Wish I’d used one of these years ago! This is a great wee bit of kit!

Used this razor for years now. Super easy to use, especially as someone who’s impatient and often misses patches of hair on my legs. My only real complaint is it’s a bit more of a chore to remove the hair that builds up into the top of the head around the razor, however I guess that’s an issue for most razors. Makes my legs itchy (immediately) and occasionally causes some red marks and bumps, that also might just be a me thing.

Rechargeable shaver. Handy plate for trimming bikini area. Doesn’t shave as close as the men’s shaver I also have. But as I mainly bought it for the bikini line it’s probably better to avoid irritation.

4.0 out of 5 stars Shaves but could shave close

Don’t know what to say about this. It does what it’s meant for. Easy to use and quick to charge

Perfect for trimming bikini line *disabled. Also great for touch ups before going in with razor. Works freak in very sensitive skin. No problems.

Bought this as thought it would work out cheaper in the long run than blades for razor.
However no matter how I try it is not as smooth as a razor.

Looks pretty! Easy to use and hold. Light weight. Much better than my old Shaver. Good buy!

Once charged it lasts for ages, good smooth finish with other attachments. Easy to use, lightweight and user friendly. No nicks…….yet.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersA good shaver, and lasts for quite a whole before needing charging. Not the closest shave, but close enough to look OK.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI had one of these before but the foil went. After trying a few different ones I came back to this one and it’s still the best one I’ve used – easiest to use and cuts the best. Just a shame that the replacement foils for this are so expensive

The most perfect bikini shave I’ve ever achieved, better than waxing!
So easy to use, no cuts or grazes, glides over your skin like you wouldn’t believe!
Makes shaving those hard to reach areas a dream, I can’t believe how good this is!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersWasn’t too disappointed as from previous reviews I knew it didn’t shave to close. But it does the job for the price. If you want a real close stage this is not for you.

Only down side is they pull the hair once in a while other wise the small head gets to the right places. The trimmer also works well except as I mentioned sometimes it pulls the hair.
If you have a sensetive skin I recommend a shaver with a bigger head.

I was using my epilator shaver part (phillips silk epil) due to the fact i get shaving rash and ingrown hairs, itchy and nasty on both legs and bikini line, my epilator shaver started getting blunt so i bought this as i didnt want to go back to using a razor, and i can happily say its fantastic, if you are not used to using electric, be aware its not as close and smooth and long term as shaving with a razor, but, i find i don’t get strawberry legs, itching, and its smooth enough, i was impressed! Not done bikini line just yet but will give it a go later!

This was my first time using an electric shaver after using normal razors, epilators and laser treatments in the past. (I’m 37, started shaving around age 11). Wish I’d switched to an electric one years ago! This one is very comfortable to hold, shaves as close as a normal razor and gets the job done so quickly! Much safer too — I can do my legs without even looking at what I’m doing, with zero nicks, and I have no irritation afterwards.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersI use it for my legs (middle-aged woman here who can’t be bothered with razors anymore). Like the product description says, it doesn’t scrape. Good. But you do have to go over and over the same spot! Not good. But in it’s defence, once it does cut the hair it’s pretty smooth. Even if it does take a while….
On a side note, I’ve used my husband’s (don’t tell!) Phillips 3000 series (I think) shaver and it’s much better, though more expensive. Goes over the knees better too.

I found this easy to use and it arrives fully charged but it doesn’t give a totally close shave. I have to go over and over the same spot to get a satisfactory finish

I bought this and saw it had mixed reviews so wasn’t expecting wonders however, I am quite impressed. It is good for sensitive skin (I have psoriasis and acne so most things like this are no good). I mainly use it for emergency shaving when I have forgotten to shave my legs or underarms before work and it does a good job. It definitely takes a couple of go overs to get all the hair but it works well.

Golden Review Award: 16 From Our UsersI don’t write reviews often but I just had to with this shaver. I’ve had a Braun lady shaver for many years and it broke last month. I was looking for the right replacement as I was surprised at how expensive lady shavers had become! After some research I bought this Philips one. All I can say is ‘wow!’ I’ve spent years grating my legs with the Braun, which used to scratch me and snag all the time. Because this shaver has rounded tips, it’s so smooth on my skin- I can hardly feel it working! But it does work really well- it’s the closest shave I’ve ever had with an electric shaver. Even for the more ‘sensitive’ areas- it dealt with them quickly and with no problem whatsoever- and no snagging!
In summary- if you need a lady shaver, buy this one, it’s amazing!

This is a gentle shaver for sensitive skin. I have incredibly reactive skin, and this tool didn’t drag, scratch or inflame underarm, leg or bikini line when used dry. Obviously it isn’t going to give as close a shave as a wet razor, but it’s perfectly adequate. I also like the worldwide voltage, a nice value add.

My only complaint is that this doesn’t come with a storage pouch. It’s a pretty basic ask for an item that’s obviously going to be used during travel. Philips should sort this considering the price, as it’s inconvenient having to buy one separately that’s the right size — I’ve looked online and they’re not easy to find. But on the whole I’m happy.

Golden Review Award: 48 From Our UsersHad this for a long time now and the battery still performs brilliantly.
Would recommend this one over the more expensive versions (pink and purple options) as I tried the purple option with the attachable heads, but the heads don’t make contact with your skin very well so seem pointless.
All you need is this shaver and the one attachment it comes with. You can do everything with just these options.
Shaves close and feels smooth.. But obviously won’t be as smooth as a wet shave with a razor, so bear that in mind. For me though, it stopped the ingrowing hairs and rasor burn, so that’s a huge win! Also saves me money as I don’t have to buy razor heads all the time anymore.

Easy to handle and comfortable to hold. Great cordless use in the shower and holds it’s charge very well. Only reason I have given 4 stars is that it can be a little harsh on sensitive areas eg under arms causing soreness and you can feel the odd “nip” on the skin. It performs better than others I have had on other areas for a quick fix such as legs. However after using several times and getting used to it, if you are very careful how much pressure you put on sensitive areas it is fine but the results are a bit less effective. Phillips did previously do a shaver with 2 interchangeable heads provided, one being a sensitive head which was perfect, I hope they bring this back at some point as I have always favoured Phillips shavers.
