I love this pillow! I have been using it for most of my pregnancy (I’m 26 weeks along at the time of writing this review) it’s stayed nice and fluffy and the cover is so easy to wash! It helps so much with the back pain, and hip pain. 10/10 do recommend!
I got our daughter this to help with her sleeping while she is pregnant. Her fiances and her are watching a senior dog and she ended up making it hers. I will be ordering another one for our daughter.

A bit expensive I would say, but the quality is very good.
I use it to sleep and to sit in bed and draw. It folds into a desk, basically. 20 out of 10!
When it came all squished I shook it out and let it settle 34 hours then slept with it. It poofed up even more and is so soft and durable.
Love this pillow so much that I never want to sleep without it. My only complaint is that my dogs love it too. If you have dogs might as well buy them one too
This pillow is great to snuggle with. It has replaced all my support pillows and neck pillow for sleeping. I highly recommend it for anyone. I had to buy my friend one of her own because she tried to steal mine.
I’ve been debating buying this pillow and finally went for it on Black Friday. God, I’m so glad I did!! It’s so comfortable, especially as a bolster when I want to work from home in bed. If you’re hesitating, just go for it. You won’t regret it!

I like the support it brings. Sometimes I have to mold it into different shapes, which is nice. Wish it had more Cushion to give a little bit more support. Overall a good product and i am happy with it.
I can tell it will lose shape quite fast although it is comfy… I just received it on August the 3rd…. However, I’m not pregnant. I use it for hip pain… And it does help a lot. I don’t like the cover though… Because it gets those little bumps of material. Then again I am super picky about the bumpies with any material. I am going to have a cover made for it. Other than that I’m happy
I needed a pillow for my pregnancy and this helps a bit. I like firm and fluffy and that’s why I gave it what I gave it. It’s missing more fluff and firmness. I can deal with this though and it helps with keeping my legs apart and sleep. So I personally like thicker further but this could be perfect who like soft and fluffy
The first pillow and case both got a tear within the first month. I contacted support and they happily sent a replacement within a couple of days. Unfortunately, UPS delivered it to the wrong house and it was lost.
I spoke with the company and immediately they sent a 2nd replacement. It just arrived to my front door today.
I have to say that the customer support is wonderful. I will continue to buy their products!
This is baby #2 and I wore out my first Phar-me-doc pillow with how much I used it in 2019; I had to throw it away and just went back to a regular pillow a couple months postpartum. I’d purchased the u-shape pillow and loved it overall but wasn’t a huge fan of the detachable piece (with the zipper) as a general idea. So this time I decided to a different shape and got this c-shape pillow. I can no longer just roll from one side to the other; it’s hard to get my leg out from under on one side to being on the top on the other. It’s still just as comfortable as the 2019 pillow with the head/neck/arm support and positions but I’m fighting with leg area. That’s my only issue.
Pros: ~The covers are easy to remove, wash, and put back on. {I say covers because it goes for both pillow shapes.}

I only use it to support my back and between my legs. Which is great.
But might I suggest to make it really worth it is for the head part, do a bigger cushion to support or leave it empty. So can place a pillow in between.
Girlfriend says it’s the best present she has ever received from anyone. I’m so happy that I got this for her for Xmas. She’s used it every single day. She says that it is very reliable, and that it is very functional. You can wrap this around you while you sit and place a laptop on it. Over the moon actually. Any lads reading this, I would get it for your missus. You’ll see for yourself. Worth it.
We decided to look at pregnancy pillows and this one came up. We chose it because of the reviews and positive feedback. It arrived yesterday and she tried it out last night. She is over the moon! It has helped her back pain massively and said she felt like shes been able to have the first proper night sleep since her injury a few weeks back.
Thoroughly recommend, its a good size, really firm and filled with padding and the carry case will be really helpful for when we make trips to the in-laws static caravan for mini breaks.
If we could give it more stars we would!
Update, we bought a second one because we loved it so much! Now i have one to help with my back and neck issues too!
I really like this pillow, but it is the only “pregnancy” pillow I’ve ever used. It has helped my back pain (lower, mid, and upper), and I find it really uncomfortable now to sleep without it. I saw reviews that the case falls apart when washing so I hand wash mine.
I do have a couple complaints. One is that the stuffing doesn’t feel consistently “stuffed.” Some places are super cushy and other places feel like a firm lump. It doesn’t bother me too much but if I lay my head down on a firm lump, I do have to move around a bit to avoid the lump.
The other is the fabric was sooo soft at first but now it’s all pilled up and kind of scratchy in the places my body touches it the most.
I really like it and it’s been a good first pregnancy pillow purchase. I might try a nicer one when this one gets too worn out.
I bought this pillow after a night of no sleep due to hip pain. I kept wanted to roll onto my back to get off my hips which of course isn’t advised. So I knew a needed a ‘snake’ like pregnancy pillow. Something to support my back as well as my front and between my legs for my hips!! I did so much googling and found it hard to decide with all the choice out there – plus I’m really fussy with pillows generally as I have neck problems! In the end I settled on this one. And SO glad I did. It has massively helped me. It was hot the first night I used it but I didn’t overheat with the pillow at all. Sleeping loads better since getting this pillow. Phew!!
I had a different pregnancy pillow which was much smaller and supported me until about 24 weeks. But at 28 weeks I was really struggling to sleep with hip pain, shoulder pain and rolling onto my back. A friend recommended me this, and it has changed my ability to sleep. It is so comfortable, soft, supportive… I can only describe it as sinking into a supportive hug. Nothing will totally take away all the aches and pains, but I can sleep so much better. My husband and I were worried that it would be too big and that it and I combined would take over the bed. But it is actually quite slim, and he way prefers it to me tossing and turning all night!
I highly recommend it.
I bought this after reading numerous reviews. I’m so glad I did. I was really struggling with sleep, waking up through the night numerous times. Now I sleep much better, it keeps you on your side or you can lay on your back with your legs raised while reading. My nightly REM has almost doubled! I feel refreshed and bought earlier in pregnancy so I can benefit longer. When you get your pillow the company also send you a free replacement cover once you email them order details. Email address on the box. They ask you to write a review to receive it but I asked to wait (a month later) as I wanted to give it an honest opinion. They were happy with this and sent one straight away. Please don’t hesitate! I wish I had got mine sooner.
I give this a 5 on everything, I’m currently 19 1/2 weeks pregnant with our 3rd child and have struggled all 3 pregnancies with getting good sleep getting comfortable is so hard, I also struggle with sciatica and the further along I get the worse it gets, well my sciatica was really acting up lately and my old pregnancy pillow was done after 2 kiddos. Haha and not comfortable.
Well I was going thru Amazon for pregnancy pillow and found this one, the reviews were great and after watching the short video they had I was sold. I received it 2 days ago and I’m telling you my 1st nights sleep with it was amazing and so was my 2nd night. It hugs your body and gives it such good support, which you need during pregnancy. It’s the only pillow I need now I would most definitely recommend to all pregnant mommies out there looking for some relief from the pregnancy aches and pains, and all the uncomfortableness that comes with sleep during the later parts of pregnancy, I’ll probably use this even after the baby is born. It’s that amazing
Also on a side note, I ordered and it wasn’t even scheduled for delivery until next week. I was so surprised I got it 2 days later. This is one happy momma and customer.
i also use this wrapped around my body when sitting up in bed, very comfortable and could also be used as a feeding pillow for baby when she arrives.
I did take some time to look at the different shapes options and find this C shape is great. Allows you to put head and body one one item and can mold to whatever shape works for you. While I have not tried the U shaped pillows I think this is good as not stuck inbetween 2 pillows so you struggle to get out of bed.
Overall this really works for me and glad of the purchase. Worth the extra spend for a comfortable nights sleep while I can get it!!
Before I came back, I’ve looked at LOADS of different pillows and eventually got the one from PharMeDoc. The pillow was delivered very quickly. My husband opened it up while I was away and he thought this pillow was better than the one I had abroad. Even he noticed the difference 🙂
It’s soft but firm enough at the same time. It’s very comfortable and it stays in the right place (my height is 162cm). I’ve now had it for almost 2 weeks and I’m very happy with it so far, as it makes a huge difference. I can’t say that this pillow has cured my pain but my sleep has improved considerably. I also use it during the day when I’m reading, watching tv or simply resting. It’s not very heavy, so it’s quite easy to move it around. I hope it’ll stay in good shape for a long time!
As a stomach-sleeper, I’ve suffered from neck ache for ages. Ive tried sleeping on my back with little success. So I needed something else. This pillow is it. It gives great support for side-sleeping, stopping me from turning on my back or front. This in turn has led to an improvement in my aches in my neck and back. Happy nights are here again.
Purchased pillow to help with neck, hip and knee pain whilst sleeping. I have a habit of rolling onto my tummy whilst sleeping, however now that I’m getting older I find that this position is causing neck pain as my head is twisted to the right, and my right knee is also bent resulting in both knee and hip pain. Have found that this pillow encourages me to sleep on my back as I put the middle bit under my neck and then curl to two ends directly under my knees to ensure that my legs and spine are in a more neutral position.
My only suggested improvement would be for the suppliers to offer a memory foam option in this pillow in addition to the standard filling, and maybe a soft, medium or firm choice too. I am used to a firm memory foam cushion and therefore would like to see a firmer option available to purchase.

I am not pregnant but have been suffering with lower back pain for a few weeks and sleeping has been uncomfortable. This pillow has improved the quality of sleep, even though I was a little sceptical that the pillow was not as firm as I was expecting. I like how the pillow moulds into your body and definitely gives extra support to the back. I would definitely recommend.
