This is a nice gift to give anyone that knows the brand. My husband has been a fan of the pens and wallets from this range and, although he’s not a massice aftershave / scent type of guy, he does like this. Nice bottle. Expensive as you would expect from this brand. Thumbs up from us though!
This EU de parfum for men isn’t my favourite and looks pretty strong.
My hubby loves it , he things is cool and feels fresh .
Price was about 32 when I reviewed it 30ml not bad but wont buy again .
This perfume arrived very nicely and securely packed. I have heard about it about and its indeed very nice and fresh smell. Love the b packing and silver colour which is unique.

I wasn’t sure about this at first, but I love it more and more every time I wear it! The fragrance is clean and fresh, without being overpowering. And it lasts and lasts. I have even had compliments when I’ve worn it! And that rarely happens! It’s enough to ensure I shall definitely be keeping this in my collection of fragrances. Very highly recommended indeed.
I’ve worn various scents over the years, always on the lookout for something that defines me. Trying this particular fragrance was an experience. The woody undertones mixed with the subtle hints of sage left an air of elegance around me. While the scent was invigorating and unique, it did seem to fade a tad quicker than I’d hoped for. However, it’s certainly one that I’d reach for when I want to make a lasting impression, even if just for a few hours.

This is a great and fresh smelling Eau de Parfum, it is a bit stronger and longer lasting then your average Eau du toilette, which makes it great for spraying once in the morning and not having to think about it for the rest of the day. Highly recommend

This scent has a woody base and sweeter mid and top notes which gives the scent complexity.
The scent lasts all day however is not too heavy.
THe bottle is lovely and discrete, easy to transport.

I actually got this for my wife but between us we decided it was more masculine. In truth I think it smells good on her but she prefers it on me! The initial scent is quite coconut with vanilla but it settles down as predominantly woody. It does seem to last for several hours.
This smells lovely. It’s a really strong scent but not too over powering like some can be. It lasts for ages too so a little goes a long way. Love the packaging and bottle. Good value for money.
This Explorer platinum travel spray by Montblanc is great value for money.
Arriving in a expensive looking silver box, this 30ml spray bottle has a stylish plain silver bottle with no branding or writing displayed.
Masculine in fragrance when first sprayed, the scent quickly changes to a more softer, gentler talcy fragrance suitable for both genders.
Fragrance longevity was OK for the retail price.
The opening is very misleading because the overriding and very strong impression of the immediate opening is coconut. That’s not necessarily a bad thing – if you like coconut fragrances and, having tried Le Beau, I am not too keen.
Within a few minutes however the coconut dries down to a resting state that exudes a complex but overall sweet spice. The coconut note is still there but now as a more floral and masculine violet.
The wood note in the base rounds everything off in a masculine direction.
It is an absolutely brilliant fragrance and partly because there is no mainstream or mass designer fragrance that is even close to similar in the dry down and after the opening coconut disappears .
My son, who is fifteen, can wear it without problem and although I am considerably older than fifteen (more than three times as old) I can also wear it without any jarring effect. Le Beau is, I think, definitely a younger man’s fragrance but Explorer Platinum is definitely good for almost all age groups.
I think this is because the sweetness is not extreme or predominant but is instead a subtle and refined set of spices. The biggest impression is of a light and clean smell that reminds me beach on a sunny day with with the sweetness being a cool cocktail.
I think it is a great summer scent and certainly refreshingly – literally refreshingly – different to the citrus summer scents that have their place but which can become very boring.
That said, the complex spice notes mean that I could just about wear this in winter.
This is a wonderful scent that I will not hesitate to buy.
