Very very small but…
I wasnt expecting much from these lights due to the price but im very impressed with them!! Very very small in size but they pack a punch with brightness! Down side the cable isnt very long at all..!!!

I purchased the one without a PIR and when I opened the box and couldn’t believe how small it was. Apprehensively fitted it and couldn’t believe how bright it is.
So good I bought one the a pir of another area.

I’ve started up the old tropical fish tank hobbie, needed new lights for both tanks to buy the proper light units it would be around 150 each tank. Did a youtube search, decided how to do it brought these lights and here are the results. Had them up and running for 2months now. Just brilliant they are.

This light is fantastic. It is so bright although so small. I have it shining on my fish pond and it is brilliant. I have just purchased another one to light the bottom of the garden. It only comes with 12″ of wire but I purchased an outside junction box and it’s perfect.

Really quite smll, but does the job and is very bright. Good for the price. Let’s see how long it lasts! It’s predecessor (different brand) lasted about six months.

Really Small
These are quite small. I bought a pair to replace the single halogen lamp on my tripod light. Being small and low wattage they easily replaced the single. Nice and bright.

This is really tiny! However it’s really bright. I mistakenly purchased one without a PIR and so my electrician sourced and fitted one for me.
Tiny But So Brigh
I like the fact that it produces a really bright light for its size and seems to be completely weather-proof, unlike other makes I’ve purchased that stopped working after just a few weeks due to water ingress. It lights up my small patio area nicely. Good value for money. It doesn’t have motion detection but I didn’t want that.
Well what a cracking little floodlight, 50watts of super bright light to light up around my garage door for washing the car now in these dark winter nights. Two holes to be drilled to screw to wall and you have roughly about 1m of cable to play with. I wired into a waterproof junction box. Well impressed with light output.
small but a very good ligh
put them on the end of the garage to light up greenhouse about 8′ away. bought two as these looked small, greenhouse now flooded with light, one would have been plenty.
Robust little light! I must have stood on it 10 times and it is still going well. The cord length is a bit short (about 1m) and you really need an extension cable to get the light to where you need it.
Great value well made light.
Well made lamp with good performance. Has captive cable which is better to avoid moisture getting into the lamp. However it meant I needed to add a junction box when replacing a light which was wired directly.
Just make sure you know you cant replace bulb if it goes.
It’s all good. Works fine, looks neat and seems robust enough.
Just be aware, it’s effectively disposable as when bulb goes you’ll have to change whole unit. But that is stated in description and its reasonably priced plus the bulb should last lots longer than the halogen tube type which I guess is old technology now.
Class Ac
The unit is very compact and well (even heavily) built. Intensity of light is astonishing (be careful of your eyes!); but with a heavy heat sink it does not get too hot. I did not get the model with motion detection, which I did not need. Also I have not exactly “installed” the unit; rather, am moving it around and standing it. It is maybe not perfect for this; but I cannot really fault the unit on this ground, as it is, I think, intended to be installed (say on a wall) rather than stood (rather than installed) on the floor. But I can manage OK. Overall, this item is a “class act” and I am well pleased.
Smaller than expected
I’m guilty of not checking the size before buying and this floodlight was smaller than I thought it was going to be…but that doesn’t matter at all as it’s so bright the side path of my bungalow looks like daylight. It was a wee bit fiddly to get the right angle I needed on the wall but once I wrestled it into the right degree it was easy to drill the holes and fit it to the wall. All in all, I’m very impressed and it proves that “size doesn’t matter”
I purchased this unit to replace a 50 W LED floodlight I purchased 2 years ago which had about 2,000 hrs of use before the integrated power unit inside it burnt out. It was made in PCR and like so many of the electronic items I have purchased that are made in PCR it fail after an unacceptable low life time. It cost the same as this unit but obviously had a design error or poor quality components as to burn out on such a low wattage devise is very poor quality.
When I looked for a replacement I looked to find a unit made in Europe as I am fed up with the high failure rate of PCR goods. Let’s hope it lasts much longer this time.
This unit feels and looks quality and was easy to install and works very well. It performs as specified and so I give it 5 stars for now and lets see how long it lasts.
