This has literally been a life saver for me! The full mask is the only thing that takes away my migraines in pregnancy when I can’t take anything more than paracetamol. Would highly recommend
I’ve given 4 stars based on performance, design, comfortability.
4 stars for performance: I have a severe chemo rash which causes my skin to burn and itch severly. The mask cools it down and eases the pain straight away. I do think it turns warm quite fast. I’m happy it with the other parts, especially the circle shaped pads.
3 stars for design: I love the feeling of the gel on my skin.
Unfortunately the holes are way too narrow, and the edges of the holes and outline are way too sharp.
3 stars for comfortability: due to the small holes and sharp edges it doesn’t sit comfortably and I end up holding it and moving it around my face to still benefit from the cooling effect.
If the holes (especially nose hole) could be widened and the edges could be softened I’d 5-star the product.
I have been using this when my eczema flares up and it really makes a big difference to cooling the skin and reducing swelling. You can use either side of the masks/add ons which is handy. The face mask isn’t the most comfortable but it does the job.
Comes in nice bag and one side of the packs are lined so you can put it directly on your skin. The face one has elastic straps which is great but the eye one sadly doesn’t. I also left one of them in the freezer over night and it burst so make sure you don’t leave them in too long.

Great kit of cool patches and face masks. The eye and full face is great if you have headaches or have been in sun etc. the smaller ones are good for localised cooling, great for kids when they have had a bump or graze.
Great value set and well worth the cost. Came in a great pouch that just slots in the fridge until you need it.
The soft back makes it very comfortable to we’re the face masks
A smoothed face and radiant shrek
Does this product ease your headaches…maybe, does it give you the skin of a radiant Marilyn Monroe……maybe. Did I purchase it for any of these reasons….no? I simply wanted to look like Patrick Bateman doing my situps before putting a cat through a cash machine, this product sir, was a triumph.
Worth it!
Thought it might of been a scam for the money but when I received it I was happily surprised! Exactly how it was described! I use this for my client when having a treatment and it’s a lovely extra! I also use it for myself and give a great zing in the morning after use!
These did a good job at start
But unfortunately one of the ice pads burst open whilst placed on my cheek
That was pretty disappointing

This mask and cooling pad set is fab. Comes in handy cooling bag and comprises of several different sized and shaped cooling pads:
– a full face shaped pad with spaces clear for nose, eyes and mouth ~ affixes to face with velcro straps that can be put together at back of head, but I found it was just as useful to cover larger areas on top of the head or on shoulders, wherever there is a larger radiating pain.
– two crescent shaped ‘under eye’ shaped pads ~ these were slightly tricky to keep under eyes or on eye sockets.. perhaps due to dimensions of face, and could be different from person to person. Found them put to better use as an ‘on the spot’ cool or frozen treatment for blemishes, cold sore relief.
– two round pads (4 inches across) ~ these I found most helpful generally… for specific relief of parts of the face head or body in aching pain.. great places across the eyesockets or temples.
– an across the eye mask with spaces for eyes ~ needs to be flexible (i.e: thawed somewhat if frozen) to wrap around the sides of the face and sit gently on the eyes and brows, makes one look like batman during process. Fixes together with velcro.
All pads have a smooth side and a velvety side. They can be kept in freezer (in which case need to be at room temperature for a while or slowly thawing in included cool-bag if you want them to ‘mould’ to face.
I use them both from the fridge: a mild effect: great for depuffing of face, and from the freezer: extreme help when in major pain with migraines.
The smooth side is fairly easy to sanitise using anti septic wipes etc. Let them dry off or wipe with clean dry cloth before putting away or back in fridge or freezer.

I thought this unit was a bit extravagant. However when looking at the
quality and the different kinds of masks you get – it’s well worth it.
My favourite part is the cooler case that you just pop in the fridge with
all of the different attachments inside. I opened the case from my fridge
today and enjoyed looking at the different masks and cooling pads.
I tried everything! Definitely helped my tired eyes.
Migraine relief
Various sized gel masks contained in nice fabric insulated case for easy storage. The full face mask & eye mask fit comfortably with ease. I purchased this product as a migraine suffer & I have found these masks to be most helpful in relieving pain. Best kept in the fridge for optimum use.

Honestly I thought it was going to be gel texture both side but it’s not.
FULL FACE MASK( I use the gel side more) is 8/10 because it’s really nice on my face but I didn’t cover my chin area as In it didn’t fit well.
2 UNDER EYE PADS 6/10 you’d think they’d stay on but they don’t stay on you have to adjust them so many times and it’s so frustrating. I guess u have to be really still when your laying down.
EYE MASK 9/10 I liked this a lot because it fitted well on my eye area and also helped with my headache as well.
2 CIRCLE EYE PADS 10/10. Fits well on eye lids it can slide off a bit but it’s better the under eye pads and also it covered the whole eye area (under eye too).
Is it worth overall?
Yes I do apart from the under eye everything else is still worth it.
I also use the gel side more than the backing as i feel like it works better.

Love this, I bought one for my sister and mam too as gifts. Comes in a great case that is insulated and lots of options, I keep mine in the fridge and use whenever I think I need it. I have a small head and the velcro keeps the masks in place. Really worth it and love that it is reusable as was using the ones you throw away after use and so saving money too
A cool way to cool :)
When I wake up I always have my face a little too hot and swollen, surely a splash of cold water is helpful, but this mask was the perfect deal!
Every accessory is comfortable and cools the face in a even and relaxing way.
In the bag-kit is included

There is a manual with instructions (which can be summed with “put in the fridge and areas to use)
I have a resistant skin and this gave me no problem, but may be a bit strong for delicate skins.

Definitely worth getting this kit. Was going to get just an eye one as suffering from optic neuritis due to tumour. This does help ease mme and relax when things are really bad

They are great value for money for the different pieces that come in this box. Super soft and comfortable to wear. It help me a lot with some swelling I had from an abcess, so not just for relaxing but excellent in to medical conditions.
So cooling
Granted I’ve only used the full mask once but oh my it’s so refreshing on such a hot day. Info said to leave in the fridge for an hour but I had it in there for a couple and it held the coolness for a good half hour once out on.
I suffer badly with hay fever so this was really lovely to put on and ease my itchy eyes.
Recommended to several friends who are also going to purchase – I may even get a spare too!
This pack is a life saver. I suffer from migranes that start out around my eyes and then travel. This pack is amazing. It stays much colder than my other eyemask and the fact that there are so many other pieces, it means that it will make for a really nice pamper day or just when my skin is feeling a bit too warm.

I’ve only tried the circular eye pads and full mask so far, and they are great. I was unwell and my body (especially my face) was rather hot, and these were just what I needed to help cool me down a little. I often have burning eyes due to sensitivity, and find these relax them quite a bit.
I agree with another review – the gel part is a lot cooler than the soft material, and found it was much more effective to use the gel side on my skin 🙂
Excellent set, decent quality nicely packaged with a very useful / practical storage bag – I use the full face mask in the morning after a shower it feels great and my moisturiser and make up seem to go on better – the little under eye pads are fab, a couple of minutes and puffy allergy morning eye issues look so much better – excellent value too
Absolutely great pack! Full face, eye mask, under eye mask and two eye pads are great for interchangeable use. Great range of styles to use and try which ever suits you best when needed. I bought this for rhinoplasty surgery to help with swelling where ice packs should be used for the first 3 days religiously. So with the cooling bag as well this means I can have more lasting use in comfort of my choice!
