I used this to varnish my decking, it was a backbreaking job and the brush handle did hurt my palm as it ends right in the middle of your palm, but this was fixed by wearing gym gloves! It is exactly the right width for painting decking boards.

I’ve been doing a huge house on the outside, and a lot of it was covered in rough pebbledash. This brush has tackled the worst , but it hasn’t been bad for the money.
The short bristles actually help, so I can’t complain too much.

Holds the paint well and is easy to clean. I will buy again when needed

Don’t seem to be able to get these in the shops. Have always used for emulsion painting and always give a great result.

Was doubtful at first as the brush was a little short. Maybe something to consider and offer a long brush end as well. Anyhow It did the job as expected, fence panels are in a poor state and it had no issues applying the paint.

    Definitely recommend for the price.

Does the job and cheap enough to use once only if you don’t want to clean. Used to oil decking. No noticeable hair loss

I like the fact that it did do a good job but I didn’t like having to replace the brush head screw after half an hour as it came out and the head fell off. I repaired it with a better screw and completed the job, many thanks but please get better screws.

Really knocked on with fence painting using this brush and a good quality fence paint. Would recommend.

Used this to apply decking stain followed by decking oil. The brush part is very good but the rest of it isn’t. The handle fell off the brush after half an hour’s use. However, it was simple to rectify by screwing it on more firmly and it was fine after that. At this price you can’t really complain.

Bought this to paint my shed and it was great. Big wide head cut down the time I thought it would take by half yet still easy to angle around hinges and window frames. Few bristles needed to be picked out of paint but I can’t think of anything I’ve painted when this wasn’t the case! Nice soft bristles and easily cleaned with cold water from my outside tap. Cleaning is messy just due to the size so beware if doing indoors!
    Would recommend

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI’m going to paint my cladded studio with barn black barn paint. Because of the colour I’m going to use I didn’t want to pay to much for a brush only to have to throw it away when finnished. This brush turned out to be better than I could have hoped for. The paint was water based so cleaning the brush was really easy. The black left no stain on the bristles. So it can go away in the shed until the next time.
