Stupidly Expensive
Great paint but way overpriced. I purchased 2x 2.5l tins of this from here for just shy of 40. This lasted all of 10 minutes before I needed more. Locally I managed to source a 6l tin for 15! Nearly 3 times the paint for roughly 2 thirds of the price.
Do yourselves a favour… Buy locally!

Pot not leaking. Well packed & colour I ordered
I ordered this paint twice from another supplier & had to return twice because wrong colour was sent & one had leaked.

This is a very nice paint. It’s really light and bright and such a good paint for coverage . It’s a thumbs up for me and this is now my favourite grey that I will be using from now on.

Came on time, good notice of delivery. Wrapped up securely so no worry of paint spillage whilst in transit. A very good brand of paint but an incredible price
The paint was easy to apply and covered well. Even with one coat, my room looks brighter and fresher. It’s hard-wearing and clean-up was a breeze. No strong odors either which was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend!
Lovely vibrant brilliant white colour. I needed to paint over a very large newly plastered wall that had some marbling.
It went on easily with a fairly cheap roller and covered the wall perfectly with 2 coats, which was less than expected.
I bought this paint because I always find the coverage great I also bought the quick drying gloss which I also find good but to my great disappointment the magnolia colours are totally different as they do not match my effect is totally ruined I shall now have to try to find a different brand and hope that the magnolia colour does not turn out to be country cream!!!

This does actually look the same as the photos and the sticker on the tin . Goes on the walls very nice . looks brilliant with the grey,black,silver stripped paper on the feature wall in the guest bedroom
Poor depth of coverage
Have always brought Johnston’s paints so was a little disappointed with this colour and it’s depth of coverage applied on top of the dreaded magnolia emulsion and was surprised after two generous coats to see the magnolia coming through would of expected some colour seepage with a greater contrast of base colour to topcoat no biggie but had to go back over the work the next day after allowing 24 hours for total drying usually give a 5 star review on Johnstone’s paints but 4 stars

Product is good only complaint I have is the deliver charge is disgusting in today climate it all greed with amazon as I order 3 item and pay 3 deliver charge . They were my last ever orders from here . When you search the Web you can get items alot cheaper than on here
Fantastic price. But sadly the lid wasn’t on properly so some paint has leaked out. Doesn’t help that the box has an arrow saying this way up. But my address was the other way up. Got in a bit of a mess getting the plastic wrapper off and cleaning the paint up. Needs to be checked bette

Good paint at an unbelievable price but …. why on earth would Amazon put the original box, containing the paint, into another box with no labelling stating ‘THIS WAY UP’ and ‘FRAGILE’ etc as the original one did? It arrived leaking as it had obviously been thrown about! Can’t really blame the driver.
Well this would have been a 5* rating but unfortunately it was let down by UPS delivery company as when I opened the box (good quality box and very sturdy) the paint was all over the inside of the box as it had either been dropped or thrown around in the van. After contacting the company through Amazon messages and providing photos they offered me and full refund or a new pot of paint, being honest I said to them I had managed to clean it up and use it for what I wanted to, they then just said thanks and that was that, an offer of something would have been nice since I lost quite a bit of paint and the lid doesn’t fit back on properly either so what is left will go off before I get around to using the rest of the paint, so much for being honest
The paint itself is good, good coverage and easy to clean brushes/rollers with warm water.
