his is an unusual shape but you get used to it quickly. The high heat is not as high as my old styling brush but I guess this is kinder to the hair. Still can dry and style hair reasonably quickly

It’s reasonably priced and does what it’s made for but it gets very hot and has to be turned down and again after time. Worth buying but the heat control spoils i

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersI have neck issues and blow drying and brushing hurts my arms, well not anymore!!! This hairbrush dryer is just AMAZING, it’s lightweight, comes with different heat functions and it’s easy to use, and the beast bit is because it’s got a ceramic barrell you don’t have to straighten your hair after!! Now that will save time my hair isn’t very long or thick so it dries quickly, but I can assure those with thick long and frizzy hair this will help you alot, definitely something you need. 1000% recommended this, I mean who doesn’t love a salon finish everytime free of charge

5.0 out of 5 stars This tool is AMAZING!!!

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersLove this, I have really frizzy hair and find it tricky to blow dry with a traditional hairdryer and brush.
It is a big roller brush so if you have very short hair you may struggle
The result is like a salon blow dry after I’ve finished which I have never been able to achieve!
I’ve had this for a year now and never had any issues

Tip – use when your hair is about 50% dry for better results but make sure you use heat protection and some oil as it heats up well and very fast – this can be adjusted to a lower heat if needed

    Would 100% repurchase

If you have thick frizzy hair like mine this is a god send, the only way I can get sleek straight hair is by styling with this dryer and using hair straighteners after, with my old blow dryer it was such hard work to get my hair smooth. For people with normal texture hair I don’t think you would even need to follow with straighteners. It also adds *the right* amount of volume and style just like I’ve been to the hairdressers.

Golden Review Award: 100 From Our UsersSo I had the revlon hair dryer brush for 3 years before it broke, so thought I’d try Remington as a replacement. For context, I have thick long hair and 75% of the time use the brush to blow dry my hair, not just dry.

    Here’s my comparison:
    Heat
    – Revlon heated up quicker and the plastic is thick enough at the top and bottom of the brush so that if you accidentally touch it, it doesn’t burn your hands. I found my hair dried quicker with this brush.
    – Remington brush also heats up quite a lot, but there’s no protection around the ends so I find I burn my fingers more. The top handle near the brush gets very hot. Also the cooling function may as well not be there – is doesn’t cool unless it’s cool to start with.

    Bristles
    – I prefer the thicker bristles on the Revlon brush. They seem to work better on my thick hair and not bend as much.

    Weight
    – Remington brush is noticeably lighter than the Revlon brush which is nice when blow drying as your arms don’t get tired so quickly. This is definitely a point in favour of Remington!

    Overall
    – I find my blow dry lasted a lot longer when I used the Revlon hair dry brush, probably because it got hotter more quickly.
    – I also prefer my blow dry with Revlon, as the head is bigger. Remington brush head is smaller so probably more suited to shorter, thinner hair. You’ll have a more optimal wrap around the brush.

    Hope this helps!

Got this as a trial as didnt want to pay a fortune for a blow out brush. It’s brilliant and I’m happy to mot buy a more expensive version. I have very long (past bra clasp) fine (but heaps of it) hair and it deies and styles my hair better and faster than a hair dryer and straighteners can. I can quite get the volume bit right but I suspect that’s because I don’t use any product. It is clunky in size and shape, but if you’re in the market for one of these tools, you’ll find that they all are. It’s not too heavy so I am able to dry all my hair before my arm starts to ache too much. Def glad I got this one!

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI absolutely love this item. It dries my hair in a very short space of time and my hair looks like it’s been straightened. No flyaways or fluffy bits! My only criticism of this is that it comes in two parts – the barrel is separate from the part you hold, so you have to put it together when it arrives. So far, it’s not been an issue, but I’ve had a problem with these in the past where, because it’s two parts, it eventually starts to fall off. I’m hoping and praying that doesn’t happen with this because I love it and it feels like really good quality. The barrel does have slight movement and I can feel it moving inside the hand held section when doing my hair, which means there is the possibility of it breaking. Keeping everything crossed! For the price, it’s great quality though. Just a disappointment about being two parts.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI’ve had so many air stylers. This one is one of the best ones I’ve had – only second to the Grundig styler.
Best styler for strength. Not suitable for short hair. Very good for mid to long length hai

This us a great wee hairdryer except for 1 thing , there isn’t enough bristles on the brush to hold tension to get MY hair comfortably blow dried without having to straighten after , but this style, durability and useability are fab , nice and lightweight and better heat and speed settings than others I have tried .

A bit wobbly and poor quality build but it works and means I can wash and dry my long hair without the need to straughten it until the next day. It adds volume and dries ‘kinks’ in wavey hair, straighter than blasting the hair with a blow drier. Not sure how long it’ll last because it struggles to get from hot to cold to ‘set’ a style…motor seems to be in over drive and can’t switch to cool, effectively. Will see how long it lives with use on my very long thick hair but so far so good!

I like this product. It is quite big but it’s not too heavy. I have very long thick hair so its perfect to finish off drying and smoothing it straight. Ive tried to curl but I think my hair is too long but I think it would work on shorter hair. Overall pleased with this product!

So first thing when I wanted to open the box I saw the seal was like when someone opened it and put it back. So I’m assuming that it was bought and sent back for some reason.

The product looks good and it’s working so I don’t think it was sent back for not working. It’s very light weight so not hard on the hands when using. I only tried it on a small part of the hair and I’m happy with it. I will see when trying on wet hair too.
I love that it has a shiny glittery finish.

4.0 out of 5 stars Probably was sent back already

It is very similar in look and function to other air stylers on the market such as the revlon 1 step but a lot cheaper which is great. I havnt tried others for comparison but I’m glad I bought this as it does a good job of smoothing my hair. My hair is naturally wavy and normally very frizzy after blow drying. This took away all the frizz and made my hair very smooth but still left it a bit wavy. It dosnt straighten hair exactly but it does smooth it. unfortunately it took me a hell of a lot longer to dry my hair compared to using my hair dryer, but the results were far better. I also didnt find it volumised my hair much but that could be down to technique. I think it is a fantastic product but if you are looking for something to just straighten your hair, a heated brush would be better. Also if you are looking to dry your hair faster this isnt the answer. It is a styler which means it requires a bit of practice and technique and can take a bit longer to use. its suppose to give a good finished look which it does do! Easy to put together, easy to use, not too heavy to hold and the results speak for itself, brilliant!

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersThis item does what I expected. It takes about the same time to dry my hair with this as it does with my hair dryer, with similar results, however it feels easier as I dont have to hold a brush and a dryer, leaving a hand free. I still have to run my straighteners over my hair to finish as I do feel that because the air blows up into the hair it tends to lift the cuticle, and leave a bit of frizz, but I do have thick, curly hair. The only reason I marked it down one star was because of where the function buttons are situated on the brush itself. The heat settings are on a sliding button, which is great, but the on off/speed function is on the base of the brush. You have to twist the base to turn it on and off and on the odd occasion I catch it with my hand. Other than this, its persfect and would recommend.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersThis hairstyling tool is a boon for my shoulder length bob. The head is oval as opposed to round by lifting the hair at a forward angle I am able to get root lift like I have never had before, I also use it to turn my hair under and on then I blowdry the top sections by wrapping on a vertical around it, which gives me my “flick” either side of my parting. It really is like a salon blow dry, truly once you get used to using it at first I caught my hair in the bristles but by combing thro the full length of hair thoroughly after a good conditioning and towel dry, provided you section your hair neatly its a breeze. I came back to buy another three for my sisters for christmas but since 24th November when I purchased mine which was not on any special offer, was not refurbished and was brand new the price has increased by 45.00 !! With the best will in the world 75 as opposed to 30 is way too much of an increase for me to consider buying more, pity its such a great tool.
