Amazing value for money and a gorgeous display – both settings are lovely and the fact that you can set it in a timer is great. Will be ordering a second set and also buying a few as Christmas gifts

Great remote control battery candles
I purchased these candles as I have up cycled some lanturns to use in my garden. I wanted candles that were thin enough to get in and out of the lanturns easily when the battery’s eventually need replacing. The remote works brilliantly through the glass. My set of candles came with spare a couple of spare backs to cover the battery which I’m impressed with.

Perfect -- minus one broken candle
I ordered this set mainly for the flickering light, timer, and brightness adjustment features. Once arrived they were exactly what I had pictured. They look real and not like the plastic fake candles. Overall, I’m really happy with them minus the fact that one of the medium height candles doesn’t work at all…

Great find!
I used these remote control LED candles over Christmas as part of a display in our local church. The flickering ‘flame’ was very realistic and the actual candles had a waxy feel to them. Obviously far safer to use than real candles so this was ideal for our display. I bought two sets of 5 candles and the one remote operated both sets. Absolutely perfect for our purpose.
Bought to calm mother during labour..
These were bought to help provide a calm atmosphere for an about to be mother.
The labour happened so quickly, they didn’t get used.
However, while feeding at night time they have been very useful to provide a warm, comforting light so mother can see what she’s doing but not enough jar baby into being awake like the bedside lamps or main lights. Remote works well so you’re not stuck with them on while baby is on you and they look quite realistic from the other side of the room when in flickering candle mode (they also have constant on, still mode)

Very pleased
I bought these as a Christmas present for my daughter and liked them so much I bought some for myself too. Look really good, very realistic and remote with timer is a handy feature. Battery operated (batteries not included) and battery life will depend on how good quality the batteries are and how much they are used I suppose.

Only issue is one of the candles I can’t use – it works but has a very irritating ticking sound which is quite loud!

All working and beautiful red batteries candles . No battery included but it’s okay, only my thoughts I’m assuming that the candle is wider or little bit fat or bigger as I expected. But this is very thin or thinner than ,anyway overall beautifulin red candle for xmas occasion on my table Chandler’s ewady for dinner with my girlfriends party nigh
Pros, lots of candles with good timer and remote option and batteries last a fair while which is good!
Cons, beware these candles are thin so for guidance about the width of a can of red bull rather than a normal cans thickness if that helps. Doesn’t affect them and in some ways we are happier but we didn’t realise the size difference when we brought them
If you get them at the right price you’ll be satisfied I’m sure.

I have bought four packs of these now, so am clearly a fan. Are they realistic? Well, yes – unless you get very close and scrutinise them thoroughly, in which case they’re obviously not real candles. But a) I don’t really care and b) if any guests were rude enough to do this and point it out in a sneering sort of way, then I wouldn’t invite them again. I have them in my sitting room, and my dining room, and it honestly, really does transform the room to have their lovely little flickerings in various corners. The remote control is a bonus; I defy anyone not to experience a little frisson of pleasure when they press the button and the lights suddenly come on. Hours of fun. The timers do work as well. The battery life seems pretty good, as long as you don’t buy cheap batteries. Bizarrely, some people have complained about the noise, which is the ‘flame’ moving about, creating the ‘realistic’ effect. It’s a pretty first world problem, to be honest, and unless you plan to have them on while sitting in complete silence – in a Trappist monastery, for example – I wouldn’t let it put you off.
I’m very fond of mine, as you can tell. If I could, I’d do away with electricity and use them to light my entire home, Wolf Hall style, if it wasn’t for the fact that I’d keep tripping over the dog.
