using Windows, definitely don’t buy these.

The sound is perfect and they work extremely well. I didn’t give the 5 stars as I wear glasses and they are not the best ones to have them on all day for work.

Great product all round, perfect for teams meetings with easy twist of the microphone function! Sound quality is perfect for calls and the button attached to the device to control volume and call muting comes in very useful! Would recommend and when on offer I would 100% recommend these for day to day zoom/teams calls.

Gave me a headache for the first week, getting used to the sound.

I got this originally in preparation for a customer service job that I never ended up doing. One is required to have a professional quality headset such as this exact one.

I use it for other things now. People no longer complain about my audio.

Let’s see how long these last in an office environment.
We have used more expensive, modular, headsets from the likes of Agent, Avalle and Plantronics. These tend to break after much use in an unforgiving office! At the 30ish price mark it seems like just replcaing the whole unit may be more cost effective. The sound and build quality seem to be the same as the aforementioned products.

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersUpdate:
Jabra and Microsoft seem to have finally got their act together. A couple of firmware updates has been released and now works pretty much flawlessly. Bumped up to 4 stars, dropping one solely for that poor early experience.

    Original review:
Was a pretty good headset for home working, Clear audio both ways, fairly comfortable for up to a couple of hours at a time and great call control button integration with Microsoft Teams to pick up a call, end it and mute-unmute.

However, sometime over the summer a Teams update has broken the call controls. First they would stop working mid call, now they just don’t do anything at all. Very frustrating and makes answering calls and running meetings using the headset a real pain now.

Jabra don’t seem to care too much though and are still pushing these headsets a Teams compatible. They claim it is Microsoft’s problem, which may be the case, but if you market as compatible you are bound by law to ensure that is true – Jabra should be all over Microsoft over this!

So BUYER BEWARE – this is unlikely to work with Teams for you. Might as well look elsewhere.

I’m using this as a teacher, running online lessons during lockdown in 2020.
This headset is comfortable for long periods, durable, sound quality in earphones is fine (although if I were listening to music I’d want more bass), but the bit that really does it for me is the microphone. Pupils can hear me clearly, and the noise cancelling is good – on one occasion I was doing a lesson with roadworks outside my window and pupils couldn’t hear the roadworks! The mic is good for speech, it hasn’t got the frequency range to cope with singing but if that’s what you want to do them you should be looking at proper vocal mics and audio mixers.
I’m really pleased with this product, without it my lockdown teaching wouldn’t have been as good.

These are comfortable and nicely adjustable, sound quality is good for video conferencing (though a little muffled for some music, but they’re not really for that), and generally good headphones. My one complaint is that the cable up to the headphones is quite a solid plastic, and gets a little microphonic when moving around or getting clipped/hit- the solution is to either get one of those mic clips, or my cheap solution which is to put the cable though the foldback metal arm of a bulldog clip! Looks weird, but works a treat! The control circle is pretty good too.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersBought these for my COVID homeworking setup. Audio quality is good, and the controls integrate properly with MS Teams. The headband is quite hard, but I have no hair to act as a cushion 🙂 and there is a reasonable amount of pressure on the ears (which will help with the passive noise blocking) which means I don’t find them comfortable to wear continuously for multiple hours.
