I wanted a proper ashtray for the garden but I also wanted it to look nice and have a lid so it doesn’t get the contents wet when it rains. I saw this ceramic ashtray and it’s perfect, looks nice and keeps the ash in the ashtray. Very pleased with my purchase

Gave up smoking since I bought this, but as my title says it looks better than a normal ashtray especially with the lid.
It will be used for guests, if they want a quick cigarette.

Bought because plastic ones got thrown across the garden when it’s windy and wanted an Ashtray with a lid. It is heavy for the size and has withstood winds that have thrown my metal (non collapsible) garden chairs across the garden. Only problem is, even with the lid on it fills with water when it rains. For obvious reasons this isn’t nice to then empty/clean. Other than that I recommend
I love the design of these. So much so I bought two of them. The black one came as expected. I also bought the blue which I was hoping would be more of a bright turquoise like the picture but isn’t quite the same and the colour is a bit more dulled down with some brown but it’s still nice. Overall, the lid is a great idea. Stops the smell considerably and I find it easy to wash and dry. The little perch in the middle is great for keeping your item elevated above the ash that collects below and the little dents make it easy to leave them for later with the lid so they don’t get crushed or misshapen. Bought this for my daughter who smokes. Always leaving a smelly Ashtray thats never emptied. This product is not only beautiful to look at, but hides the smell and the look of ugly squashed cigarette butt’s.
Bought this for in-laws back yard, so it looks like a nice ornamental piece with the lid on top and serves well for my needs, sure rain water gets in but its not hard to dump out id recommend this ashtray
I’m really pleased with this ashtray. I chose the blue and it’s exactly like the one shown. It’s heavier than I expected, but that’s not a bad thing….but, as someone else mentioned, the base is a rough finish, so could scratch furniture, other than that it’s perfect and does look so much nicer than an open ashtray….I’m a satisfied customer and happy to recommend it to others.
As it states on the description ‘ Pay attention to size’, it was slightly smaller than I expected, but really it’s perfect for what you need it for. It’s intimate and fits outside well.
My only complaint would be the colouring, it’s more of a block colour of blue, rather than the mix of the earthy browns. Otherwise, a good product.
Originally gave a review of 1 star because as you can see from my pictures the black Ash tray arrived with a broken lid ..which was likely the delivery guys fault and not the seller however frustrating none the less . I wrote to ask for a replacement and within a day recieved that replacement..fair to say I went from being frustrated to very satisfied that it was sorted so quickly and wish more company’s would rectify their mistakes as quickly. The ash trays themselves look beautiful and with the lid I dont have to clean my ash trays every 5 minutes to keep the smell from stinking out my rooms. Would recommend based not only on the product but the customer service.
