    A highly entertaining film
This is a film for sitting down to relax in a comfy chair and chilling out. Don’t expect any intellectual challenges. It follows the usual formula that all these films follow. The CGI and acting are all great. The background characters (monsters and aliens) are a mixture from other films, plus a few new ones. The storyline is okay but could have been made stronger. Other than that it was highly entertaining and worth watching.

    It's Marvel. But not marvelous.
    SPOILER ALERT:
What bothered me all the way through the movie was, near the start, Bill Murrays character confusingly saying: so you call yourselves Hu….. Man? Yet he then goes on about how many Men have died. Couldn’t stop thinking about it throughout the film.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersTake the Q leap
This movie is like Avengers-meet-Star Wars. The Ant family, Ant Man (Rudd), his wife, Wasp (James), Hope, Ant man’s daughter (Newton), Janet, the original Wasp and mother of Hope (Pfeiffer) and her husband Hank Pym, the original Ant Man (Douglas) gets sucked into a quantum world where an evil villain – Kang the Conqueror (Majors) – had been exiled. Upon discovering this, Kang plots his escape. The Ant family teams up with the natives of the quantum world to fight Kang and his army. At one point, it seems as though there will be a battle royale like those in the Lord of the Rings movies. It was not quite as grand as that – but almost. And it is a fitting conclusion to an enjoyable movie. Michelle Pfeiffer is the undoubted star. One can watch the movie again just to watch her.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersA SPECIAL-EFECTS TREAT
This movie is why so many of us have 4k TV’s and Players…it is quite
simply a Special-Effects treat from start to finish as we follow Scott
Lang/ Antman (Paul Rudd) his girlfriend Hope/Wasp ( Evangeline Lilly )
and daughter Cassie (Kathryn Newton) coupled with
Dr Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) and Janet (Michelle Pfeiffer) pulled
through a portal accidentally into the Quantum Realm.
How are they to escape this wonderous and strange world?
Within there is evil in the shape of Kang (Jonathon Majors) who has
built a empire and army around him, enslaving the people of the
Quantum Realm in effect, he has for years wanted to return to Earth.
Can Antman and his fellow travellers prevent Zang ?
.The movie is a great watch if only perhaps for its visual excellence.

Enjoyable movie! Another good edition to the ant-man franchise along with many teases for the future of the MCU. Worth picking up if you want to see what Marvel is up too in the future

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersPretty solid movie
While flawed with is story and some visuals could be done better, but this is still fairly entertaining and enjoyable start to Phase 5 of the MCU and does leave some interesting doors open for the MCU going forward!

The biggest praise has to go Johnathan Majors as Kang The Conqueror and Kathryn Newton as Cassie Lang, with some enjoyable action scenes and few laughs along the way!
