I really liked this watch. It was easy to use and looked nice. Sadly it stopped working after a while and I had to return it. This was easy to do and refund was quick. A friend as had same watch for well over a year, so maybe I just had a faulty one.

As this is inexpensive, I found it works brilliantly. Comforable to wear, strap is stong and hard wearing.

Good value for money
I have this watch from two weeks now and really loving it. It is a very nice looking smart watch. Excellent smart features range at this price tag. Build quality is very good. I found it easy to setup. Instruction with the watch were easy to understand.
I’ve always been a little sceptical about smartwatches. However, having researched the Tensky SmartWatch ID20I BT (Black) I felt it would be perfect for my needs and so it turned out to be. When it arrived I found the instructions clear and easy to follow, although I had already downloaded the Manual and FAQ’s PDF files from the Amazon U.K. site. I followed the instructions exactly, downloaded and registered the iOS app, even used the QR Code as suggested. The set up was simple, connected first time. Had the watch up and running in less the 5 minutes. I later watched a few YouTube videos (One of which did a direct comparison with the Apple Smartwatch and the Tensky came out better) which were very helpful to figure out some of the hidden features e.g. The Weather card only shows basic information but if you access it from the applications list you get an additional 5 days of forecasts. Overall all I’m 100% satisfied with this Smartwatch, excellent quality, extremely great value for money. Feels like I’ll have it for years. BRILLIANT.
Good value for money
The features of this watch are fantastic you would think it’s a top of the range expensive smart watch. I love the fact that I can monitor my sleep, steps, heart rate etc and seems rather accurate. Definitely a good buy!!
Great watch with lots of features
I’ve previously had a smart watch but this one has so much more. Step counting is accurate and responsive. Looking at sleep patterns very interesting and accepts calls, notifies me of messages and has good exercise features. There is lots more to learn and get out of the watch’s features but only had it a few days . Love the watch strap colour too!

I had wanted an Apple Watch but the price was too much. Although I have only had this watch for a day, it seems to do everything an Apple Watch does. I wanted an spO2 monitor and this watch monitors monitors my oxygen levels. You can change the watch faces depending on what you prefer. Great sleep monitor with different stages. The only thing I can’t seem to fathom out yet is how to answer calls successfully. I’m sure I will be able to find out ! All in all a really good smart watch for a fraction of the cost of more well known brands!
Gave 4 stars as only had watch for a day and answering phone calls has not worked properly yet !

I’ve only had this for 24 hours but v impressed so far. It’s not too big, stylish and comfortable. I bought it mainly to keep an eye on my steps and heart rate but was really surprised to learn that it also tracks stress levels. Im definitely a happy customer so far.

Got this to replace an Apple Watch and absolutely love it. Battery life is well over 7 days which was the biggest downside to the Apple Watch. Does everything that I need of it.
I was very disappointed with another smart watch that was gifted to me for my 70 th birthday and the battery stopped working after 19 months . I decided to try this one after seeing other reviews , so far I’ve been very pleased . It actually works better than the previous one and at a fraction of the cost , plus a two year guarantee. Time will tell , but so far so good .

I’ve had this watch a few weeks now & absolutely love it. I love seeing how many steps I’ve taken & it was so easy to set-up. I saw 1 review that wasn’t happy with it & said they wanted an apple watch. You can’t compare the two, as this one is loads cheaper with more or less the same features.
Mainly good. Has all the functions of the Fitbit I replaced it with. Good battery life. However, it keeps disconnecting from my phone and I have to go in to the app every day to sort that out.
This watch does alot and it’s very smart looking but unfortunately I am sending it back for 2 reasons
1 being I am struggling to find watch straps for the watch
2 the very fit app will not lalow permissions for other apps therefore I can not receive notifications from other apps.
I have tried to resolve this but unfortunately I cannot do therefore I will be returning the item to find a different watch.
But overall of I didn’t need those 2 extra bits for the watch I would have kept it as I was very pleased with i
