Sturdy
I didn’t realise how blunt my old dispenser had become until I used this one. It’s a good weight, so I don’t have to hold onto it during use. It can take any size of tape. I’m very happy with my purchase and wish I hadn’t waited so long to get a new one.
Simple Fix for the centre
Bought this a couple of years ago and has been great and such a time saver.
That was until butter fingers here, dropped it and the inner wheel tabs that hold it onto the base cutouts broke off (seems quite common reading other reviews). Rather than throwing the centre away and paying the high cost for a replacement black plastic centre I managed to fix it. Just drilled a hole through the centre of the plastic part and cut a small piece of wire off a wire hanger. Pushed it through the hole and voila all fixed.
Passed the usage test, breezing through the Christmas parcel wrapping this year.
I thought I had been sent the wrong item when I felt the weight of the parcel. I weighed the dispenser and it was 3 and 1/2 lbs!. I usually keep stationary items in a wall cupboard which is directly above the cat tree so had to find somewhere else to store it in case it fell on one of them. However the first time I used it I understood why it was so heavy. I had Christmas gift to wrap and the weight kept it stable so the tape can be dispensed using one hand. A real time saver when you have a lots to wrap and no more fighting with a roll of sellotape which seems to have a mind of its own.

This is so together and works flush neatly and cuts of exact I have severe arthritic wrists and struggle with fine motor skills this item is so much better and faster and less painful I highly recommend this product as you would use it all year round and I recommend the seller with prompt arrival carefully made and wrapped and boxed well and comes in different colours
Sturdy, Great for Wrapping Presents
My last rape dispenser got broken. I ordered this one & it is as great. You can pull tape off without moving the reel towards you. The small ones are useless & hard to use. This is perfect.

Bit much to be excited over a tape dispenser but it is brilliant! It has a good heavy base so it doesn’t move and the teeth are really sharp so it cuts the tape very easily. I’ve found somewhere for it to ‘live’ in the kitchen. No more searching for Sellotape then trying to unpeel it.

The first item I received arrived in a battered and taped up box. When I opened it, the pink plastic was cracked. Amazon sorted an exchange but it was a bit annoying as it took so much longer to deliver the replacement. Now I’ve got it, it’s very useful and I’m very happy.
I'm Horrible At Opening Sellotape...
Because I have no nails haha XP Luckily this solves my problem so I don’t have to think about it, surprisingly big and heavy actually XP But yes it solves my problem perfectly! Would recommend!
It's pink and a good weigh
Just arrived and I think it’s super. Comes in a plain box with no padding but it’s fine. No tape with it as others say, not sure why. Maybe Amazon should change their picture.
