Purchased to take a 75 inch wall mounted TV. very sturdy construction. Turned and pivoted very easily. Reasonably priced in comparison to others. Arrived quickly.
Would recommend and purchase agai
Holds 75 inch no problem
Superb product. I was a little apprehensive about its holding weight and structure because it was so much cheaper than the main electrical shops. It is solid and well up to the job. Without doubt a great.purchase and easy to install
Stable. Not easy to install
The item is very heavy. I managed to install on wood with a friend of mine. We add 4 additional wood screws. It took time, but I am delighted with the result.
It is stable for my LG 65″
Sturdy bracket at a good price
A very good bracket that works well with our new 65″ TV. Our wall is made of lightweight blocks and the wall plugs and screws supplied did not work well together – the plugs just rotated in the wall when the screws were wound in as the interference was too much. In the end managed to use the supplied wall plugs with some smaller diameter screws which worked well and gave a solid connection with the wall. The final setup is good – note that the two arm bracket does limit the amount of side to side movement when close to the wall. If you want to be able to adjust the tv sideways close to the wall then maybe better with a single arm type. Overall very happy with this product.
We have just bought this TV Wall Mount to wall Mount our 65″ TV. Wanted something that could move in case we needed to turn the TV to stop any reflections ect. Really pleased with this product. It’s very heavy and feels really well made. Really easy to install and hang the TV and also really easy to take the TV off if you need to ect. We just used all the fixtures and fitting that came with the wall amount and they all worked really well and the TV went up with no issues. I’d definitely recommend. Our huge 65″ TV sits on this stand with no problems and feels very secure and safe.
good
Purchased bracket because on deal and reviews good, the instructions were a plenty but confused me really, like the level supplied nice touch but probably best to use a good metal mini Stabila, too average DIY person self explanatory drill four holes and hard bit done, one major complaint plugs I considered to be of cheap quality and too small I used good quality plugs and biggest bolts that would go through wall bracket which is size 10 I think
Sturdy mount with relatively straightforward installatio
It’s not a flush mount, but then why buy and arm mount if that is what you want? The furthest back it goes is about 7cm from the wall.
It can be a little awkward (if you are mounting alone) to adjust level once screen is up, although it is feasible to mostly set that up before hand.
I like the rail mounts, basically you screw the rails onto the TV, then hang the TV onto the bars sticking out of the mounting arm. I did it alone with a 55 inch, but with help it would be pretty easy.
The supplied small level was handy, I don’t know about the hdmi cable, Not so useful for me, but it seems a bit thin to be a full bandwidth hdmi.
I mounted a LG C1 fwiw.
Does the trick for our 75" TV :-)
Packaging was easy to open, not too heavy, and all of the kit needed was included.
The bracket & hooks for the back of the 75″ TV screen screwed in easily, keeping the feet attached to the TV unit for stability. Make sure you measure out where the screw holes are before you buy!
The frame is placed on a stud wall (crazy i know) so had to strengthen the wall with a sheet of 4 ply wood screwed into the stud battons. Lots of tapping and guide holes to discover these.
Once ply was up the frame screwed in easily (used silicone in the screw holes too). Definitely a 2 person job to lift the screen and hook onto frame with our TV, which slotted easily over the 4 bars and clamped on.
The leveling process was simple and we have permanently tilted the screen forwards looking down at an angle.
The screen moves out easily on the 2 arms (I have to pop round the back of the screen to pull and push the elbow joints together for full extension) and it reticulates left and right very easily. I guess its up to you how lose the joints are for sliding it around… our TV is 35kg and the bracket copes easily with it.
The clearance from the wall is not really noticed and gives plenty of room for the power, HDMI & RJ45 cables (which aren’t chased into the wall).
Great purchase and would recommend even for the largest of TV’s.
Very Sturdy and Flexible - Shame We Couldn't Plug the TV In!!
First the good points. This mount is very, very sturdy. It attached very firmly to brick wall. It’s carrying a 32″ TV and shows no signs of the fixtures loosening. 32″ is not so heavy so I’m not sure how it would cope with something much bigger. It’s actually very easy to assemble. The instructions look a bit off-putting, but once you start, it’s easy. The spirit level and HDMI lead are added extras. Once in position, it swivels and tilts magnificently. You can’t get 90 degrees to the wall but pretty close to that which is what we wanted. The price is amazing. We went to a branch of Currys and were looking at similar products for 125!! Bad points: they don’t provide the right size spanner/wrench for the wall bolts. Be prepared to have or buy your own. Secondly – and this was the killer – once we had everything assembled and fixed to the wall we hung the TV on the mount with great satisfaction and pride only to discover one of the supporting arms that run across the back of the TV was blocking the socket where you plug the mains in. Thus the TV was in a nice place but completely unusable! We weighed up the pros and cons of taking it all down disassembling, packing up and returning. Finally, we decided to take a hacksaw and cut the offending arm short. This wasn’t a problem because a) our TV is relatively small and doesn’t need arms that long b) we had a hacksaw and the confidence to put it to work. Other buyers may not be in the same position so beware. NB This isn’t going to happen with all TVs. Ours is a 10-year-old 32″ Samsung. Many TVs will have the mains socket on the underside, the side or even a different place on the back. Don’t be put off buying, just check with the seller in advance that it will not be problem with your TV.
Great purchase
I’ve been considering putting our second less used TV on the wall for a while to create more space in the sitting room. I’d spent quite a bit of time researching wall brackets and after reading various reviews I decided to go for this one. It wasn’t the cheapest one i’d considered but I’m pleased with my purchase.
It comes with some very good clear fitting instructions and easily followed diagrams. The screws and fixtures are well labelled and the pack contains various different screws etc to fit different brands of televisions as well as providing fittings to suit different wall types.
The unit itself is quite heavy and it took me by surprise just how heavy it was but seems well constructed and I had every confidence in the unit to hold up by 8 year old Sony Bravia 43 inch screen, which its self is quite heavy.
I fitted mine to a concrete block wall without any problems. The bracket pulls out from the wall and it is easy to get your hands in behind to adjust the level etc . The TV swivels easily to various viewing angles but I did find it rather stiff moving it in and out from the wall and trying not to put too much pressure on the TV itself for fear of breaking the screen and for that reason I have rated it 4 stars and not 5 . Obviously I’m not sure if it is just mine that’s a little stiff.
Also it required two people to try to level the TV , one to hold the spirit level on the TV whilst I did the adjustment behind, I struggled a little bit because as I tightened the screw in it;s final position it did seem to move the TV just a small amount.
If you are considering one I would certainly recommend this one and if you are unsure whether to go for a wall mount or not – do it because as I earlier it does free up floor space and make the room feel much bigger.
Although this is a wall bracket, I used it to attach to a Buckinham TV stand. The stand has 2 fixed uprights plus its own Vesa mounting system that is also fixed i.e. no tilt and swivel.
This bracket has a wide variety of mounting holes to screw into a wall so was ideally suited for mounting on the TV stand. It would also be ideal for mounting on a wall allowing different places for screwing into the wall, unlike some which have small wall attachments. So the placing of this bracket is not critical. I used the wall mount to attach to the vertical uprights of the Buckingham, discarding the original attachments to the TV. Other than that, the tilt and swivel bracket was attached as per instructions. Quite a few parts so be prepared to take time to fit properly, particularly the screws into the back of the TV. There are plenty of washers supplied as well as a variety of bolts for the vesa sockets. Having read a number of reviews of different products I particularly wanted one that was solid and does not bend in use. Perhaps the only criticism was the limited tilt 3 degrees. The swivel is perfect though.
If wall mounted up high, the 3 degree tilt may not be enough BUT using the extra thick washers and a bot of trial and error the upper (or lower) vesa holes can be set up to get the required tilt which can then be modified to the required tilt.
I was impressed with the sturdiness of the bracket (40″ TV – rather older style so rather heavier than modern ones) . The bracket also folds fairly flat onto the mounting plate.
Delivery was quick and very pleased.
I would suggest people look at the back mounting plate on the photo. I would strongly recommend this rather than others I have seen as this one has a wide way of fixing to the wall (or TV stand in my case)
I bought this Perlegear TV wall bracket to wall mount a Panasonic TX-P42GT30B Plasma TV. I was very impressed by the quality of the items supplied and how well made the bracket was. There are supplied spacers to move the TV away from the bracket if there are obstructions on the back of the TV, or if the TV has a curved panel. The wall plugs and hex head bolts supplied are very good quality and require a 10mm masonry drill. There are various diameters and lengths of bolts to attach the vertical bars to the back of the TV. There are no fixings for plasterboard which is sensible given the weight of the bracket and TV, maybe the only solution in such cases would be to utilise vertical wall studs. The supplied spirit level is a nice touch, enabling the vertical and rotational adjustments to be set correctly. The ability to swing the TV away from the wall to face other chairs (or the ironing board) is most useful. The most complex part when fitting is establishing the vertical height of the wall holes from the floor. To do this I first fixed the two vertical bars to the back of the TV, then measured from the floor to the desired point on the wall, level to where the bottom of the TV will be. With the wall bracket assembled and the TV face down on the floor, or for plasma panels vertical against a sofa, offer up the wall bracket to the TV bars and establish the distance from the bracket wall holes to the bottom of the TV, add this dimension to the previously marked bottom of the TV mark on the wall. I would say that the task of safely fitting the wall bracket and TV requires two people, for example when marking wall hole postitions using the spirit level. The design allows for a wide range of, back of the TV fixing hole locations, my fixing holes were 400mm wide x 300mm high. I would definitely recommend this wall bracket.
