Worked well for me on holiday However the soles came out as soon as they got wet which was a bit of a pain still worked well even without the soles tho

Loved these water shoes, so comfortable and light to wear, they don’t take too long to dry when left outside. Perfect for taking on holiday or trips for when you’ll be swimming in rocky lakes/oceans you won’t be spending 10 minutes trying to carefully walk in and out of the water without bruising your feet!

Sturdy and comfy, lightweight and well secured. Provides protection for the feet in rocky waters and excellent grip.

I needed beach shoes for the summer to go rock pooling with the dog. These are great with a good sole on them. I saw them on offer but these were advertised as boys/mens (I’m female) so although they fit they are a little bit loose on my feet. They have a separate insole which moved about a bit so not brilliant when your feet are wet but this wasn’t a problem for me because I was able to take them out and fit in a pair of more rigid insoles with some support as I suffer from planter fasciitis. There is a handy pull thingy on the heel so you can loosen and tighten them. All in all, nicely made and a good buy for me.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great summer beach shoes

The shoe was good for its intended purpose, however it was larger than I had expected. I ordered a 9 as that is my usual size and which is what they suggested to order. Even with the toggle it was a bit loose, but it stayed on OK.

We used these for a trip into the Dead Sea in Israel and they did the job perfectly. They allow you to walk on gravel/rocky beaches, go into the water and overcome minor obstacles remaining comfortable, non-slippy and a good fit.

Comfy protection for poolside and beach. Easy to rinse and dry

Lightweight, bought for my husband as holidaying in Zadar Croatia soon and all beaches are rocky, they sell them in Croatia but that would mean shopping with the hope of getting the size and fit which for us would be a chore

Very comfortable and lightweight. A verdict of durability can only be given over a period of time however upon examining the quality of manufacturing I can say that the item is well put together and asides from he rain I would say for the money it was a very smart choice.

A lot thinner soled than expected, but this isn’t a negative for me. I’m normally a nailed on size 10, but even a size 9 in these is roomy.
No annoying seams, grippy sole. I’m happy with them.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersMy partner and I needed a pair of water shoes each for our holiday to Jamaica, and after reading around, decided on a pair of these. I bought the mens and got the womens for my partner. On reading other reviews, general advice was to size down despite the “fit” showing as true to size by majority vote. It was either that or go by the actual “length” measurements…

I’m a size 8 in trainers, size 8 in “most” shoes, size 7 in some shoes, and 7 in most Skechers. In order to get a size that fit me well close enough, I had to drop down to a size 6 in the mans water shoe. I initially tried a 7 and they were like boats on me. Even the 6 is slightly too large in all dimensions, but it’s the smallest mans size they had. I added a better insole with more padding and shape, and that with the toggle meant they fit pretty snug.

My partner is a 7 in almost everything, and she also sized down on general advice. Hers were initially too tight, so she needed a 7, which fit her perfectly.

With next day delivery and free returns, it’s not too much of an issue, but is a bit of a hassle. Do yourself a favour, measure both feet, take the largest measurement, and go with whatever is closest to their measurement chart. If slap bang in the middle, size up as you can always tighten them with the toggle. Ignore the UK sizes because being made in China, Quality Control isn’t always top of the agenda.

The shoes arrived in time and look good. They are certainly very light, but the rubber sole looks like it’ll do well. Ideal for holidaying.
I have marked them four stars because I haven’t used them yet. That’s also the reason for my not scoring them for value for money or comfort.
I would add that I am a typically a size 12 /wide for shoes and so I chose the size 12 here. If it weren’t for the “drawstring” at the back of the shoes, lengthwise they’d be on the large side. However with them, they feel ok. For someone without “wide feet” I’d suggest trying dropping a size.
