Bought for setting up blades on my table saw but have since found so many uses for the angle finder around the shop. Setting to an alternate zero is a great feature to set up joining parts/pieces and get ng the relative angles perfect. The magnets are strong and the angle finder is durable, seems to be just as good as the name brand one that looks just like it so far.

Ir does what it’s supposed to do. I don’t use it for critical stuff so I’m not sure if it’s fully accurate or not, but it seems to be. Super convenient.

When used with some Loctite putty, this Guage can be temporarily stuck on ailerons, flaps, elevators and rudders of RC planes to measure angle deflections when the transmitter activates the RC Plane Servos. The gauge can also ensure pictures and shelves are horizontal in your home.

A good, well made product, nicely designed and functional, with reasonable to use controls. However, the calibration can be an issue to set up correctly, should you wish for consistent precision. I used a reference source to calibrate against, and set this up to be highly accurate. I tried to calibrate the device 6 times and each time it would set to 0.00 degrees, and then a few seconds after calibration, it would for no apparent reason (the device was left untouched), suddenly display 0.02 degrees or 0.01, 0.03, 0.05. or even 0.10 degrees. It simply would not maintain the 0.00 degrees it was set to, which was really quite irritating. To some a small error maybe acceptable, but eliminating that error was exactly why I bought the gauge in the first place! Kind of annoying really.

Small handy little gadget, just what I needed for my chop saw and table saw.
Useful for many jobs now, will come in handy, highly recommend thanks seller.
Have used this to level a wall cupboard and shelves I built.

The magnet is ok for some application, but I would prefer if that could be taken off or switched off would be a nice addition. Because of the metal swalf it picks up.
    But still good.

These versitile levels are great in the machine shop particularly in tool set up, hence this is my second purchase of the same brand and type so i can do 2 things at once. The first one behaved so well i didn ‘t want to change manufacturer.

I bought this handy Mecurate Digital Angle Gauge and Protractor to check and adjust the alignment of my table saw blade. It’s well made, robust, and sensitive and the readings are bright and clear however the numbers can take a little while to settle down. It has strong magnets on the base, ideal for attaching to a steel table saw or mitre saw blade and it comes in a nice soft case for storage and protection as well as the required AAA bateries. Recommended.

5.0 out of 5 stars Accurate digital angle gauge

It does what is described. What more can you say? It seems to be accurate when setting table saw angles (as much as I need it to be anyway). Maybe 0.01 degree out at 90 when compared to my caprenters square. Only 4 (and half) stars as it would be better with a magnet on a side as well as the base. But that is being picky and it was not advertised that it had this anyway. Only a suggested improvement.

I haven’t checked the accuracy of this measure yet, however first off, the quality of the item and the display is great.

I’ve measured various angles and it appears to give the correct reading but I am unable to verify until I’ve checked it.

It’s a great tool if you don’t have any angle measuring tools, makes for quick and easy work.

Oh yessss this is a toy, sorry, “tool” that I have been wanting to get for a while and just never did. Absolute idiot!!!!!! This is the single best tool I have now, perfect shelves put up and actually felt good about it afterwards which makes a change as I always feel I little “icky” until it’s been up for a while. This little box of magic is awesome though and putting the audible beeps on is even more fun because you can really annoy the Wife too, and the child, and the dogs, and the neighbours if they are in LOL. Not that, that’s the best part but it’s a bonus. I’ve gotten my scrollsaw set perfect with it and the table and bandsaw too it’s an absolute godsend and should be in YOUR tool box.

It is a very handy gadget. Almost too precise! I use it for photography to keep the camera and the copy board level when camera-scanning old photographs, documents and books. It reacts quickly and the display is superb – easy to read with a good visual tips which end to raise or lover to be level.
The magnet is only at the base, so when measuring close-to-vertical angles when attached to a metal object you have to crank your head to read the display. A second magnet on the side would be useful. When the device is upside down the display automatically changes so you can read it as normal.

Even though it is magnetic, this unit will slide around with having a slick plastic surface. I like the size and ease of use just hope in the future it will have a rougher surface to grip instead of a smooth surface.
