Nice and warm
Bought to use in a cold bedroom, and it is perfect for keeping you warm at night. Number 1 is hot enough to keep you warm throughout the night. Heats up quickly and easy to use.
Only one thing
Does everything its supposed to and does it well, BUT….
The connector is angular hard plastic and is painful if you knock it.
Surely in this day and age a streamlined connector could be designed?
Or maybe “if it aint broke, dont fix it”
I’ve now wrapped it in an old flannel and it’s passable.
Just saying.

The recent cold spell brought chill to the bones when getting into bed. Having fitted the electric blanket I can now confess to sneaking up before bedtime to set the blanket to heat and now really look forward to the warm embrace of my bed when getting in!!
This electric blanket has changed my life! No more getting into bed with 10 layers of clothes in and a hot water bottle! I simply switch this on high, 15 mins before bed and my bed is lovely and toasty by the time I get in.
I keep it on high while I’m sat up awake and reading, then either switch it off, or put it on low before I go to sleep.
I like that if I wake up cold in the night, I can simply switch it on low and within minutes I’m warm again and off back to sleep!
This is my best purchase of 2023 and if it was to ever break, I’d definitely repurchase immediately!

Extremely cost effective to run and it’s amazing getting into a warm bed on a cold day.

WOW…..WOW….WOW. Easily the best thing I have bought in years. Say goodbye to getting into a cold bed. I put it on setting 3 an hour before getting into bed then drop it down to either 1 or 2 for the most amazingly warm, cozy sleep…
Better to have a timer control
Better to have a timer control to turn off the blanket. I need to buy an extra smart socket to to turn it off after 1 hour it has run. It costs me 10 which is nearly half of the price of this product.
For the heating quality, I think it does the job.
Bought the super kind size which fitted my king size bed better. Amazing item, I have seen people mention the lack of heat from the 1st setting which I find ideal for over night as its not too warm but its just luck warm which suits me but not sure if others would agree. Also the part that connects the blanket to the electric part does pertrude some what and can be uncomfortable if sleeping in it or turning on it.

Student daughter left home for college and took similar one with her.
Youngest daughter wanted one and she’s chuffed to bits with it.
Biggest problem, and that’s not the product’s fault, is getting her to remember to turn it off when she leaves for school in the morning.
That moment you dread when getting into an ice cold bed on a winters knight – hot water bottles and boiled kettles-that fear if & when that bottle leaks and the mess it can make- Yeah that happened! Bought the silent night heated blanket WOW!! Why I didn’t do this before, great quality blanket & washable highly recommend.
Purchased this on 22/10/2020 and loved it. Sadly last night when I took out my pj’s (under duvet to get warm) they were cold – turns out my blanket has given up the ghost – nearly 2 years – not that long but I am purchasing another one now.

Easy to use
The electric blanket is very easy to use and is comfortable too, I got this for my mum who is elderly and hasn’t a strong grip but she found this very easy to use and comfortable and warming too.
Toasty
Really impressed with these blankets. They were good value for money and cheaper than others but they really warm up the beds quite quickly and have different heat settings. Would recommend!

I haven’t used this blanket yet as not on bed till autumn, but it looks nice and a good make so sure it will be fine. Ps I did just put it on to make sure it worked and it does.

Works well, as expected, though it is not as long as my previous one, so it has to be further down the bed to keep my feet warm, and I am only 5’3″ / 163 cm. The elasticated ties keep it in place and are easier to apply than the previous blanket that had string to tie it in place.

good value for money
his was a purchase for a family member. gets warm quickly, comfortable and cheap. only complaint is that the sizing is odd – i bought the double size for a single bed, but that does not fit the entire bed either, only covers the middle of the bed. please make sure you measure your bed/mattress size and then purchase the size accordingly.
Didn't fit.
Bought for my aging mother. The double was great It fit across the bed fine and is comfortable. The single did not cover the bed and left a large gap at head and feet so you had to choose either your top half or bottom half to heat.
Wish I would have bought some time ago in winter when energy prices were high.
But I am sure it will help next winter. It works faster , light indicator is good to find at night if needed to turn off. The size could have be an issue if I didn’t choose the right one . For double bed I have purchased the king size so that covers the bed and allows to stay firm on place with tucked in bed sheet .

This blanket is good and fits well the only thing is it takes longer to heat up than my last one .
My wife feels the cold much more than me during the night so having a single control one was not really an option. This duel control one is great. It has 3 heat temperatures 0 off, 1 low, 2 medium, 3 high (i set mine half to 1 and my wife sets hers to 3) it warms the bed up nicely before we get in and stays warm all night, and that is the only issue i have with this is. As someone who gets very hot i find myself waking up during the night too hot had having to turn it off (from the no 1 setting,my wife leaves hers on all night as shes fine) so i can either just warm the bed up before i get in then turn it off or wake up during the night to do it. If this ever stops working i think i would look for one with a timer that turns it self off after a few hours. But over-all a very good product that does get very warm and is very simple to use. (My 7yr old has a single one and uses it with no problems)
First blanket failed after a few months but as not in stock (seasonal) cost was refunded. New purchase cia Amazon with usual good price and prompt delivery. Blanket is good but my only criticism is that the mains lead to blanket connector is bulky and obtrusive. Instruction is to have this at the “pillow” end of mattress but if this is the case the connector proves very uncomfortable if turning over onto it in the night! Solution is to turn the blanket so the connector is at the bottom of the bed if mains supply will allow access from there.
This is working well so far (at highest setting). Having used other brands, I’ve found that anything other than the highest setting is pretty ineffective.
I’ve got it wired into a ‘smart plug’, and thus the convenience of being able to switch the thing on remotely before going to bed is fantastic. This mitigates against the issue of the control unit being a bit bulky and obtrusive, as I have been able to turn the blanket around and have it at the ‘opposite’ side of where I lie; otherwise, it may prove a bit annoying.
The main criticism however (and I suspect this has been mentioned in other reviews) is that by no stretch of the imagination is this ‘king-size’; it is ‘double’ at best. Consequently, I have it positioned in such a way that there is a small’ish perimeter around the edge of the mattress that remains unheated. To be honest, it’s no biggy for me – the vast majority of the sleep area is well-heated, but it is something to be aware of.
The other issue is that there are no dual controls – the temperature you set is the temperature you get on both sides of the bed.
