Sometimes it collapsed inwards on itself so I just use a mini level to keep it open but great bag

What a great bag, holds all my tools with extra space, perfect for someone that needs to work in the elements and needs loads of tools with them. I am very happy with the product.

Very good price compared to everyone else. Lots of room and pockets to keep all of my hand tools safe but still at hand.

Great tool bag. Huge capacity. Can fit a small woodsaw, whole Makita 256piece drill-bit case, drill, loads tools, and still closes. Flip top lid means easy visibility and access. Not cheap, probably the most expensive of my four tool bags, but worth it.

Great sturdy bag, plenty on pockets and loops to place your tools and access them easily. Plenty room to put lose at the base of the bag. Outside the bag again more pockets to put your tools in, depth of pockets good.

Like the number of power points inside a building, pockets are never enough inside a tool bag!
The review title ‘Sturdy, lots of pockets, spacious, light-weight and a very good price’ says it all really.
I got the ’round’ top as it allows for pockets on the 4 outside corners.
It should be durable and last for a long time as it is built using strong materials. I asked advice from an electrician mate. He is retired now but had his STANLEY tool bag for years. Nothing has fallen apart.
You can get ‘similar’ looking tool bags for 20 less, but it will not be the same.
Trust STANLEY. They certainly know their tool bags as good as the tools they design!
The lowest price I found last week was on Amazon (free postage).

Was a lot bigger than I imagined. Well built, with plenty of useful pockets and holders. Plenty of space for a couple of cordless drills / screwdrivers. I’m using it for keeping the most commonly need home tools to hand, so very impressed so far.

Good tool bag, plenty of deep pockets to fit all manner of tools, and large central
opening that will fit a drill easily, sturdy shoulder strap,(i have added a second from an old bag just incase) only downside nothing to store a spirit level or saw

Decent bag in my eyes, it accommodates lots of tools & has lots of compartments etc, ordered it in mid march & the velcro strap that ties the carrying handles together is coming apart, other thsn that it seems dece

Thought I’d get a “bag for everything”. By the time I’d filled up the many external pockets I didn’t have much to go into the main compartment! So lots of room inside for cable, sockets and whatever.
Very well made and will take a battering

I love this bag! It’s incredibly hard-wearing and had acres of space inside. I’ve got my hand tools in it plus my combi, impact and SDS and it does up. The shape of it and the decent padding on the strap means it doesn’t really lol your shoulder/back when you carry it fully loaded. By the far the most I’ve spent on a bag but I won’t hesitate to buy another – not that I can’t see me needing one for a good few years.

Very good bag. Only minor criticism is that if you have 80%-90% of the bag full the strap has a tendency to unhook its self due to the wheight but apart from that very good !

This is a great tool bag. I asked my husband to buy one for me for Christmas, and he liked it so much, that I’ve just bought him one.

They are really sturdy, and hold a huge amount; so much, in fact, that I had to empty some out so I could still carry it.

Aesthetically pleasing, sturdy, lots of pockets…what more can you ask for in a tool bag?

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersJust arrived so I haven’t used it. Bought as a replacement for 30 yr old toolbox.

    First impressions:

External: It’s big with 10 good sized pouches, pockets. Looks really smart and well thought out, well made and a lot sturdier than I anticipated, was expecting it to be a bit floppier. The shoulder strap and hand grip are good, particularly the latter. The clasps on the shoulder strap don’t look too sturdy. As I will be using at home only don’t see this being issue but would be easy to replace / upgrade with carabiners.

Internal: Loads of space in central compartment with tough plastic bottom. I count a further 18 pouches and elastic retainers for 10 screwdrivers etc.

As a keen DIYer currently reoganising my tool collection and having done a lot of research on toolbox / bag options, I am delighted I went for this. Actually better in the flesh than I thought it would be.

Very compact, multi pocketed bag. Just the job for keeping useful tools in. Well made item, well done Stanley Fatmax. Just the right size for the person who likes to jobs for themselves and want to find their tools without hunting through dozens of boxes, buckets and carrier bags, as has been my experience with present beau, over the years. I certainly recommend this item to the ‘tidy and well organised’ folk. Thank you.

great size, except for my level that sticks out as its a little too long for the bag. I’ve noted that the DeWalt bag has a side opening for this purpose ( would a great addition to this bag) straps sometimes “pop off” when lifting the bag. excellent space and plenty of pouches for storing gear. love the hard bottom. the weight of my tools (adjustable, grips, screw drivers, etc have caused the bag to sag to one side. The carry straps have worn away rather prematurely! all in all a nice bag

This is a really nice tool bag. You’ll need lots and lots of tools to fill it though, as most of your screwdrivers and spanners will sit in the pockets and loops inside and outside the bag, leaving a vast void in the middle. Unfortunately, if the lid is not fastened, the weight of all these tools attached to the side walls can make the walls collapse inwards unless there is something in the middle of the bag to hold it open. I’ve done this with some smallish organiser boxes for screws and anchors etc.

The handle and strap are good, as are the zips, I can see this bag lasting for quite some time before I feel the need to replace it.

All I can say about this tool bag is….. wow…… absolutely above and beyond what I expected.

Im an industrial electrician and as such have an awful lot of tools and equipment i need on a daily basis, and some bits that are used less frequently but are still needed on hand just in case and ive a list a mile long of tools i need to buy.I bought another very good tool bag at the beginning of the year, and the last month or so have really struggled with it. Id basically filled it to slightly more than its capacity, it would hardly close, was awkward to carry and getting tools out was a bit of a nightmare.

So I spent an evening looking at bags and came across this one, read the other reviews, checked the specs and ordered it…. so glad I did!!

Bag arrived very quickly from the seller. Not to beat around the bush…… ITS HUGE… and has so many pockets and storage spaces. The quality is brilliant and it will last me god knows how long. Its so big ive actually moved all my gear into is and not come anywhere close to filling it and there are even empty pockets.

This is exactly what I was looking for and I couldn’t ask for a better bag. Im tempted to buy another one to use as a home tool bag its that good.

Just so you know, when it comes to tools and kit for work, im a fussy bugger, so if im so happy with this then its got go be worth telling folk about.

Golden Review Award: 14 From Our UsersFirstly, my thanks to the supplier. Delivery was incredibly fast. Arrived well before their expected delivery date. Very impressed.

Now on to the product. Well, firstly; it’s huge. Much bigger than I expected it to be. The one single picture for the bag does not do it justice. It’s simply brilliant.

A solid waterproof base with strong rigid sides, a strong but not completely rigid lid so if I overfill it slightly it should still close.

I count five medium size tool compartments on the inner back wall, one large on each of the side walls and then three large on the front wall. There are also two medium ones on each of the four corners. All ideal for a variety of tools. I’m a telecoms engineer by trade, so this should accommodate my range of screwdrivers; wire strippers, and other tools very nicely.

The outside of the bag has a range of pockets with and without flaps. It’s pretty much what you see on the picture with the other side being a mirror of what the picture shows. The back however has just one large pocket where the front has been divided in to three. Again, great for a range of tools.

There are two carry handles. One to carry like your would a briefcase which has a good rubbery Velcro handle to protect the strap from cutting in to your hand. The over shoulder strap is adjustable as you would expect and again with a shoulder pad to stop it cutting in also.

I toyed with buying this bag for over a month before finally making my purchase. Mainly because there were next to no pictures of the inside (on amazon or other sites and those I could find online of the inside, I was not 100% sure they were of this particular bag). I am very glad I did purchase it though. I have another Stanley bag that just wasn’t big enough; but this one seems to be perfect for my needs.

Top marks for both the bag and also the seller.
