Woody scents are extracted from cedar wood, amber or vetiver. These emphasise the masculinity and can be combined well with other scents of pepper, cinnamon or nutmeg. The tobacco scent serves as an ideal base for other fragrances. The warm and slightly sweet aroma of the tobacco is often rounded off with floral and woody fragrances. I run through a number of different scents, dependant on activity. This JPG scent is now my primary I mix it with my moisturiser each evening which started because I like the smell, but continues because it puts the missus in the mood.
Any scent that helps get me laid, gets top marks in my eyes!!
Blast From the Pas
I used to have a few favourite smells in my younger days and remember that this was always Ibiza. So the smell is not only nostalgic but really really nice.
Longevity not so much
I’d previously bought the ultra male , I now feel that scent although not as nice lasted a lot longer than this. I love the smell though, just need to put it on more frequent is my only gripe.

Classic and classy! Masculine and fresh scent, good with a similar smelling shower gel. Won’t last all day but good for a night out, at the price it’s best used sparingly!
Nothing to dislike. The real deal, and arrived a day early! I know it is genuine as i checked the batch number. To do this there should be a white number on the bottom of the tin. There should be an identical number on the bottom of the bottle- if so your good! Hope this helps people. Check youtube as well.
Really nice strong but masculine sce
well priced for the size of the bottle, comes complete with a tin and safety ring pull for the bottle. Jean Paul is always of good quality and people often ask what cologne I’m wearing, but it’s not overpowering!

Smells wonderful
I bought this as a gift to my son. I have been buying him this for the last 13 years. I think he likes it. I know his wife does.
It is not cheap and I know he wouldn’t spend that much on himself.
PERFECT! Absolutely the genuine JPG Le Male edt (as far as I can tell). This fragrance lasts and lasts…I accidentally sprayed some on my dressing-gown cuff as I tested it on my wrist, and I could still smell the scent over 6 days later!! So, it certainly has longevity folks. I bought the original JPG Le Male edt from a famous perfume department store way way back, when it was first released, and this product is without any doubt, the same scent! The bottle, the tin (no dents or scratches), and the packaging are perfect (the tin itself is properly cellophane wrapped)…everything about this product is exactly as it should be.
Some Amazon Reviewers have questioned the “lack of a bottle atomiser cap…” thus questioning whether this is the genuine gear. But, just for the sake of clarity, the genuine JPG Le Male edt does not have a bottle cap…it has a tiny
ring-pull which sits just below the atomiser button; you pull the ring off, which allows you to depress the atomiser button, and spray away! This product also has the ring-pull (and no bottle cap…just like the original, and genuine JPG). Pop the ring-pull back in-place under the atomiser button once you have had a ‘squirt’ or two, thus preventing any unwanted ‘squirts’.
So, what you folks need to know when purchasing fragrances from online providers is…is this stuff the genuine thing…am I right? Well, I can tell you honestly that (in my opinion), this particular Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male edt IS ABSOLUTELY THE GENUINE FRAGRANCE. It has the same gorgeous scent, which lasts and lasts…it cost around 60.00, which is probably a little cheaper than buying from a department store. So, based upon my experience with this particular Amazon Seller, I would absolutely advise you to buy with the utmost confidence :o) Also, I just wanted to mention that I signed-up to Amazon Prime over the Christmas period, and everything that I have purchased via Amazon Prime, has been delivered extremely promptly…oftentimes arriving on the SAME DAY (when ordered early in the morning)!!! For a couple of quid each month, the Amazon Prime scheme is absolutely AMAZING….5 stars for this seller, and another 5 stars for Amazon Prime

I do like this quite a bit. I think it’s good use as an everyday scent. A bit musky but also quite light as well. Reminds me very much of Armani Code Black, and truth be told I prefer that to this – It’s got a bit more depth to it. Reason I didn’t give it 5 star is because it just seemed to lack that little something, but overall good scent and women seem to like it.

I have been using Le Male Eau De Toilette for years but I was a little cautious buying this as some of the reviews were fairly mixed. I decided to buy anyway because it was considerably cheaper than buying from the shops. I think this is the real thing because all of the packaging and the bottle is absolutely identical to one I purchased from a main high street store a few months back. The scent is exactly the same and seems to last just as long too so I don’t think it’s a fake.
