These are brilliant. Wooden animal figures that are painted and contain no stickers. My toddler loves to knock them down. They have a great weight to them. I also love the little drawstring bag that came with them.
Bought this toy for my grand-daughter. I thought I’d have a look in the box before giving it to her for Christmas. Each of the stacking animals are wrapped in some sort of ‘Le Toy Van’ printed tissue paper. Some of the tissue paper has degraded into weird flaky bits. Made a bit of a mess when I unwrapped them. Maybe the package got damp in the warehouse? Although there is a Micro-pack dri clay packet in the box. Presumably some sort of ‘natural’ silica gel type of thing?
The animals themselves seem nice and chunky and in good condition.
I shall put the animals into the cotton drawstring bag provided and put it back into the box carefully.
I would suggest that you unpack the animals from the box yourself rather than letting a small child open it in case yours is the same and you get a mess of flakes of tissue paper and/or they try to eat the dri-clay sachet!
I am trying to stack the animals. It’s more difficult than you might think. LOL.
I love these little animals, they are chunky and cute and versatile for playing with in other ways than just stacking. My little boy is 16m and hasn’t got the hang of stacking them yet, but enjoys taking them out of the bag and putting them back in. Also fun to play with as an adult!
Well presented versatile wooden play animals
This lovely wooden animal stacking toy is lovely and well cherished by our grandchildren. It’s such a lovely toy for them to play with and our Grandchildren love stacking it and knocking it down. I would recommend from the age of 18months to age 3.
Stunning and versatile
My 3 months old hasn’t used it yet but I have! These animals are pretty and classy. They’re fun to stack and can be used with other toys too. Small enough for infants hands but safe to use and light.

This is a great toy, highly recommend for restless toddlers. Solid, thick wood pieces with lovely stained colours. Would make a lovely gift and great size for taking out and about to keep kids occupied at coffee shop.

The toys are well crafted and wooden. It is really fun for both the adult and the child. I bought one more set for my friend’s daughter as Ioved it so much!
Clever well made nice looking collection of animals
Lovely well made animals. Only thing is I can’t work out how to build them all into one tower so I can’t expect my toddler to be able to! Be good if it came with the answer in a picture
Perfect gift for a toddle
My 20 month old loves these animals! They have helped her to learn the names and she loves trying to stack them (and of course, knocking them down!) I have enjoyed playing with them with her too. They are beautiful quality and come in a little cloth bag. Will be buying for friend’s children in future

Great fun making stacks.
Bought for my Granddaughter’s first birthday. A good selection of animals, in muted colours, which I really like compared to some of the bright things you see today. She loves getting them out of the bag one by one. The balance and stacking of them is much fun for me, mum and dad and I’m sure will be for her, when she is old enough. A lovely wooden toy that will be enjoyed for years to come.

Our one year old granddaughter simply loves this! She can barely stack but she moves them around and lines them up for long stretches at a time, especially if there is an adult also playing!

I bought this as a present for my nephew of 8 months. He loves it! So does my brother. We are very impressed by the way the animals are designed and shaped. They can stack into so many different arrangements and also look lovely just positioned side by side on a shelf.

It’s a beautiful and well-made toy.The colours are natural and the finish is lovely.We have had it for nearly two years and my son still enjoys playing with it.

Gave these as a 1st birthday present, the little one loves knocking them down and is working on building them back up. The bag that comes with it means that no bits have been lost! Nicely packaged too
Brilliant wooden toy
What an amazing toy. Love that it’s wooden instead of plastic. Bought it for my 14 month old grandson for Christmas so he hasn’t played with it yet, but I have! And I really enjoyed it.
This product was purchased for my toddler. It has been played with on an almost daily basis since purchased, and now he is getting older he is getting the hang of stacking the animals.
The animals come in a small bag which is handy to keep them together. They are simply painted and detailed to appeal to young children.
Having been played with so often it may be expected, however a few corners have chipped off of some edges. This does not affect use too much.
In summary this has become a much loved toy in our house and I can only imagine it will continue to be used for a long time to come.
A beautiful tasteful toy
This order arrived faster than estimated and it is absolutely charming. The little animals are nicely made, painted in slightly muted colours, not garish, and my one-year old grandchild had a lovely time trying to balance them, as did I! A very pleasing toy and worth the money rather than horrible plastic.
These were purchased as a gift and came in a little box that had a ‘quality seal’ on it which was a nice touch. The recipients mum has since informed me that they have become a treasured toy and are promoting imaginative play, which is lovely to hear. Beautifully designed and a toy that is made to last, unlike the plastic toys that fill shelves these days. Would highly recommend!

I bought 3 for the youngest members of the family at Christmas. The children and adults appreciated them… It’s good from an adult point of view to have interesting and well designed toys when interacting with the children. The little bag is useful when on the move and is a toy in itself for the tinies!
Perfect toy for young childre
We love this toy and have given several sets as gifts to others . Babies love holding the animals and playing with them , my toddler has now started to build the towers . The colours are soft and the whole collection is very appealing
Charming, good quality toy
Lovely toy, very cute to look at and versatile in play. My son uses them just as toy animals more regularly than he stacks them but that’s fine with us! Comes with a handy cloth bag, we took them on a week away as a travel toy which they were great for.

A good alternative to iPhone entertainment!
Bought it for my toddlers age 2 and 4 to keep them occupied in restaurants during meal time. Great colorful sturdy figures! I think, my husband gets a bigger kick out of it than the kids 😉 They probably just need to grow up a bit to appreciate it.

This stacking wooden forest animal set was given to my 1 year old grandaughter as a 1st birthday gift. Her mother reports that it is very cute and my grandaughter likes to play with it. I have not seen it in person so this is all I can say.
These gorgeous little animals were originally bought as a gift, but as soon as my 2yo saw it he wouldn’t stop asking for it. We ended up with a different gift anyway and stashed this for Christmas, but not before we opened it and had a go ourselves!!
The animals are adorable and the wood is stained, not painted, so we know they won’t chip easily. It’s lovely and smooth to the touch. But the fun is in the stacking – and me, hubs, and several visitors have had a lot of fun trying to make a single tower out of all the animals. I know my son will love making them and crashing them down again, and we will probably try a “reverse Jenga” style game with them too.
They will also be fantastic for adding to his wooden animal collection for small world play – they’re a good size and width and clearly identifiable. The only ones that don’t look quite “right” are the mouse and bird which have odd indentations due to their needing to stack. I am very much looking forward to him getting his hands on it!
Bought for 18 month old granddaughter. She loves stacking things and knocking them down. This met the requirement. I thought the pieces were very small but they were a perfect size for her to manipulate.
Beautifully crafted, some have small cracks in which is probably due to the wood grain. My little one loves them and they’re withstanding being bashed about and really helping to improve hand eye coordination and fine motor skills. The cotton bag provided is super handy for keeping them safely together when you’re out and about.

This is brilliant. As well as being a stacking game, the pieces work really well for children to play with as a little play set. They’re chunky for smaller children so don’t present a choking hazard and they’re really cute and nicely painted. The price is reasonable and I’d really recommend them.
