This USBC charger is marketed as being for MacBooks (and it certainly works very well with mine) but it isn’t confined to Apple devices. It will charge anything with a USBC charging port.
It appears sturdy and well-made, and comes with quite a long cable (although, of course, most of us have about 300 of these in the house already).
It charges quickly – as you’d expect for a 96W device.
All in all, this is a good choice if you’re looking for a replacement for a broken charger, or looking to upgrade from a slower one.
Not the cheapest or the most compact solution, but it get’s the job done and reliably.
Fully charged an item with just 4% battery within less than an hour, so very impressed. It is very big and chunky but is also super powerful so I guess that’s the trade-off.
It is very expensive for a charger plug, so I’m not in a hurry to get another one – but it does do the job and very quickly to boot, so I guess it depends on how much you need stuff charging at ultra-speed.
The cable provided is a good length but it’s not braided, so loses points there. By now I don’t think anyone should be producing non-braided cables as standard ones fall apart too easily, but that’s just my little hangup and shouldn’t really affect anyone wanting to get one of these.
A good buy but very pricey so be sure you definitely need one before purchasing.
