I have been using the yellow light resistance band for recommended physio after knee surgery and it’s great. Looking forward to using the medium and heavy resistance bands for general fitness as I get stronger.
Great piece of kit; loop band on top of the door an pull down with both hands, elbows fixed to your sides.
Use the heavy band looped and knotted and put over knees while sitting…. force outwards… Worth the money for these exercises alone.
Very good band selection, all clearly marked with their strength, at an excellent price.
They came with a bag to store them in, which would also be handy to take to classes, holidays etc.

Great value for money. I bought these for my partner and he recommends them 100%. They came with a little pouche to keep them in. Ideal to take with you when traveling anywere. They are strong and do exactly what they say. Brilliant for light or heavy exercise and for strengthening.
