    Great oven, easy to use and set up. Just needs practice and patience to keep the temp up all the time.. but all in all makes the best pizzas eve

    Il prodotto valido… soprattutto per il prezzo.. ma non assolutamente usabile all’interno perch il fumo prodotto non lo permetterebbe…
    Bisogna prendere pratica per un uso ottimale.

    Livr avec sa pelle. Il n’est pas quip de thermomtre mais au final a n’a aucun intrt d’en avoir un il suffit d’attendre 10 minutes un quart d’heure et la pierre est chaude. Il faut juste s’assurer que lorsque l’on met la pizza il y ait toujours des flammes dans le foyer et l la pizza est prte en une minute 30 voir deux minutes. j’ai utilis le systme avec des pelets que j’ai allum avec une lampe gaz. Je pense qu’avec le bois dchiquet les flammes seront plus rgulires.

    Positivo per ingombri, peso, struttura, fumo contenuto, facile da pulire. Livello della pizza ottenuta molto interessante.
    Da rivedere, magari con il suo utilizzo: stabilit nel mantenere temperature superiori i 400 C, la sensazione, dai primi tests, che per la sua massa termica ridotta non sia cos facile mantenerlo stabile alle alte temperature richieste per una pizza napoletana…vedremo dopo altri tests; consumo di pellet forse eccessivo.

    De plus livr avec la housse de protection et la pelle .

    Qualit d’assemblage et finitions bonnes.
    Les pieds sont arrondis pour ne pas abmer la table.
    La porte des ergos ce qui permet de l’accrocher sur le bas du four pendant qu’on s’occupe de la pizza.

    Je n’utilise que des bchettes de bois. Pas de pellet etc.
    La trmie est assez grande pour utiliser de gros morceaux de bois .
    Il faut cependant penser charger en permanence pour entretenir les femmes et garder le four chaud. Sinon la temprature redescend rapidement.

    La pierre rfractaire atteint les 450 degr en moins de 30 minutes. Idale pour la cuisson.

    Premire essai j’ai enfourn trop tt en ne pensant pas recharger trs trs trs rgulirement le four en bois. Rsultat la pizza s’est effondr sur la pierre. Un carnage.

    Une fois que l’on matrise le chargement du bois et le timing pour la prparation et la cuisson tout roule. Et on matrise trs vite.

    L’important est vraiment de garder le four trs chaud en permanence.

    Aussi, quand le four est assez chaud la pierre se nettoie automatiquement avec l’effet de pirolise.

    Je conseille vraiment ce four.
    Cependant le model avec pierre tournante pour 150 euros de plus ne vaut pas le cou je pense. La plus petite taille de la pierre ronde demande aussi une plus grande prcision pour la dpose de la pizza

    After reading some of the poor reviews I felt somehow reluctant to buy it, however was no prepared to buy something more expensive. The price was really affordable and came with pizza peel and cover. Other don’t ! I can now say I’m glad I bought it! Is really well built and easy to assemble. Having not used a pellet oven before, I found the instruction to be poor. However, after looking at some videos only I was able to make really good pizzas! Don’t get discouraged to buy it from the reviewS! It will take some practise but once you know how to use it properly you will be fine! When cooking I often use mixed fuel pellets and very small wood. Invest on a laser thermometer to ensure that stone is hot and ready to bake or other ways wait for at least 20min for the oven to heat up!

    Forno ottimo e arrivato prima del previsto, l’unica cosa che manca il mantice elettrico che in descrizione doveva essere compreso. Potrei riceverlo?

    Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersFirst time I used this it was an utter disaster. First of all I was confused as I thought I had bought one that rotates inside. The model I bought however did not. Secondly we did not heat it enough. Flipped dough, ingredients on the fire, sticking to the stone plate, sticking to the peel we had the lot. Husband going mad because I wasted money blah blah blah. The air was blue. Next day we had some dough left. We really took our time getting the heat up. It took about 20 mins of constant care but I have to say the results were amazing!! It literally took a minute or so to cook them once we got it right and I was immediately transported back to my favourite pizzeria in Rome. If I did it again I would pay a little more and get the one where it rotates but apart from that I’m very happy and more to the point the old mans off my back! 1-0 to me!

    Okay, this is a really nice pizza oven. Would I have purchased it, probably not but as I got to try it, I thought why not!
    It’s very easy to assemble but took a while to get going. It was really smoky and was a long time before we had enough heat for a pizza. When it was hot, the pizzas cooked in record time. Nice and even. I can’t fault it for that. Very good pizza oven, will definitely use it more and more.

    Ein Pizza Ofenwae sxhon immer Traum. Leckere Pizza in der Familienrunde – Pizza fr Pizza in 3-5 Minuten fertig. Schn gemtlich draussen eine Pizza teilen bei Wein, Bier bis die nchste frisch aus dem Ofen kommt. Genial.

    Das Teil ist dabei nicht gross umd schwer – lsst sich gut transportieren und leicht aufstellen.

    Der Pizzaofen ist ein Augenschmaus – macht richtig was her und wir wissen, das wird nicht so bleiben wir setzen in hufig ein.

    Der Aufbau war extrem einfach – alles hat perfekt gepasst. Vielleicht dann doch kurz mal in die Anleitung schauen.

    Achtung: Das ist natrlich kein Gas-Ofen. Der Ofen wird mit Pellets betrieben! Die Beschreibung ist hier nicht richtig.

    Als Verbesserungsidee knnte man vielleicht (und bei dem Preis) noch ein Thermostat integrieren, um die Betriebstemperatur zu kontrollieren.

    Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersHaving read other reviews it seems that some people have had problems getting this oven up to temperature. As you can see from my pictures I have not experienced the same problem. I fuel the oven with a mixture of wood pellets and small pieces of seasoned wood that I chop into approximately 1 inch long pieces. Firstly I put in some paper and pine starting wood along with a few pieces of larger wood. Once the fire has got going I add some wood pellets. The 360c that you see here was achieved on a cold February evening. One thing that you need to bear in mind is that the pizza ove will only ‘draw’ and heat up if you leave the front on. Otherwise the heat travels up straight out of the fire basket. We have used this many times now and have had many excellent results from it. The only other thing you have to bear in mind is that you need to allow the oven to reheat a little after each pizza. A couple of minutes is usually enough. Another tip that I learnt is that you need a much drier dough than for a conventional oven. The recipe I use is 500g Italian pizza flour, 300g water, 13g salt and about a 1/4 teaspoon of yeast. I tend to make this dough 12-24 hours before cooking. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase and with the quality of it and the included accessories.

    Great pizza oven. Takes some getting used to though.
