Neotech Care Pregnancy Support Maternity Belt, Waist/Back/Abdomen Band, Belly Brace

rrrrqqhh

Instructions

  1. Center the abdominal pad under your abdomen and attach with hooks and loops fabric with the desired level of support.
  2. Cut the hooks and loops band that is labelled “Cut the extra hooks and loops band you don’t need” to keep a length that matches the border of the abdominal pad . The hooks and loops band should cover the abdominal pad but not more. As the belly grows and position of the hooks and loops fabric on abdominal pad changes, you might want to cut the hooks and loops band again (more explanations below).
  3. Attach the hooks and loops fabric of the back support to the location on the abdominal pad that provides the desired tension.
  4. To help keep the support in place and keep from sliding down, stretch the top strap over your stomach and attach both sides to the hooks and loops fabric on the back support

Diagnosed with SPD which I’m finding quite painful, I got instant relief wearing the belt, very supportive and surprisingly comfy.

I would recommend going to physio first and making sure that this type is right for you because there are different support belts for different problems. However, for me personally with scoliosis and severe SPD pain in my second pregnancy, this belt was perfect.

Having SPD in my last pregnancy it was a given for pian in this one. I’ve found this best more supportive especially on my back then the one the hospital gave me

This is my first pregnancy and with me being small in size my bump is causing a lot of pain in my back, ribs and pelvic area. The relief from the pressure of pregnancy has been great I wish I had brought the support belt soone

I am pregnant with twins, and wore this product throughout my second and 3rd trimester. I recommend that you were a vest to protect your skin. This has helped me through full days of work in the office and days out walking around for hours. On the days I forget to wear this, I really notice the weight I’m carrying around.

Found this Great… however material was harsh. Could have a softer inner lining. Made me itch even through fabric clothing. Also I needed help to fit it the first few times as instructions werent v clear. Overall a.goof product and I’m please with it but could be much better with small improvements

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI bought this product as I’d been suffering with round ligament pain when walking even short distances. I used it for the first time yesterday on a longer walk. It was easy to put on following the instructions but you do need to wear a longer top over it. It’s like a bra for your bump! It felt supportive keeping my bump lifted and my hips in. I don’t know if I’d be able to wear it just day to day as it’s quite robust but I’ll definitely wear it on weekends when we’re out and about. I didn’t experience any of the pain I had previously without it which was fab. I’d recommend this product for its quality, value for money and comfort.

I’ve been suffering with sciatica at 25 weeks pregnant. I bought a more expensive brand but it was taking over a week to be delivered.

I was recommended this item, and with the price tag I ordered right away. Was delivered the very next day.

It’s really amazing. The support and lift if provides feels like someone is behind you taking the weight of the bump.

I’m not pain free, of course, but I certainly feel like I’m able to move more with the support on.

I’m still lifting weights at the gym, and this provides me that extra layer of comfort and protection.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersAt first I didn’t really liked it as it would put a lot of pressure on my belly but after a few days I saw the difference as I was feeling less pain even after 12hours of working as a Chef.
Only thing is it gets a little bit itchy if you wear it for too long and might irritate your skin. Nothing major though.
Not comfy for me when I’m sitting down.

Okay so I have only just put it on… But the pain relief was literally instant! I was amazed! Easy to use and feels like it restricts bump slightly but wow… I’m 22 weeks pregnant and for the last month or so my sacro iliac joint pain has been getting worse with the last few days being unable to walk even take a few steps or lie in bed without pain. Yet to try it out properly but so amazed by the instant pain relief I feel like crying haha!

Fits as expected, don’t expect it to solve all your problems. I am having chiropractic treatment and working on physio exercises to treat PGP/SPD but it does give you incredible support. Feels like a hug when your hips are feeling unsteady.
I couldn’t wear it against my bare skin so wore tank tops under clothes or high waisted shorts under dresses but it really does help.

As a theatre nurse, I have to be me on my feet for the whole day to do my job. This really helped me when I was doing my duties everyday, walking over there and then. It gave me good back support and makes me feel lighter even if my belly was quite heavy. It’s just bulky under your clothes, but still provides you the comfort and support you need. Truly recommendable!

Does provide support when walking for long periods of time. However not as comfortable as expected and is quite fiddly with all the velcro and piecing it all together would have been ideal if one side was sewn and the other side velcro to be able to adjust rather than putting on so many piece.

This has been perfect both pre and post pregnancy. Pre birth – I used when going for walks, had to put on when got there as not very comfortable to sit in the car in.
Post birth – I had a c section and I have been using when walking around to support my back and hold my tummy at the front. I find the excruciating pain isn’t as bad with this on, it does help.

Really good harness for providing that extra support for your bump. I wear it over a thin layer of clothes for comfort. And the Velcro makes it easy to adjust. On the topic of the Velcro – it’s amazing. I’ve never seen Velcro like it and don’t really understand how it’s so grippy, but it is. The harness is absolutely required for me when standing for long periods of time, and gives some very welcome relief from back pain.

This is an amazing product. I used it during my 1st pregnancy from month 7 and the belt helped support my belly with all the walking around I was doing all day at work. On warm summer days it did get a tiny bit sweaty especially near the lower bump but that is definitely expected from any such product. I used to just take it off for a while then.

I have now bought this again in month 5 for my 2nd pregnancy as I lost the bottom support pad. This time around my tummy has started becoming very painful and tight in the evenings probably because I carry my 2 yr old now and then. The belt has helped sort this problem. It is also very good support for the back.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersI bought this belt to help with quite severe SPD in pregnancy, I’d had 2 pregnancies back to back due to a miscarriage so the relaxin in my hips had made them extremely painful. I’d bought a cheap neoprene one beforehand which went round my hips under my bump but it wasn’t doing enough for me.
I wore this for 4 months when walking or exercising and it made a dramatic difference immediately. I thought it was magic at first because the difference was so huge, unbelievably so. It wasn’t quite as great at the end but still made a big difference. I wore it less towards the end as it had become creased in the back (i have a big curve) which made it slip down a bit even with the strap and my bump was so huge nothing was really offering support.
I would definitely have suffered more without it and managed to continue at the gym because of it- make sure you wear it as tight as you can (without being painful) to give maximum support. The bottom section is padded so it’s quite comfy, but the back elastic is not very comfortable whilst sitting, it doesn’t restrict movement whilst exercising much at all.

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersI got this some time during my second trimester. I have been suffering with bad back pain and hoped it would help. I work from home frequently, so I’d just wear it over a t-shirt. However, I found it was a bit uncomfortable when I was just sitting and working. This led me to toss it in the wardrobe for the next few weeks. I picked it up again around my 32nd week of pregnancy. I decided to try wearing it while out for a walk and it was such a relief! It kind of lifts your belly, so it takes some of the pressure off your bladder. Also helps support your bump so there is less strain on your back. I wear it now every day, just when I’m out walking.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersInitially wasn’t very pleased with the item as didn’t feel comfortable and while driving felt rather uncomfortable too.
I was about 115cm and ordered an xl size thinking as it is adjustable it will last throughout the pregnancy – this was a mistake
Was contacted by the seller and after explaining my concerns I was offered a belt in a size smaller. It arrived promptly and was a much better fit. It still has plenty of give in it. Feels much better. The belt doesn’t entirely eliminate back pain but definitely helped with it. Also I personally can feel it being on when wearing and I would recommend wearing it on top of a tshirt.
So I would rate product itself with 4 stars but due to great customer service gave it 5 stars

So the physiotherapist suggested to buy a support belt to help with the pelvic girdle pain I am currently suffering from. There are so many different types of belts – I honestly had no idea of which style to buy. This 1 seems great for my particular needs. I’m 7 months pregnant and my pain is more around the hip and lower back area. I struggle to get up and down the stairs, and this belt seems to help with that. The 2nd strap on the belt (the 1 that goes above the bump) helps the belt sit in place all day – which is good when you are wearing it underneath clothes. Also the quick delivery obviously helped as I wanted it immediately and it came the following day.

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersPros:
Customer service seems to be great.
Buyer contacted me to see how product was.
3 way support modular system –
    (1. Basic under bump support strap,
    2.a back girdle/support
    3. over bump strap)
Feels supportive and easy to wear when you’ve worn it once/ figured it out.

    Cons:
Amazon delivered and there was a delay ( not ideal when its urgent but fine if you’re more organised 🙂

    Recommendations to seller:
a simple tube or band to wear over this would be great…to make it less noticeable under clothes.
I might buy my own cloth bump band / belly tube to make it more seamless under clothes and more secure in place when the velcro is under pressure.

    recommendations to buyers:
Buy this in advance before you actually need it!

    Overall:
I bought this out of desperation at week 34 when I could barely walk – felt silly buying so late but even now at 36 weeks I am glad I did as it is the final month where bump weight and stretchmarks are at their most ominous.
    Recommended.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought this product for my wife when she was 34 weeks pregnant. She found that it brought her instant relief however she advises other mothers-to-be that the belt when worn is very itchy so to wear it over two layers of clothing. Also if you’re wearing maternity trousers be sure to fasten the maternity belt before putting your trousers on – otherwise you’ll have to remove and then refasten the belt every time you go to the toilet…

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI got this in black. Such a relief once on! It was instantly easing pressure and ligament pain. After some hours I did remove the top part as I was feeling less comfortable but it might have been my choice of size or just what that it was slightly. However the bottom band continued to support me well. Velcro is good as it’s not the type that catches on your clothes, it only attaches to itself. Excellent product and I’m only 5.5 months so I’m sure it’ll serve me even better as the months progress.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI do a lot of walking and was beginning to really struggle with back ache and ligament pain low down in my tummy and groin. I started using this belt and it has been amazing – my pain has reduced massively. I have been wearing this for a couple of months and with just another month of my pregnancy left it still fits perfectly as it is easily adjustable. I do not find it scratchy at all and have worn it both under and over clothing – usually over maternity leggings. It stays in place perfectly and I have not had any problem with it at all. It provides a very good level of support and I would highly recommend this belt.
The quality of the material/stitching etc is very good and it was thankfully an affordable price for me.
I could not have coped without this product, thank you so much!

I pulled a muscle in my back doing some gardening and I’m also 24 weeks pregnant, I was struggling to keep my posture straight so I tried this belt, it worked wonders, allowing me to stand up straight without pain. I now wear it if I know I’m going to walk or stand for a long time. In order for it to do its job both the velcro is very sticky so be careful with it on fine fabrics (and it sticks to itself a bit) and also it can make you look a bit larger so better under less sheer clothing.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersTakes a couple of wears to get used to, if like me you’re a first timer I felt a bit lost doing up all the parts first few times but once you get the hang of it it’s on in a jiffy. I recommend wearing a vest top underneath it as I wore it direct to my skin one time and the Velcro was aggravating me. It does exactly what it should do it’s a great product will be even better as I get bigger – I recommend it for anyone who has back pain it brings comfort when needed!

The belt can be very uncomfortable to wear. I find that wearing the back section inside down offers more support for my pelvic and is less irritating, however it has to be notes that I am currently only 14 weeks pregnant. I didn’t honestly think the belt was doing much good but wore it as I was recommended. Then I forgot to put it on before work and without a few hours was in so much pain that I went home to get it. So as far as it doing its job then it gets 5 starts. It may be uncomfortable but without it im in a lot of pain. only snags with it are that it is uncomfortable and the velcro is strong and keeps attaching to the wrong part of the fabric when I take off the belt and causing damage.
