These are good scales for beginners if you don’t want to spent money as I have noticed a few inconsistencies if I weigh myself again after only by 0.2% fat etc
Quite accurate for an amateur bathroom scale. i’m quite happy with it.
Whoever is into fat loss & muscle growth, it’s a very good scale to track results and changes in body comp.
App is very easy to use.
Purchased to replace old bathroom scales; performs the usual actions are expected. It doesn’t however, give consistent readings if you move the scales; manual instructs you to leave in same position. On a positive note, it was easy to set up and was quick to download.
Display and stats come across fine. Gettimg it stay on is hard as battery compartment seems to be poorly designed and a slight movememt switches off the scale. Quite annoying.
Arrived yday and looks great. Described as ‘red’ in info, but is as the pictures show – purple and pink. Comes with batteries.
Easy set-up (even for me who has very little patience with apps and modern tech). Literally scan the Q code and the app downloads immediately. Have bluetooth ‘on’ in your phone settings and step right on the scales. Definitley sensitive to changes in weight (before and after going to the toilet for example 😉
Easy to set preferred units of measurement and really easy and clear to see how your stats come up to the recommended healthy zones. You can then very simply set goals to achieve. I simply set myself a 30 day goal to reach the ‘healthy’ ranges for my height etc. So far seems really great value for money. I dont often write reviews but this appears worth it.

Personally found some of the body comp data hard to believe. I’m 18% body fat on the scales, there is nothing of me!! I tried athlete mode as I meet their criteria, but that shows 12% and believe me I’m not at that level..from my own, other data appears useful at first, but quickly realise it has no impact on life!! Great value scales though and look good!

This Scale works as advertised, very easy to set up and connect to the mobile app (which is very user friendly).
The scale is portable and can fit in any corner you place it.
I bought this to monitor my fitness regime and it works really well. The Renpho app complements it really well too. It measures a range of data from weight, BMI, visceral fat, metabolic age, etc, etc, etc. The app provides you with trends over time.
Best to place the scale on a firm, flat surface (obvious I know, but some people might think it’s ok to place it on a carpet, for example), and to use it on the same day at the same time every week.
I bought these scales as they offered an App which promised to allow me to measure body fat, muscle and other measures in addition to simple weight. I found it very easy to connect the scales to the App and so far I have found them to be excellent. They are very easy to use and seem very accurate. The scales are quite light and seem to be well made.
Not 100% but close enough to give an idea where your health is at. Best to use first thing in morning before eating/drinking and after doing number 1 (and 2) to give accurate weight. Synced with renpho health, samsung health and myfitnesspal apps.
Amazing product! It arrived the next day after I had placed the order. Once again, Amazon did not disappoint. Extremely easy to use considering that I am not a tech expert. If I can work this, then so can you. It connects to Bluetooth on your phone once you download the app. It gives you important info such as body fat etc and your target weight as well as your current weight. Came with 3 AA batteries. Scales are made from glass but very lightweight compared to my previous scales which were 15 year old digitals! Very happy with my purchase.
Really good blue tooth connection. Easy to keep track on my weight. This is however the second one we have as the last one the batteries corroded and killed the other scale. But we like this scale so much we got a new one. Easy to use. App that comes with has other handy bits of data like your muscle mass and water index, not sure how accurate they are but I assume they are mainly right.
It’s a set of scales! It works well & keeps a record of your weight on your phone. So 10 out of ten for ease of use etc. It tells you a lot more but I’m not interested in bone density, fat percentage etc. I weigh myself once a week & can see on my iPhone if I’ve gained/lost or stayed the same, what more do you want?
My dietitian recommended it to me. Seems very good for establishing patterns.
Didn’t rate its precision because I don’t have the equipment for judging that, but I assume it is decent enough for just checking weight-related issues through time. Very good aid for motivating yourself to keep fit.
The app is good, a bit clumsy if you want to tweak it more. For example, I wanted to set a body fat % target and it was until after many tries that the app displayed anything for inputting my target.
These scales are perfect and a great help for me to understand my body better, to get a good indicator to where I’m at health wise, and what I need to do to improve it.

The phone App is very easy to set up, as long as you read and follow the instructions word for word. I have a Samsung A51 Android and it works perfectly if that helps anyone decide.
I’d happily recommend these scales to anyone.
The data that you are provided is great however I question how it calculates a lot of things. I’ve had this for 2 months now and I have come to the assumption that a algorithm calculates all stats but weight. The formula would be linked to your weight and height and therefore a weighted average value is given based on the percentile or threshold you fall in. In the last month, my weight has fluctuated, which I recognise. I see the same values being computed as the scale goes up and down.
I gave 5 stars as I truly believe no smart scale is accurate and if I leave this assumption at the door, I can still create targets based on my weigh in.
The app is easy to use, as are the scales, would recommend although I have not done extensive research on others.
The scales work really well for the price, I haven’t bothered with the app as I manually track my weight, it calibrates really quickly and is comfortable to stand on, the glass feels sturdy and leaving it in the bathroom has not caused any issues with the condensation after a shower.
For the price these scales are a perfect low priced scales: Sturdy quality, consistent and calibrate really easily when being moved.
This seems like a well built but if kit, it’s easy to use, seems accurate (when comparing readings to other devices, including some that are a lot more expensive) and the app is simple and clear too.
It makes recording and monitoring body composition and weight easy a s you can easily sync that data with other apps (like Samsung health etc).
It also handles multiple users well and seems to store data I’d you don’t have your phone to hand when using it, so you can grab it next time you do connect.
I’d happily recommend these scales to anyone looking for a capable smart scale that does the job well.
Quick and easy to set up and connect to the app. You do have to have your phone right by it to work, but it seems to store them and then updates when connected.
It was a 1kg difference to another scale we had. So not sure which one was actually correct (lots of people say this one is accurate though). But as long as I’m consistent using one scale it doesn’t matter too much.
Only been using it a short time, so may update it later on if there are issues. But so far it’s working well and interesting to see what it tracks. Happy with the purchase anyway, and spent a little while narrowing down which one to get. But can recommend it.
I am quite fortunate that I am weighed weekly using professionally calibrated scales, therefore, I am able to confirm the accuracy of these scales whilst taking into consideration the obvious daily fluctuations (very minimal for me since I am trying to stick to a regular time of day/point in my daily routine).
A QR code is provided to scan straight from your smart phone’s camera to the device’s app with a straight forward sign up and set up process. Syncing with my regular fitness app was easy and part of the set up process.
The slender and lightweight design makes it easy to tuck away.
Being solar powered was a great selling point for me. The solar charging strength is shown as 0-4 sun icons so we are not left guessing if the solar strength is enough for a good charge. This was very helpful when I thought I’d popped the scales in a good, well lit spot only to see one sun icon. This allowed me to slightly move the scales and achieve the full 4. Charged fairly quickly.
A dainty on/off switch is on the underside and allows for energy saving whilst scales are not in use.
I will be recommending these to family and friends.
Anyway, I turned to Renpho, installed the app and turned on some Killian Michaels replacing cookies with gallons of water and air (breathing to relieve stress) and I started winning by losing! Renpho really keeps me motivated and I can forgive the fact that it talks to my FitBit behind my back.
Unfortunately, due to a long period of my weighting avoidance (aka holidays) the batteries started leaking and damaged the scale. I could still use it but it wouldn’t tell me all those fancy secrets about fat percentage in my body. So I wrote Energia Team asking for advice. Turns out their advice was ‘Here, this is a brand new scale for you, don’t mention it’ which made me very happy and I definitely felt understood and listened to (unlike in my previous job).
I absolutely adore my Renpho scale. It does what it says in the description and keeps me happy (like my new job). Highly recommended!
