My 1st time and I love it, used the 2 seed samples and ordered more.
They seem to go the extra mile.
I love this product! It is pretty to look at, very clear directions and came with some organic seed to start with. Seems like a very good company and I highly recommend them and have already told loads of my friends and clients about them.
This will be a great little present for Mother’s Day or ANYTHING!
Am about to order more seeds.
4.0 out of 5 stars Small opening
The jars, stands and trays are good quality. I should have checked the size of the jar opening, though. I find it rather small.

Easy to use looks nice in the kitchen and helps with your healthy lifestyle
The included seeds were missing. These were replaced within a day.
It looks like a quality item, but I paid extra for the seeds to be included, they were missing from the order. It seems crass to return the whole item because of a few tiny packets of seeds. I’m waiting to hear if the sellers will dispatch the seeds separately.
UPDATE: Within a day of informing Verdant Republic about the missing seeds the replacements arrived by 1st class post.
Thank you. I couldn’t ask for a better service than this. Well done.
Arrived promptly and once cleaned i started with the small starter pack of alfalfa seeds, really easy to use and grow and so fresh when grown, ive since grown broccoli raab and now I’m growing broccoli calabrese lovely addition to kitchen and healthy diet. I’m thinking of getting a second one so I don’t run out. Thank you.
Pleased
This jar has given we constant pleasure. It has made sprouting seeds incredibly easy and is a good size. Slightly pricy for what it is, however I guess I’m paying for the concept. And it definitely gives me joy
Easiest salad to grow
Really easy to use with minimal mess and great results within just a few days.
I bought this more to feed my lovebirds home grown food and its ready to eat from dry seeds to sprouting greens in 5 days.
The jar is big and easy to clea
Just awesome!
I got this set and I’ve been using it for a few weeks now. It’s really easy to start with and it comes with an e-book that really helped develop my knowledge on the subject. I’ve been using the sprouts on a number of dishes and they add a lot of flavour plus they are healthy. I also ordered some more seeds from the same company and they came with a small gift. Really like the small touches! All I can say is that it is a great company with a great product! I hope you keep up your quality as you grow. Seen this happening too many times..
Great sprouted with free samples.
The sprouted arrived very quickly. I am very impressed by the the fast sprouting seeds that was included as a sample. Within 4days I harvested a full jar of alfalfa sprouts. As a novice to sprouting I had to pat myself on the back for a job well done.
his set arrived very promptly, and very well packaged, maybe too well packaged, as it took a little bit of jiggling for me to remove. My fingers don’t work well though, so, most likely me.
When I had unpacked it all, there was a small chip, from one of the glass threads, around the rim. This had obviously happened during manufacture, as it was securely inside the jar.
I checked that the jar worked perfectly well, and that were the chip came from, there were no sharp edges. There weren’t any, so I chose to not contact the seller. I was excited at receiving my set, and wanted to get started (I’m still a child at heart) but also, why mention it to the seller, when i’m certain neither they, nor I caused it, and it is still fit for purpose.
I do recommend this set, for anyone, I found it very good, because it includes sample seeds, as well as very clear instructions. Not only on the exterior of the box, but also inside.
This seller is so supportive, and provides links to their website, and all the seedlings that they can supply.
I definitely recommend them, and will definitely be buying my seeds for sprouting, from them.
My above picture, is to show the instructions that are on the outside of the box, and my organic Broccoli seeds, on Day One.
I have had this set, for over a week now, and have already eaten those, and on my second batch.
I included the other pictures, just for the people, who may want to check out, the minor damage, that happened during manufacture.
I now know, what to buy my friends for Christmas this year, these will be a perfect gift for may people.
As to the commitment and service provided by Verdant Republic, they deserve way more than 5 stars. You can buy from them with confidence.
NO Plastic in the Packaging!
I’m impressed with the eco-friendly packaging. There is no plastic, only cardboard protection and it’s well packaged too. Good size jar, large enough to have sprouts to last many meals for a family of 4.
Great product! I really love it.
A novice at sprouting, but I love this! I sprouted the Alfalfa seeds that come with the jar and after 3 days, I have a jar full of fresh sprouts. I have been putting them into smoothies. Seeds sprout well, drains of excess water easily into the tray. The ceramic tray is well designed. The whole set looks on my kitchen worktop. All round 5 stars. Definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to sprout small to large seeds. Trying the Broccoli sample pack next.
