    Loved i
Great product, very safe and easy to use and put up. Got bottom clips that stop the gate from moving to the direct you don’t want the children to go.
I bought another as I liked it so much. Would highly recommend!

    Easy install
This gate is really easy to install without drilling. It blends well with our decor, and its adjustable width makes it versatile for different spaces. Overall, it combines safety, ease of use, and style perfectly.

    Easy to install
I found this very easy to install, don’t be confused with the gap between the lock and socket once you tighten it up enough it closes.
One word of advice don’t take the cover off the sticky pads until your absolutely sure that where you want the gate.
Put screws with bolts on into the four corners, use the plastic covers on the circular end add one sticky pad to each cover.
Possibly get help to hold the gate in position. Take the protective cover off the pads, stick in place. Tighten with the bolts making sure to keep them even, the you’ll know when you’ve tightened enough because the lock gap will close.
I purchased this to keep my dog in the kitchen ( she’s young and like to chew and rip).
Don’t forget to there are two stoppers on the bottom same side as the lock.
This gate is marvellous it will open either way.
    Highly recommended

    Very awkward handle/unlocking mechanism
The gate is really solid and heavy, opens both ways and has a separate manual stop at the bottom if you want to set it to open only one way. But I couldn’t open the gate/operate the handle with only one hand, which is a huge negative for me. You have to squeeze a small section with finger and thumb and (at the same time) use your little finger to reach further down and tease up the handle over the bit you’re squeezing. You need big hands.
    Two-handed it’s ok though.

    Good gate
We actually have completely re-worked this gate to do what we want it to so I can only say that I think it would work very well in a doorway but on our stairs which have glass banisters, we had to make a number of modifications. Seems good quality and wasn’t expensive so happy to recommend.

    Pretty good
    Pretty good gate. 4.5/5

Docked some points as the bottom holder/guard thing only slides on. Our dog was able to pull it off one day which could be a choking hazard. It was only somewhat tight initially.

Luckily it now fits extremely tightly since it was chewed.

    does the job
For perfectly, sturdy and good quality. The only thing I didn’t like is safety protection. To lift the handle you need to press is from both side. It’s quite tricky if you want to do it with one hand. Hence I removed the spring inside and now it’s just perfect. Don’t do it if you have kids because then they can just lift it up easily. Mine is from pet hence not an issue.

    Sturdy
Very sturdy and difficult to open (for both adults and babies) so much so you need both hands to open it otherwise great value for money looks polished and does it’s jobs brilliantly

    Quality Product Quickly Dispatched
The gate was bought to keep our 18 month grandson safe. The landing at the top of the stairs where the gate was to be installed was slightly larger than the standard gate but the extension was easily fitted. When the gate was fitted to the wall and the locking nuts tightened, the gate was secure. The gate was removed in a couple of minutes when it was no longer required.

    A good buy.
This gate is very good value for money. It was quick and easy to fit (we used protective pads to avoid marking the wall) and is easy to use. We bought it to use when we look after a friend’s dogs but it would also deter determined toddlers.

Good product, but packaging was damaged
The product itself is great and exactly as described. My only negative would be that the packaging was damaged, and the item’s packaging was not made discreet, I.e., the box had photos of the product all over it. So if the item is left on the doorstep (like mine was) anyone walking by could see exactly what you’ve ordered. Other than this, all good.

    Excellent value for the money
Needed a gate to keep my collie out of the kitchen while I’m cooking because he’s gone deaf. Outstanding value for the money and my dog is safe from spills and swearing whilst I burn dinne

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGreat stair gate - check size
Great stair gate bought to keep our puppy from the kitchen. Unfortunately it didn’t fit (our mistake for not measuring well enough) but it was easy to get an extender on Amazon. With the extender t fits perfectly. Bit stiff to open (especially with one hand) but sturdy.

This gate is well made and can be altered to fit all sizes. I also bought some pad which help stop any damage to walls etc. Pleased to give these 5stars…

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersEasy to install and use, though not one-handed
I thought I might have difficulty fitting the gate as one side was to but up against skirting at the bottom but the wall at the top, so at different widths, while the other side was against a level surface top and bottom. No problem. The adjustable fittings made all four points of contact very secure, no screws to go anywhere causing damage and yet it is solidly in place.
I got it to keep my dog on the ground floor as she’d decided after nearly 3 years of obedience that the minute I turned my back, the place to be was on my bed.
This is a ‘baby gate’ and the manufacturer is correct to say the clasp can be opened one-handed, but it’s not particularly easy and I wouldn’t want to try it while carrying a sleeping or, worse, wriggling, baby.
I would, however, highly recommend this gate, and it is not an expensive investment.

    Great safety gate
We bought this to put on our door to the garden as to keep our 9 month puppy in and so we could leave the door open in this heat , it’s done the trick perfectly

Good price but can't open using one hand
Good price, easy to mount, good safety but I need to use both hands to open it. It’s not always comfortable when I take my daughter and want to open it. I’d better pay little bit more to take another model where I need to push and up with one hand

Good quality but difficult to ope
This is by far the best baby gate we bought. Unfortunately, you can’t open it without using two hands so when you have baby with you, you have to put her down or asking somebody to open it for you.

Does the job but takes a lot to fit and refit if it becomes loose
In the main it serves a purpose but I could only use it for a couple of weeks as my puppy pushed it to the floor so many times despite the pressure needed to secure i

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our Usersi like it but my doggo unlikes it.
I bought this gate to stop my doggo from going anywhere near the front door since he has a habit injuring himself there. However the place i installed the gate at prevents him from sleeping outside my bedroom door which he hates, i’m not too fond of the idea either since he whines when i’m too far from him. But safety should be my top priority for him and that’s what it is.

Installation was quick, simple and easy (after i had purchased the extension)
The gate itself is sturdy it can withstand his bodyweight when he gets up on his front legs.
This gate can be opened with one hand so, not sure why i’m seeing reviews that say otherwise.

**To open gate with one hand just pinch the pressure button with your index finger (back pressure button) and thumb (foreground pressure button) whilst resting your palm on the handle to pull up. If you’ve done it then pat yourself on the back!**

The best thing about this gate is that it has not only the pressure button and upwards handle but i like the idea of it having two locks at the bottom to prevent my doggo from trying to force his way through the weak point of the gate. So this gets a 5/5 from me as this has saved me stressing about him injuring himself.
