Got this as my dog reacted to fireworks this year shaking crying and panting he’s 55kg so when looking for somewhere to hide he’s way to big this worked recommend to all pet owners

Use with the wipes (sold separately)

Used together this does wonders. Not perfect, but it aides our dog to get a grip of herself and try calming down herself.

It sounds stupid doesn’t it? Wipes and a diffuser?

    Trust me.

We’ve gone from scratching and tearing our upstairs carpet when fireworks are going off, to a much more milder rapid manic dog!

This really works. We notice as its running low that our lab gets worked up again. Maybe it’s a placebo effect but we’re happy that it works and our lab doesn’t bat an eyelid even after fireworks last week. Would recommend!

I have a dachshund that barks at everything and gets hyper fear based aggression this hasn’t stopped it completely but has changed our lives and his little panic mode is dissipating so would recommend

The best pet calmer there is. Takes 10 minutes to kick in. Always use it wjen we leave the house to soothe our very people dependent cats.
Passed it to my mum for her 2 dogs and does just the same. If you want to double make sure youre pets are calm use the plug in. And the spray. Spray the spray in your palms and wipe it down your pets coats.

Worked almost immediately. Our dog has issues with separation anxiety as well as being very overactive when someone comes home and just general zoomies like crazy in the evenings despite all the walking and playing outside during the day. We plugged this and used it one evening and there was a noticiable difference. He was more chill but still played and was happy to lay down and when my partner arrived home there was none of the usual barking and jumping up! We will likely only use it in the evening and possibly trial it at night too but will leave it off the rest of the day as it has had quiet an affect on him! We will have to wait and see see if it works at all for his separation anxiety when we are both out, fingers crossed.

You might want to bring out a small dog and a big dog diffuser – I bought this for my yorkie when we moved house because he was getting stressed with all the boxes. Within a couple of hours he was calm, then he became really lethargic and even struggled to climb the stairs. I thought he was just unsure about his new surroundings, but the next day I realised what it must be. I unplugged it and within a few hours he was back to his old self. I might save it for bonfire night and New Years! As for the smell – there isn’t one!

This is effective on all four of my cats although one still does naughty things from time to time. Been very good throughout our house move and since it has stopped our male kitty from spraying, I shall continue to use them in the house. We currently have three going. One upstairs and two downstairs.

After trying countless calming remedies, I’ve finally found one that works on my dog, its easy to apply works quickly re – apply every 2 or 3 hours for a chilled out dog, fairly cheap to buy I’ve wasted a lot more money on rubbish product that doesn’t work, but Pet Remedy can’t fault it.

5.0 out of 5 stars It works

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI have just got a rescue and although I am very experienced training dogs that haven’t any previously, this
is by far the most damaged dog I have had – even frightened of the water in his bowl. I have used these tablets for two days now and combined with an infuser and calming collar I am now able to tackle the issues this poor abused animal has. He can now drink from his bowl, pass a door – go figure, a real problem for him. and with encouragement he can now go in an out of the house. Amazing for a dog who would cower if I even stood up.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersMy boy cat is very stressy – everything upsets him – other cats passing the house, loud noises, visitors he doesn’t know, the grandchildren coming over, furniture being moved, something new in the house, and in particular his sister who has no time at all for him! You name it, he’s stressed by it! He definitely has issues! The result – he sprays on furniture, doors, walls and entryways. I know this is his way of defending his fortress but every now and then it becomes out of hand. I have tried all the recommended measures to prevent and diffuse this happening but it still does! I’ve spent a fortune on another brand of diffuser over months, just to have him spray on the unit itself! This pet remedy one is different. It does seems to have lessoned the problem to a certain extent. It also seems to be lasting quite a long time which is good as some others run out very quick. The smell is not the best I must say – some have likened it to cheesy feet and I can detect the similarity! However I have valerian growing in the garden and that is the smell so I am used to it and can live with that. Anything is better than cat wee! Ultimately I think this product is worth a try if all else has failed, as in my cat’s case, as it does have something of a calming effect. If you too have a ‘Dirty Boy’ (or girl), give it a go!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersIt’s important to be patient and give this several days to start working-we introduced a new cat to a household of two and now, after a couple of months they are all settling down together. This product was a vital part of that process as we needed something to reduce stress and aggravation in the flashpoint crossing points of the house.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI havnt got anything to compare this calming remedy too as it’s the first time I’ve ever bought one. I read the reviews and a lot we’re complaining of a nasty smell. It does smell and infact a day in and I can taste it a little when I’m breathing but it has worked, within minutes of me plugging it in my most timid and anxious cat came straight out of his bed with his nose up in the air smelling it. Just minutes in and He is so much calmer/relaxed and has even been laid on his side on the floor rolling around happy. Hes been out of his hidey place a lot more , walking around nice and confident and purring. A happy kitty is a happy mummy
I’ts obviously more than half the price of the leading suppliers plug in. Seeing my cats this happy and relaxed I can put up with the bit of smell bare in mind it’s only been 2 days so I’ll probably get used to it too but it’s not a horrible nasty smell as some reviews say. from me and my kitties

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersI brought this to try and sooth my cat that is the definition of a scaredy-cat. I decided to try this as it is considerably cheaper that the market leading product and I was sceptical if a product like this would even work. I have 3 pets in total but I specifically brought it to calm down my female feline. Within days of installing it was clear my dog and male cat liked it and took to laying on the floor by the diffuser. I would say it took about 6 weeks before I really noticed my female feline was starting to show any signs of it working on her. She was such a scaredy-cat that the only place she would happily let you fuss her and touch her without panic was on my bed, we’ll call that her safe space. Now around 9 weeks since I first plugged it in we can finally walk up to her and give her a fuss outside of the main bedroom albeit a slow walk up to her. I’ll see if the refills see any more improvement from her behaviour.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought this for my cat and I noticed a difference instantly. It’s almost like she was sedated. Very effective but I didn’t wish to use it for the long term. As soon as I unplugged it, she went back to her normal excitable self which I’ve learnt to love and adore (as I’m not too sure what kind of long term affect this would have had on her). I bought the same for my mothers dog, and it didn’t work sadly. It may have been the size difference. My cat is 3kg and the dog is 40kg so perhaps it works best on smaller animals. My downfall to this product is that it stinks. Whenever you walk past it, the smell is unpleasant and for a split second you think you’ve got something on the bottom of your shoe. Overall it did work on the cat, but not on the dog, and it doesn’t smell nice. Good value for money as it’s cheaper than the bigger brands.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI have a very stressy cat and when moving house I got one of these after reading the reviews. I wasn’t very optimistic at first and didn’t think it would work as he shows no interest in things like cat nip or the feliway drops I’ve used in the past. I’m glad to say I was wrong. I plugged it in two days before he arrived. he was already extremely stressed after spend the privious week in a cattery, but within a couple of hours of being in the new house he was out exploring and by the following evening he was already sitting on my lap. This is totally unlike him as I was expecting him to be hidden under the bed for a few weeks at least.
The neighbours had a very friendly Tom cat who he did not like and their first encounter in the garden did not go well however once back inside and patio door covered so he couldn’t see the other cat he soon settled down and was happy again. When the pet remedy plug in ran out approximately 6 weeks later. I noticed a change in him and we was again becoming anxious and stressed, darting about the house and jumping when ever he heard a noise. So I brought a replacement and he was once again settled. We are now 5 months in our new home and 3 pet remedy plug in’s later I’m slowly trying to ween him off it. Would appear they are addictive. I unplug it when I’m home and only plug it back in if I go out. He’s getting there slowly but still has his moments.
I would definitely recommend these only negative is that apart from my cat becoming hooked on it, they do give off an odour which I have got used too but when people visit they can smell it.

Golden Review Award: 37 From Our UsersI have this near the front door as during the day when everyone else is out my cavapoo barks at the slightest noise outside (hes fine when everyone is in the house in the evenings). I plugged it in right away as the dog was at the groomers and I’ll be honest I didnt think it made that much of a difference. After 48 hours I noticed an unusual smell near the front door, similar to damp mixed with fish oil smell. Whether its just this bottle that is giving off a smell or if all of them do I’m not sure but I don’t like it and the kids have also complained about the weird smell. I unplugged it right away. Needless to say the plug was actually making a massive difference to the dogs general state of mind and I have plugged it back in. The dog still barks but is much more relaxed and barks at someone knocking the door rather than just loud noises outside, he plays more and is generally a little more self assured it seems. I’m currently trying to find another plug that will work for us because it is not the kind of smell I want right as you walk in but currently I have a wax melt in the same vicinity to mask the smell (which is not difficult to do) Overall I’m very happy with the product but would just like to make people aware that YES IT DOES HAVE A SMELL TO IT and no its not a very desirable one.

Golden Review Award: 20 From Our UsersMy cat has been unwell for some time, he is a 2 year old male long haired cat who sadly suffered from a blocked bladder in May. Since he was unblocked we have had numerous trips to the vets with problems from bladder and urethral spasms to urine leaking and accidents in other areas of the house with our cat developing a fear of using his tray after the pain he suffered from being blocked.
We had seen some improvement since he was surgically un blocked but our cat is still making many trips to his tray urinating a little bit at a time, our vets could not find anything physically wrong with him and put it down to stress. We were prescribed Feliway to relax him to reduce the bladder spasms so that he would be able to urinate a full amount in one trip rather than making several trips each time he needed to wee. We noticed very little difference if any whilst using the Feliway plugin and spray.
Along with the Feliway our cat is also on a veterinary wet food only diet for urinary problems and he has a daily Yurelieve supplement to strengthen his bladder and keep him calm.
I noticed an advert for pet remedy on a FLUTD help site and decided to give it ago, I started by plugging it in in the lounge and as soon as our cat went in I noticed him sniffing into the air, he soon went and sat on the back of the sofa near the plug which isn’t a place he usually sits. We had the plug in on Thursday night and then Friday night all day Saturday and Sunday and in this time our cat has done normal size wees in his tray with only needing to make 3-4 trips per day instead of the 8-10 he was doing since suffering with a blocked bladder. The change in his urinating habits was almost immediate after switching the plugin on. I cannot be certain that it is the plug in that has helped but I think that it has played a key role in getting him back to using his tray as he did before he had bladder problems.
As for the smell. It is a not very pleasant smell we have moved the plug in into our conservatory which is where our cat spends a lot of time and since doing this it isn’t really a problem; it is a small sacrifice to pay for the benefits it seems to be having on our cat.
I do think the smell has died down a bit since we first put it on as stated in the instructions

5.0 out of 5 stars I wish I had tried this sooner.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBrought this product as my cat is suffering from separation anxiety whenever I leave, she’s a rescue and the vet thinks this may be part of the cause. She’s never on her own but when I’m not there she’s not a happy kittie! My housemate tries to hang out with her but she’s had no other interest accept meowing by the door until I get home and then she’s ok. But once I’m home, she follows me everywhere even tries to come with me to the toilet and if I shut her out she gets stressed. This was really starting to worry me and I hated leaving for work so I searched the Internet and found this product!
So far so good! She wasn’t waiting for me by the door when I got in from work and she’s not been following me from room to room as much. She’s not as fussed about being in the same room as me and has been wondering off to go elsewhere for longer periods of time.

Also my 2 ratties are much calmer! I have plugged one in my bedroom where they are (the cat doesn’t bother with them) and since then any aggressive play fighting has lessened and my alpha rat has been a lot calmer towards his brother. This has saved me having to look at separating them as it was getting out of hand!

The only downside is the smell! My bedroom currently smells like feet but the instructions say this will lessen after 48 hours, I do hope so! However the positive effect of this product outweighs the downside of the stink!
