    Great case and keyboard
Wear it as my iPads full time case really nice feel, I will say the fabric makes you really cautious but lovely over all
It drains your iPads battery so be ready for that and it also needs an app to work which no one ever told me but no big deal
The back lights are not as bright as you’d expect.
Would recommend though if you don’t want the apple keyboards.

Easy to use and the keyboard has a lovely touch. My only complaint is I managed to get a tiny hole in the cover after two weeks

It’s a very attractive design and has a lovely keyboard. My only thing would be that all together it is quite heavy for taking around with you.

    So happy with this
Completely changed my experience using my iPad – using all the time daily now. It’s such high quality too. And significantly cheaper than the Apple version. Real like that the keyboard detaches too. Got Sand colour. Looks so nice, and material is durable too.

Have been using this product for a while now. Offers excellent protection to your expensive I pad and this is the reason I purchased over the Apple keyboard. The kickstand design won’t be to everyone’s taste but the fact I can remove keyboard and prop up at various angles and even use almost flat for tablet mode. Adds a bit of weight to an already substantial tablet, I have this on the 12.9″ pro but really does turn your tablet into a fully functional laptop. Full gesture trackpad support also adds to the functionality alongside the full row of keyboard shortcuts. Backlighting is very good and also controllable from keyboard via the shortcut buttons. I’ve only found one slight niggle in the way of no caps lock indicator, frustrating when you are touch typing and look back at a screen full of capitals screaming at youARGGGGGGGGH! I’d highly recommend over the grossly overpriced Apple effort.

    Brilliant.
I bought this as an alternative to the Apple Magic keyboard for my 2021 5th generation IPad Pro. Despite being 100 cheaper than the Apple keyboard, this is not cheap. And it doesn’t feel it. Put simply, this is a quality piece of kit that excels. It doubles as a keyboard snd protective case with stand. The keyboard attaches magnetically and requires no external power or recharging as it gets its power from the iPad itself. The case has a stand that adjusts to any angle, not just 3 or 4 preset slots. The keyboard itself is a delight to use and also has a track pad (although I rarely use it). For my iPad there was no setup. Simply put the iPad in the case, snap the magnetic keyboard on and off you go. Very nice to see such a high quality 3rd party product for an Apple product.

Sturdy keyboards, got accidentally wet but still working well. I like the backlit lights.
But it’s heavy like you’re carrying a regular laptop .
I just got disappointed with the shown pictures, I don’t know how it resulted to that knowing it’s expensive when first bought it.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersNot as robust after 8 months use
This iPad cover and keyboard gets used only at home for work at home and artwork by my 14 year old daughter who uses it for ProCreate and Photoshop work. I have this keyboard and case for my 10″ iPad Pro too and it doesn’t suffer from these issues even after years of use.

The areas around ports seem to be of a much softer rubber and after only 8 months use these areas have warped and have began to breakdown showing signs of extreme wear my smaller keyboard and case from Logitech does not. It appears to me that the rubber surrounding the body of the iPad is too soft.

The keyboard and functionality are great. No issues at all. Only the frame around the iPad which houses the kickstand looks really rough.

I’m thinking of buying the Apple Magic version of this purely from an aesthetics point of view as this is beginning to look shabby.

    Lovely by not for me
I kept looking to try and work out if I wanted this or the Apple Magic Keyboard. Then I opted for this Logitech one.

    Good points:
Great design, has the top row of keys (volume etc.), iPad is protected in a case, case easily removes from keyboard giving the options for use.

    Bad Points:
Protective case when fitted makes it very heavy. When in full keyboard mode it is very long, to long for comfortably resting on your lap, also takes up a lot of desk space (more than a laptop).

I’m the end I sold it again and went for the Apple Magic Keyboard. Whilst it doesn’t have a protective case as such, nor the top row of keys (for sound), it does fit comfortable everywhere and you can charge it from the bottom (don’t need to be directly connected to the iPad.

Maybe an expensive(ish) lesson, but I’m now happy with Magic Keyboard.

    Love it but….
This is the best case out there that I’ve found for my iPad Pro 12.9.

It could so much best we though which would make it PERFECT!!

I wish it wasn’t so long in area it sits on!

The foot print is almost double that of the Apple magic keyboard.
    And it’s noticeable.

What this means is the actually screen is about 3/4 inch further away from you.

I’ve had this for about 3 months now and I’ve actually needed the charger and the USB at the same time.

This is where the magic keyboard is better as it gives you an extra usb for power (and on the opposite side of the iPad)

This case only only uses the one the iPad has.

I wish the keyboard was that like the MS surface pro where it props up creating a raised

With this keyboard, your iPad transform to another, more useful machine.
The F buttons on the top is something that the apple keyboards do not have.

The only downside is that the keyboard is very heavy.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersLogitech quality came up to expectations
I was dubious about ordering this for my iPad Pro 12.9″ (4th Gen) but I’m glad I did. Yes it makes the whole thing a lot heavier but it’s not a problem and the keyboard is great to use turning the iPad into a small laptop. I like the way it folds up so you can still use it in tablet mode with the keyboard inside.
There is a handy place on the closing buckle to hold the Apple Pencil but the only problem I found is that it doesn’t charge up like it does when it’s attached to the side of the iPad. I went to use the pencil the other day and for the first time the battery was flat. If you use the pencil holder you just need to remember to charge it from time to time.

  19. Anonymous says:

Solid and flexible, ideal for me
Notes: To power the iPad and the Logitech the USB-C power connector needs to be of the smaller shape to fit through the cutout on the side of the case. The iPad powers the case, which is handy, but means that you need to keep an eye on the remaining power of the iPad, plus it takes a little longer to charge up as a result.
Both the 12.9 pro and the case together make it about the same weight as an equivalent laptop, but with better protection for the iPad. It all feels substantial. Still, the trade-off for having this quality case and keyboard is worth it. I tend to keep the Apple Pencil is in a separate case along with the 20w charger and the external ports adaptor, plus charge cable.
The app is needed to ensure that you have the latest firmware but apart from that doesn’t give any more information (none that I could see, anyway).
A quality, well-made and versatile product and ideal for what I need it for.

Had a 2018 iPad Pro with this case and it worked brilliantly. I upgraded to the 5th gen iPad Pro but the only case recommended by Logitech had a trackpad (that I didn’t want) and was over double the price.

In the swap between iPads, I tried the old case with the new iPad and it worked, so left the old setup for my stepson and purchased this for the new one.

Works perfectly – what more can I say?

Battery life is superb. Operation is superb.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersIPad Pro 12.9 Combo Touch - heavy but pretty good
This is a review for the iPad Pro 12.9 Combo Touch version, I find it helps people to say which version you are talking about.

First off, construction is good, solid and fits the iPad Pro very well. Nice feel to the material and seems quite durable. The edging is medium-hard rubber and can protect from drops very well. I personally like the fact that you can remove the keyboard from the case, which is great as I mainly use my iPad without the keyboard. Make no mistake though, even without the keyboard attached, this is very heavy and can be a bit of a shock on first holding the iPad in the case. It’s the magnets in the rear case part that cause the weight, it’s like my iPad is almost double the normal weight now. You get used to it but it is always noticeable.

The other thing that is noticeable is the crease in the material that forms after using the kickstand a few times. At first I was shocked at this, it looks like poor quality manufacturing but to be honest, what do you expect? It’s a kickstand underneath material – there will be some movement and because of this, there is a crease in the material, a kind of slight unsticking of the material around the crease position. You get used to it once you accept it and the case has a warranty, so if it becomes really bad then you can exercise your rights.

The keyboard is excellent, no problems at all with this, very responsive and a great feel. The row of function keys is great too, controlling various iPad features such as screen brightness, volume, home button and iPad lock. There is also a control for the keyboard lighting which is a neat feature too.

The trackpad is not bad, I have experienced a few moments of non responsiveness but figured out why – it was because I was using it on my bed and the keyboard/trackpad were not totally flat all the time and not on a sturdy surface. Absolutely no problems with operation once I was in a table or desk. It all works really well and has no major issues to speak of. Clicking is all nice and clicks on the corners of the trackpad too.

Wrapping up, I can recommend this accessory, once you get your OCD past the crease and the weight.

    A great product.

    Cheaper the the Apple Keyboard
The keyboard and case is great, it arrived after two days from Madrid. The case does have a few scruffs around the edges which is quite frustrating due to the price of the item. I was concerned when I opened the box that the case and keyboard wasn’t in any protective packaging, just inside the combo touch box. Maybe this is why my case had scuffs around the ended.

Really good alternative to the Apple magic keyboard.
I have an Apple magic keyboard for my 2021 iPad Pro 12.9 inch but I have always been frustrated by the lack of flexibility of that keyboard especially regarding the impossibility of using the Apple Pencil with it. The Logitech Combo Touch keyboard solves that problem at a price around half of what Apple charges. Having had the Logitech version for a couple of days now I am really pleased with it. The typing experience and touchpad are very similar to the Apple keyboard and the flexibility of having 4 viewing positions is a really big advantage as is the inclusion of a row of IOS shortcut keys to make management of the iPad functions that little bit easier. Apple really should have included short cut keys on their product-especially for the price they charge. My only criticism of the Logitech keyboard is the lack of a light that would show the caps lock is on. Otherwise, so far so good.

    Expensive but worth i
Bought this after two Apple smart keyboards crapped out on me and Apple refused to replace or repair them. The Logitech keyboard is backlit, which makes a big difference if working in the dark. It detaches quite easily so the iPad can be used on its own. It’s a lot heavier than the Apple keyboard, but this is due mainly to the sturdy case around the iPad. I’m glad I bought this one – won’t be getting another Apple one.

My first ever review because this is just TOO GOOD. Totally transforms an iPad into a laptop – feels very seamless and high quality and not at all ‘clunky’ like cheaper versions. 100% worth the money and I’m so glad I invested in this as a doctoral student. I love it! Very smart looking and so so functional. Keys are a great size too. Feels just like using a laptop!

Professional styling, well built sturdy case
I purchased this for my my new ipad 9. I rarely use the touchpad but this combo was available at a reasonable price. I am used to typing with 2 hands and this keyboard allows me to type as if I were using a larger laptop. It reacts quickly with no discernible delays using the smart connector. The keyboard detaches easily when I need to use the ipad standalone – on my lap for example, and ingeniously re-attaches even more easily using its magnetic catch. My only criticism would be that when opening the case, you also have to pull out a flap at the rear to stand the screen in the required position. It’s a pity that they could not have found a way to position the screen without this flap. All in all though, this is an impressive case as one woud expect from the pricing.

Was really impressed with quality and build of this case and generally happy with it.
I’ve had the case 3 1/2 months now and the silicon case has started to lose its shape and rigidity so where the case is thin by the 4 speakers the thin silicon doesn’t sit flush with the rest of the case and loops upwards and raised off the iPad. This has happened on all 4 speakers and it looks really rubbish

Really impressed, excellent bit of kit for 7th gen ipad. Was a bit worried some reviews mentioned an app that wouldn’t link but that wasn’t needed. Put the ipad in the case part, clicked the keyboard in, ipad picked it up and works fine, no messing. Trackpad is great too and the back-lit keys look very swish. No issues and reasonably sturdy, does exactly what it should.

    Genius Desig
Someone should give the designers a prize for this! When I opened the box I was so excited, it is so cute! I hardly knew of the existence of keyboards for iPads, let alone keyboards as cases. Snaps on and off in an instant if you want to use iPad by itself, the part holding the iPad fits snugly and is robust and ports all work- I also use the iPad detached to stream tv etc around the house and the flap at the back is magnetic but extends as an adjustable stand. Keyboard has adjustable backlighting and trackpad means no separate mouse required. Love that I don’t have to charge the keyboard, it is instant power and connection with the iPad. So portable, and when closed the iPad has a robust case. I am hoping I can get away with using my iPad as a super portable mini-laptop now, if I can get used to the free Apple productivity apps on the iPad for word processing, spreadsheets and presentations. I purchased a separate Screen protector for the iPad, and this all fits fine. Magnet seems to sleep iPad when front is closed. Typing works really well, I’m delighted with this purchase, as it was on offer at under 100 and it is worth every penny. The only disadvantage is I am used to my previous iPad being encased in a Griffin Survivor during the era of protecting it from children, so as this case has a fabric covering I am trying to treat this iPad with a bit more care and respect, avoiding plonking it on puddles of liquid etc as I love it and want to keep it nice.

Golden Review Award: 22 From Our UsersThe only truly Apple compatible third party accessory for the 2021 iPad Pro 12,9”
When you spent the best part of 1200 on an iPad Pro, you want the very best accessories that you can get. Unfortunately, that usually means Apple Original, which usually means eye wateringly expensive.
In an Ideal world, third party manufacturers would work with Apple, who would let them in on their API’s to make the accessory market more diverse, and of course cheaper.
This is exactly what has happened with the Combo Touch case/keyboard/trackpad combination.
Logitech and Apple have collaborated on this case, and it shows. Having tried other generic iPad Pro Bluetooth keyboard/cases there is a lag that is very noticeable, on both the keyboard and trackpad.
There is no such lag on this keyboard or trackpad. No cumbersome pairing. Fit your iPad, and it just works.
I dowloaded the Logitech control app and apparently this keyboard shipped with up to date firmware so there was nothing left to do.
You’ll see from the images, that the fit and finish is second to none, and has the sort of quality feel that you would not be ashamed to wrap your iPad in.
In terms of features, this pretty much has it down.
It supports ALL of the Apple gestures available, and once you’re familiar with them, navigation is an absolute breeze, made a lot easier by the dedicated function keys, and by going into iPad settings/General/Trackpad. Set ‘Tap to click’, and ‘Two finger secondary click’ are activated, unlocks separate functions depending on whether you lightly tap the trackpad, or press to click.
The keyboard part will detach from the case by means of strong magnets, so it can be used just with the stand built in to the back of the case for viewing media etc. Or you can flip the keyboard round using the same magnetic hold and fold the keyboard against the back of the case with the keys facing inwards where they are well protected. (The keys are de-activated when the keyboard is connected ‘wrong way round’) or even combine this function with the built in stand, (using the separation between rows of keys to locate the edge of the stand) if you want to view media but don’t want to have separated pieces of tech hanging about (As shown in images)
The finish of the case is a curious fabric/plastic hybrid. It has a coarse canvas texture, but there is a hardness that feels like canvas impregnated with resin, and is hydrophobic, which means a bit of a wipe down with a damp microfibre cloth is all it takes to clean. And also means it is really easy to grip.
Points I think could be improved:
The caps lock needs an indicator of some sort.
There should be some way of not accidentally moving the cursor when typing with slight brushes on the trackpad.
There should some kind of tab/cutout which allows you to separate the various hinged parts, the aforementioned build quality is so good that there is very little by way of gaps to get you fingers into.
I would like to see a return of the magnetic flap that secures the Apple Pencil in place, as seen on the Folio Touch range of cases.
The above wish list are things that are do-able without materially affecting the form or function. Come on Logitech. Those improvements would kill the Magic Keyboard.
But even without those suggestions (which can be remedied with a cheap elastic pencil sling, growing my thumbnails, and being careful not to brush the trackpad while typing) It is without doubt the best accessory keyboard/case available for the 2021 12,9′ iPad Pro.
In short, it is an incredibly versatile and capable accessory, the quality of materials and build bode well for longevity, with protection levels and functionality that embarrasses even the genuine Apple offering
It only has one competitor really. The Apple Magic Keyboard, which is a worthy product, and fine if you don’t want all round protection, can afford it, and are happy enough to handle your 1000+ piece of tech naked to use it in drawing tablet mode for example.
For me, the trade off of weight/bulk over protection/functionality is a no brainier. I’m strong enough to carry the extra bit of weight, and I can make room in my bag for an extra 5mm of thickness.
All views above are my own and suit my needs. Usage varies of course, but if you seek solid protection, with all functions that Apple make available to their own tech. This is the one.
BTW. I have typed this review on the keyboard I am reviewing, which is kinda weird.
    Hope this helps

Bought for iPad 10.2 gen 9
Nice solid case, iPad went in easily. Then message on screen that the software for the keyboard is not available in my country.
Found the app in UK App Store but it would not recognise the keyboard. Logitech help Bot total waste of time as was their FAQ.
Keyboard unable to use arrow keys and on screen keyboard kept popping up. Total frustration.
Eventually found that the app is not needed to control the keyboard as all functions now included in the Apple keyboard menu. Also you need to go into the Accessibility menu and turn off Full Keyboard Access.
    At last fully working keyboard.
Note the app has just been updated and does recognise the keyboard but appears only to be used to keep firmware up to date.
Trackpad, backlit keys and special function keys make this fun and easy to use.
Case does add quite a bit of size and weight, as expected. Being able to separate the keyboard from the screen and still have the support stand attached to the screen is useful.
I wanted a laptop feel with the ability to just use the screen at times with the Apple Pencil. So it does everything I want.
Glad I persevered, very happy with the result. If you want to retain a slim light iPad this is not for you. But if you want a real keyboard and trackpad then this provides in spades at a good price especially compared to Apples own.

Worth it. Don’t bother with any other keyboard.
This is the best iPad keyboard (and case) you can buy, probably. It is much better than what Apple offers.

First of all, the build quality is great. Care has been taken in the design and it looks incredible (I have the grey one). The kick stand at the back allows the iPad to be very versatile. Some people may not like the exterior design but I find it looks very clean and allows for comfort while typing as the design extends to the keyboard. Very thoughtful for Logitech to add a pencil holder for those that use it. It’s a bit on the thick/heavy side but for me that gives me confidence with regards to protection.

Secondly, most likely the reason people will be interested in this product, the keyboard. While it takes some time to get used to coming from a full-sized computer keyboard, the keyboard feels very nice to type on – you can tell it’s a Logitech product. You may at first find it quite cramped but as you use it you will get used to it. While the keyboard isn’t the sturdiest, it will be fine for most people; as long as you’re not deliberately bending it. The keys are backlit which allows for low-light typing which is convenient. There is a little bit of light-bleed but as long as you don’t have the backlight on full you will hardly notice it. The function row is very helpful for media control and brightness/backlight controls etc. The trackpad isn’t the largest so I’d recommend going into the iPad keyboard settings and turning that cursor speed right up

Only negative I’ve come across really is that it’s not the best for lap usage. I’m 6’1″ with long legs and I thought I’d manage, but I was wrong. The bottom of the keyboard to the kickstand will not fit on many people’s laps – although you may be able to but with incredible discomfort. So if you’re going to buy this, I’d say it’s best on desk or table.

Overall, a very worthwhile product to consider. I’ve found I’ve been able to use my iPad in more ways with the added versatility. It’s good for anyone who is on the go or a school/college student and could do with a keyboard to type on.

    Fab cover and keyboard
Bought this for my v9 (2021) iPad it’s easy to install works straight out of the box, the case is sturdy but overall adds quite a bit of weight and bulk but overall this is fab backlit keyboard and trackpad makes my iPad an ultra book really pleased.

    Great Quality
This product does worth its money.
The quality is very good and it is a perfect alternative to the a lot more expensive apple one.
It is an amazing gift idea, which won’t disappoint.

    Totally happy
This has been an excellent buy, turning the ipad into a mini laptop. It’s a great snug fit, convenient magnetic attachment of the keyboard makes it easy to put on and off. Doubles up as a case, protecting the ipad from knocks. Totally happy with this produc

    Absolutely fantastic.
I didn’t really want something like this for my iPad at first because it would defeat half the point of having my Macbook, but in the end I decided to pick this up after I started using it more at work. This case feels extremely sturdy and it has a nice premium feel to it. The keyboard provides a great typing experience and the trackpad is perfect – accurate, decently sized, and feels satisfying to press. The shortcut buttons are super useful. The backlight is perfectly bright enough for late night typing.

The keyboard attaches to the case with magnets with a very sturdy connection – almost too sturdily as I feel like I’m going to tear the keyboard in half with how much it wants to stay on!

The volume buttons being a plus and minus shape is great for quickly finding what button you need to press.

One thing I wish it had was an adjustable typing angle, but I suppose it’s a bit difficult to do that without making the case even larger.

The stand works well, but I don’t know how long it will last – it feels like I’m just bending a sheet of metal back and forth. I’m sure there’s a proper hinge in there, but it does concern me a little.

Nicely made but different from Apple Magic keyboard
No regrets, since much cheaper than Apple Magic keyboard and well made. Only gripe is that it is impossible to perch it on your lap and use the keyboard with the kick stand out. Same may apply to Apple device so could be an unfair comment. The keyboard does detach however so typing onto the screen can then be used. There is a bug with Facebook app when the keyboard is attached. Facebook locks up if you try to view comments.

This is a great alternative to a laptop
If you’re struggling for space or don’t want to shell out for a new laptop then this is the way to go! It basically transforms your iPad into a MacBook!

iPadOS isn’t as comprehensive as MacOS but you can mostly do the same things. Sometimes multitasking is an issue but it’s a great companion for school/uni etc.

The keyboard feels great, very similar to a MacBook keyboard. It works instantly and you don’t have to charge it up for anything. Just magnets onto the iPad and away you go!

The backlight on the keyboard is a god send, and the fabric shell (which I thought would ruin easily and get dirty) still looks as good as new!

Compared to the Combo Touch - I chose Slim Folio Pro
I previously used the Slim Folio Pro on my 4th Gen 12.9 iPad Pro and loved it. When I upgraded to the 5th Gen I bought the Logitech Combo Touch, which had a lot of plus points. The trackpad was really useful, the material gave it a lovely feel, the detachable keyboard made it easy to use in reading mode, without the bulk of the keyboard being attached. All were great features. From the first time of using it though, I just couldn’t get on with how long it made it and how much desk space was needed, with the kickstand and the full keyboard. The iPad seemed really far away. This made it really awkward to use with it on your lap. I also really didn’t like that there was no protection for the Apple Pencil. It could just fall off, as you’re fully reliant on the magnet.

The Slim Folio Pro, although it is advertised as only being compatible with the 3rd and 4th gen models, I have found that it does work with the 5th gen model too. The size difference between the two models is in depth (5th gen is 0.25-inch, while the 4th gen is 0.23-inch) so it is ever so slightly snug in the case, but it’s hardly noticeable. I personally can live with, that rather than paying over twice as much for the Combo Touch. Am even happier to have got a warehouse deal meaning this was less than a quarter of the price of the Combo touch!! I am disappointed that Logitech aren’t continuing with this model.

The typing experience on the Slim Folio Pro is the best I have tried. I hated the Apple Magic Keyboard for that reason (plus the ridiculous cost!) It has backlit keys, iOS shortcuts, the magnetic closure has a holder for the Apple Pencil. Charge lasts for ages. This keyboard ticks all the boxes for me.

Good finishing and comfortable to use.
This product has a good finishing and it is
    really comfortable to use.
The trackpad is slightly noisy (it needs to be pressed, not just touched like in MacBooks), but nothing uncomfortable or beyond normal.
The main point I like though is the fact it uses the Smart Connector for the iPad, meaning Bluetooth it’s not needed and it has no internal battery.
    I can definitely recommend it.

    Great alternative to Apple
I’ve been after a case with a keyboard for a while but struggled to find a good fit.

I trialed an Apple Magic Keyboard and case but the price was prohibitive as it’s almost the cost of a new iPad!

After many reviews I saw this Logitech available as refurbed like new and thought I’d gamble as it was a third of the cost.

I’m two months in and have to say I’m absolutely delighted! It is a great product and it has encouraged me to look at refurbed products in the future.

It does not have a trackpad but that’s not a deal breaker as not many options seem to have this.

Case flexes a bit after weeks of use but apart from that amazing !!!
The case has a metal sheet in the back which allows the kickstand to come out, after 3 weeks of use the back of the case was slightly bent as the repeated bending causes a disformation this can be easlily corrected apart from that the case is a amazing and works perfectly.

Transforms an iPad into a laptop
This is a wonderful accessory for the iPad. It transforms the iPad into a mini laptop offering a fully functional keyboard that can be easily detached if preferred (it has a magnetic catch). The case offers good protection and also acts a as stand when using on a table top. I really like the fact that the keyboard illuminates so you can easily use it in low light such as a plane at night. Also it provides quick access keys to volume control which I find much easier than fiddling with the buttons on the side of the iPad. It also offers good access to side buttons, camera lens etc. The only negative I can find is that with the keyboard attached it does almost double the weight and it is slighly thicker than a slim case but the additional size and weight are outweighed (at least for me) by the improved functionality it offers when doing a lot of typing. The case also has a loop to store your Apple pencil. Definitely 5 stars for me.

    Love this a lot!
Im not going to lie, becuase of the price I wasnt exprecting anything half decent. However, Logitech have done it again. Superb product, love the fact that you can just pull the keyboard off and your ipad is still 100% protected in normal form. The keyboard feels great (both texture and keys). Very impressed (and im not easily impressed)

Much Cheaper than the Apple one and works well
I was torn between this and the Apple version. The price made me choose this one and I have not regrets. It fits well the strong magnet attaches it easily and the keyboard and pad are responsive and work well. Save your money and get this one.

    A great typing experience
It fits the ipad (Gen 9) perfectly, is simple to link to Bluetooth the first time you use it. After that it automatically engages when you open it. You can also fold it so keys are behind iPad if you want to draw or write on iPad. Typing experience is smooth; keys respond exactly like a standard keyboard. Obviously it is smaller than a standard keyboard but you just don’t notice it. I have been able to move from a full-sized keyboard to this and not really notice any difference. My typing speed (around 55-60 wpm) is not affected. A great buy all round.

Surprised. Ordered this to go with my new iPad 2021 which will arrive next week so not tried The functionality of the keyboard. I was surprised how good the quality felt and have a bust it is and give me confidence it will do the job of protecting my iPad in my opinion is a better option than apples because it has a touch pad which means I don’t have to keep touching the screen or using a separate mouse.

    Perfect for iPad Ai
It was a decision between the Logitech and apple’s keyboard and after watching reviews on YouTube decided on Logitech and after using for a month now I’m more than happy.
This keyboard also allows you to use touch screen which occasionally is useful.
    I recommend this keyboard.

This keyboard is amazing, portable and easy to use. My only issue is it affects battery life.
The Logitech Folio Touch is an amazing way to change your iPad Air into a miniature MacBook, the keyboard has its own software on a downloadable app, it has lights for use in the dark and many shortcut keys. The case also is very protective and compact, it folds up nicely but does add quite a bit of weight to the iPad. The case has a perfect magnetic closing mechanism which can also hold your Apple Pencil. The touchpad is very responsive and has many gestures which you can learn via the manual. The case also includes a stand for entertainment viewing when the keyboard is not in use or drawing etc it is very sturdy and useful. Overall the only issue i could give this item is that it effects battery life a small amount other than that this Keyboard is definitely worth a purchase and has earned my 5 star review.

    Super nice keyboard
Very nice keyboard for ipad air. Super flexible because you can take the keyboard off and use the ipad as just a tablet. Very easy to use with the trackpad.

Also the the stand is very flexible, so I can lay it slightly up around 20 degrees for writing, or 70 degrees up for typing.

It is a bit heavier than I expected.

    Highly recommended
I love this keyboard! I had bought a cheaper pink one before but it was not fluid when typing so missed out load of letters – this however is perfect. It picks up on every letter! I had bought a pink ipad and would say the only disappointing thing is – you can’t see the pink ipad because the case covers most of it! But it is a brilliant keyboard / case so no complaints

It could be the best keyboard case with trackpad for iPad Pro
The box looks exactly the same as the Folio Touch, with the magnetic lid on the side and inside is the case.
Now, the case is split in half, at the top there is the keyboard and under it is the cover. There is also a manual, well attached to the box.

It looks to be slimmer and lighter than the Folio Touch, but the one was not detachable. The case has slimmer bumper and it will fit even if the iPad has a screen protector on and it will not interfere. The trademarks of this protective cover is the Smart Connector for instant power and pairing, and, it doesn’t have only this connector, it has another one on the side, where the keyboard connects. This is a great use of the Smart Connector.
I like that it has the cutout for the Apple Pencil and you’ll see in a minute why, it has nice cutouts for the charging ports and the speakers. The power and the volume buttons are covered and protected. This means that you can’t use the fingerprint reader on the iPad Air.
At the back it has this adjustable kickstand that comes in handy when the tablet is on View Mode and it looks to be improved compared to the one on the Folio Touch. Another difference is that it has this “Logi” logo here, whilst the old one didn’t.

This protective case can be used with iPad Pro gen 1, gen 2 and gen 3. But it is best suited for the 3rd generation, because of the cutouts for the speakers.
The third generation iPad Pro has shorter speaker grills that align perfectly with the cutouts and the second generation iPad Pro has longer speaker grills which are not aligned with the cutouts and half of the grill is covered. Another thing to consider on the 2nd gen iPad Pro is that the microphone on the side is also covered.

The keyboard is really thin, probably the same as the Folio Touch. Just by looking at this, the only 2 visual differences are the Smart Connector at the top that line up with the with the case and the arrow keys which now look like an inverted T, similar to the keyboard on the MacBook.
At the top it has the shortcut keys which are well received and very useful: the home button, the screen brightness buttons, the on screen keyboard button, the search button, the backlight button which has 16 levels, the media keys, the mute and volume keys and the screen-lock button.
The typing experience on this keyboard is really nice, same as the Folio Touch, the keys are the same, good sized and spaced and i found it comfortable to type on. I would have liked more travel when i press the keys though.
On the bottom left corner it has the Language Button. Now, I do see the use of this button and comes in handy if you are a bilingual person or learning a second language. If not, then it can help with the emojis.
Logitech offers multi-language layout keyboards, now the question is: can these be bought separately?

The best feature of this keyboard, besides the shortcut keys at the top, is the big trackpad at the bottom. It is bigger than the one on the Magic Keyboard and it performs the same.
Compared to the one on the Folio Touch, this one can be pressed anywhere whereas on the other keyboard case, the trackpad could only be pressed on the bottom half.
It has the same feedback regardless of where the trackpad is pressed, a really good improvement.
The gestures work great, fast and accurate.

The Logitech Combo Touch can be used in 4 modes.
The first one is Typing mode which will probably be the most used mode, that’s why someone would get this keyboard case, right?
Thanks to the adjustable kickstand, it offers different viewing angles. It is best to use it on the desk or flat surfaces. It would be a bit uncomfortable if you plan to put it on your lap and type like that. It does require more space than, let’s say, the Magic Keyboard or the Brydge AirMax+.
The Combo Touch can also be used in View Mode. Just detach the keyboard and adjust the kickstand for the optimum viewing angle. Can watch films or even play on your iPad.
If you extent the kickstand to the maximum, you will get the Sketch mode which is great for drawing and taking notes and if you fully close the kickstand, you can use the tablet in Read Mode which is quite comfortable to use and compared to the Folio Touch, you don’t have the keyboard at the back and press the keys.
However, if you want to take the keyboard with you or you can’t drop it anywhere while using the Read Mode, just detach the keyboard, turn it around and attach it to the case, this way the keys are protected.

I think this is a great product, the 360 degree protection for the iPad is a must, the shortcut keys are very useful and the huge trackpad is well received!

Really nice quality case, tactile keyboard and nice to use trackpad for the iPad Pro. Integrates nicely with iPad OS, with swipe gestures and satisfying clicky keys on the trackpad and keyboard. I love the colour and it has a great looking and feeling fabric on the outside. Seems durable and makes the whole iPad experience much closer to a MacBook experience if that’s what you’re after.

Days of my laptop are gone! Ipad 11 m1
Slightly hesitant that this case is advertised for only gen1 and gen 2 Ipad pro. I have 11′ 2021 M1 gen 3. I got this case to try it out. So save yourself money and buy with confidence that this case fits perfectly the latest Ipad pro 11. Everything fits & works as it should.
Now to review part. The case adds to the weight and portability of your ipad. The QWERTY keyboard is small and definitely not as smooth as your laptop, but for small typing jobs, I wont complain. Either ways, you’ll be happy with the purchase.

Good quality, sturdy, but heavy and bulky.
Good little keyboard, sturdy, and good use for college. But it is heavy, hard to carry around, bulky, and the keyboard doesn’t detach from the case of the iPad. At the end of the day, it does what you need it to do.
