Incredible
I have a Bse speaker upstairs and I wanted a Bluetooth speaker for the kitchen. I have to say that this speaker is incredible! Sound is fantastic. 100% recommend this speaker. I am not being paid for this review and I bought it myself. I doubt if you will find better for this price.
Great sound !
Bought this to replace my Bose as that’s quite heavy to travel with. I wasn’t expecting much in the way of sound compared to the Bose but I’m really impressed! What a cracking little speaker. My only suggestion is why different colours are higher prices but otherwise really pleased with the purchase.
Over a year of use and still going strong!
Well over a year with 3 in our house using it daily in the shower room and it’s still works great ! It’s bass is extremely good and projection for such a small compact speaker is amazing . The little cord has come in handy way more then once too !!
What a great little speaker!
The sound, considering its size, is very good – I would say it is better than my old JBL Flip 3 which was a lot more expensive. The bluetooth connection is very strong and stretches a long way, I can walk to the bottom of the garden some 30 metres away and still be connected to my iPhone indoors. Great for use in the bathroom – listening to my own music whilst having a shower. And to ‘test’ the waterproof claim, I let it fall into the bath whilst listening to it, cut off the sound until I retrieved it from the murky depths but instantly reconnected and, once dried off, none the worse for wear! Will be great to take on holiday and use around the pool.
Great pocket sized speake
Bought to go with my laptop because it was small enough to fit in the laptop bag.
Already have a Charge 4 from JBL and and when playing the two side by side the Charge 4 was obviously superior but the little Go 3 held its own really well.
looks great sounds amazing only real complaints are that its quiter than what i’d hoped (though still pretty loud for its size), I had issues with battery life being a little short though i do use it often when on the go, and that you only want it to play upright as the stand for it laying horizontally cant deal with the lightness of it along with the bass it puts out making an annoying vibration noise as it spins around in a circle (usually when at 60%+ volume)
Overall, great product would buy again!
Easy to use
I had a Bose which got lost somehow. This is not the same quality, but it suits my purpose. It is light weight, plug and play and mobile. The sound could be a bit louder but I am enjoying it.
Excellent sound
What a great little portable speaker this is, small enough to pack into a bag/rucksack. Have used it for long journeys in a van [very noisy van, no decent radio] which was brilliant. Would purchase agai
I’m a musician and producer and was looking for a small portable speaker to check tracks on. This JBL has excellent audio reproduction for its size with a nice bass response despite the smallish speaker.
Easy to carry around looped around one finger and the battery lasts for around 2 hours of constant use.

I like everything about this device. Portability, ease of use and robust. Sound-wise, it could be a little better. If you are pumping out a lot of bass then it’s not for you as it will start dancing around a smooth surface. If you want big sound go bigger. For my needs, i.e lounging around a pool on holiday then it was perfect. I normally wear headphones on hols but suntan lotion and swimming pools don’t like them. I would buy again.
This has to be one of the best speakers I’ve ever bought. My passion in life is music so I’m always listening to it. My Bose broke. I didn’t want to spend 150+ to replace it so started looking into cheaper ones. I then came across this little Gem. The volume goes very loud and the sound quality is amazing. I definitely recommend. This has to be my best buy of the year 🙂

It's good quality sound for the size!
It’s brilliant only gripe is it doesn’t say how much battery life is left. Literally no way to check so always better to charge it before use on days out decent sound though. Lasts a few hours. Not ages though.

Did what we needed
Bought this to take away back packing for a month, it is light, has an excellent sound for the size and price and am still using it on camping trips in the UK.

Good sound quality
I bought this for travelling . I wasn’t disappointed ,the quality of the sound is excellent for such a compact speaker .’I have other larger JBL portable speakers , so I knew the sound level wouldn’t be as high but the quality was comparable .
Nice quality with affordable price
I have JBL Go and was not expecting to get another music player until I tried my sister’s Go 3. She has Go 2 but still decided to give the new generation a try. We tried it together and WOW! We were surprised how good the music sounds. She immediately decided to keep it and I was tempted to get one as well. I tried playing music with my Go and was no longer satisfied by that. Eventually I gave in and purchased it. I never regretted. Now my Go is in the corner of the drawer.

Otherwise I am happy with this purchase. It is small but volume is quite high and sound is clear.

A new purchase, used for 3 days so far while mucking out stables. Hangs conveniently from hooks, nails etc. The sound is solid, clear and powerful, more than adequate for outdoor use but not tried with classical music yet. It paired instantly with a spare phone I use as an mp3 player. Good value for money, good looks and feel. 3 day’s use so far and still on its second charge: I guess it exceeds the advertised 5 hours per charge. This will get a lot of use at our yard.
Wow I’m amazed, such a tiny thing and can get so loud ! It has long lasting battery , charging takes a bit time , but it’s worth it. Connection between devices and re-connection with the current device in case ( “out of range” ) or steel wall? JBL go3 is fast and music comes out in perfect balance , also very clear sound. Maybe a bit less trebles and more base , but seriously. With this little devil you will be very satisfied. It’s made mostly front thick rubber, so when accidentally falls down the table on the floor , it’s pretty protected so I take it as a bonus. My partner is a clumsy one.. :/ also when it’s finally positioned, rubber matts slow down any vibration caused by base and neutralise it. So if you put it for instance on a wooded bed side table , or glass it won’t be creating vibration. So that is also another bonus. Only what u get its crystal clear sound.
Before I ordered JBL GO3 , I have tried one of the “Anker”
JBL go 3 ***** in quality of sound for good value
ANKER *** trebles and bass is all over the place on this one and it resonates .
